If I could give zero I would. Ordered a laptop on 22/11, I needed it urgently for university work. No email about dispatch. Have asked and asked about dispatch. Got the same tale of a new delivery and ordering system. Surely they should have let customers know this before letting people order? I asked on Monday for them to cancel my order. They kept with the same story of "hold on your items will be delivered". They sent me a cancellation email and are today claiming I cannot cancel. The stress of this situation caused me to be admitted to hospital. Studio used to be great and customer service was good but lately it's by far the worst customer service I have encountered!! There isn't even a way to talk to.a.person, it's all emails and if you're lucky Facebook messenger.

Ordered Xmas present over 3wks ago and still not arrived. Have repeatedly asked for the order to be cancelled and money refunded. Just keep sending me the same reply if will be with you soon. I will never ever order anything again

Scammers!!! Ordered pjs for family - none arrived (presuming out of stock) they have refunded me £20 but I paid £56 for my order. Where is my £36 you thieves!!!! Reading all The other reviews there must be some way we can tackle these absolute robbing scum of a company. It’s Christmas everyone’s skint & these have stole my money! Hope the CEO is ready to he on bbc watchdog. Because that’s one place you’ll see these soon. BELIEVE ME.

Ordered a product for the first time over 2 weeks ago for a birthday present with estimated delivery 3-7 days. Despite following up with customer services the product has still not even been sent for delivery and there is no option to cancel. I had to use another company for the birthday present and the product arrived within 2 days. Very disappointing service from studio.co.uk, please do not use.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've sent email after email trying to sort out a delivery that hasn't turned up that I ordered on the 26th November. All ive got so far is a different person replying to my emails each time asking for the codes to the missing items. No refund though. The live chat is appalling too! You can't get to speak to a human over the phone as its non existent. I have been billed now for the missing items which I definitely won't be paying for. Overall disgusting customer care !

NO STARS: Ordered 19th November they haven’t refunded and haven’t sent any goods. When I do web chat it says my order number is incorrect or doesn’t exist. Spoke to a human from the financial services number on studio and he said they can’t deal with it. They are only digital customer services now which I have emailed and no reply also. Two weeks before Christmas no presents to wrap and no money refunded to repurchase. I have been a customer for years, often purchase personalised stuff for christmas and I will now never purchase from studio again. Charge back from the bank has been made, but will take 10 days for a reply so this money will not be returned in time for Christmas. I have a feeling studio are going and or are in administration hence the issues and money retaining, I suggest anyone who hasn’t yet to get their credit card or bank to refund ASAP

I’ve ordered a tv from studio on the 13th nov not received it but been billed for it I’m not paying for something I’ve not received sent email after email absolutely rubbish service carnt speak to anyone never will I order again

I put an order in on the 16th November. I have tried to contact them 4 times only to be brushed off and told it would be dispatched within a couple of days. Yet here we are 6th December and I'm no further on and no phone line to call anyone. I've asked for a refund and no response! Sham of a company I've never ordered from them before and I'd never order from them again and I advise you to do the same!!

Awful company! Ordered 20th of a November. No delivery. Customer services unable to give a delivery date. Asked for a refund which they refuse to do. As such I have raised a chargeback through my bank! Terrible terrible company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Placed an order on the 27th November. The money left my account on the 29th. I contacted them after not receiving any order confirmation on the 5th of December. I've since been told that it was all a technical issue and I will be refunded only now the item has tripled in price, I have not recieved a refund and this has happened to someone else I know too. Only now this company has my details and my bank details and they're clearly a scam organisation. Stay well clear.

I would give zero stars if I could! Two weeks since I ordered my daughter’s Christmas present and still says “processing”. I emailed asking for a delivery date and all I got was the same reply as people have had months ago that their “changing payment ways” or something and cannot give be an actual delivery date! Absolute scammers

Terrible customer service. Ordered items 14th November, part of ordered was delivered on 21st November. Contacted them via live chat, as no phone number. Then contacted via e-nails, the odd reply just states they will escalate, which they haven’t. Only time they replied promptly was when I left feedback. Stay clear of this company. Terrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Still waiting for a refund of £313.99 to be credited to my Studio pay account. Countless emails sent and getting nowhere. Item was ordered in September and sent back shortly after! Absolute shambles of a company! Disgusting how they treat customers.

Had nothing but problems with studio customer services. I even wrote an email to CEO Mr Kendrick. No answer from him either. Surprise surprise! Now studio took 3 months to reimburse me my money back. And yet again I stumble across another problem with these incompetent people. I placed order on 21/11/23 four items. Now I item oddsocks gift set is missing. After 11 emails from different Customer advisors, they still not sorted issue out. Yet £14 still owing on my account, certainly not paying for something I have not received?! So last week parcel arrived? Great socks are here? Wrong! They sent me a dress I never ordered. All you get from them is SORRY?! Your apologies are not good enough. It doesn't take 12 days plus to find a missing parcel. Infact it should take no more than 72hrs. So zero stars for Studio.

I ordered a child's balance bike back in September still not arrived yet they have the cheek to bill me for it I refused to pay for an item ive not recived yet they put charges on my account and classed it as a missed payment which has affect my credit rating ive still not secived this item its still in dispatch they say now they are just ignoring all my e,mails avoid this company

I returned an item well within their return period,literslly a day or two after receipt. They emailed confirming the item had been received and cancelled from my order however I am still waiting for a credit of the refund fo my account two months later. In addition, they are charging me interest on the amount I do not owe! There's no communication between studio and studio pay. Studio say they have refunded it, studio pay say they haven't been notified. I email almost daily and either the recipient is a computer or doesn't understand English as their replies indicate no comprehension whatsoever. I will NEVER order from studio again. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Ordered off studio for years received a stackable Xmas mug last week which was put into a box with no packaging so was smashed to bit . Ever tried to contact them you have no chance I just gave up and returned it my self should not have had to pay postage myself there is no way you can contact them don’t think I will be dealing with them again had enough

I've made 2 separate orders from studio, took weeks for part of my order to come, there's still a couple of things that have been paid for but not received, I'm fed up with the chat box, absolutely useless, WHY CANT I TALK TO A HUMAN.....I'm still waiting for a couple of Xmas gifts to come and I need to know one way or another wether it's going to arrive, or I will go and buy elsewhere but there's no communication with anybody, this will be the last time I ever order from them, they are going to lose a lot of custom.....

They sell things that they don't even have in stock, they part refund your order with no alternative. In my case I brought a family set of Xmas PJs, 5 days after purchase I was advised via an email they didn't actually have them in stock, they refunded the 1 pair, when I contacted them and advised them that they are part of a set, what's the point in only have 2, they refused to cancel the order, even thou it's not been dispatched, and when it comes, I have to pay to return it, I've already paid 4.99 for it to be delivered in the first place, even thou what I ordered isn't actually being delivered . Still no sign this and it's been over a week since I ordered. FB chat is pointless, the chatbot is useless, no number to speak to anyone. Disgusting. Don't risk getting your important Xmas gifts from Studio
