Very bad customer service. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. My advise is to have nothing to do with this company.

Rubbish . I ordered two separate orders for personalised pens. One arrived arrived fine but no trace of the other. I went onto my account which shows both payments taken but not even an order number for the undelivered pencils. Two emails and no reply . 20 mins waiting on the phone but no answer. Have left a message on their Facebook page . What a shambles ! Never again .

I have written 3 complaint emails and not had an answer! My item is 3 weeks after anticipated delivery date and still no confirmation of when it will arrive. Slow response time. Don’t answer ANY of my questions. Ignore my telephone call request. Delay after delay after delay. No reason why? Just appalling customer service all round! Tried calling and never answer! OR says closed when it clearly says they are open! Shambles! Still waiting for my item!

I ordered a wardrobe and bedside cabinet from Studio which was meant to arrive within 10 days. The bedside cabinet arrived but the wardrobe didn't. After no luck with it being delivered and waiting weeks, I have been awaiting a refund which has still not been made and all I am told is that they will chase the relevant department and I just have to keep waiting... so frustrating to say the least as I want the refund before being able to order a wardrobe elsewhere.

Absolute garbage company.ordered 4 pillows.got on delivered packaging ripped.then second then third.no fourth after a month.totally useless communications and no refund. Pillow quality total cap. Do not buy anything from this lot

they either send wrong stuff eve though you cancelled it, also never received an item from this place although they charged my account not impressed. communication wise pretty damn useless i know covid-19 is here but if you cant run the company right then dont honestly steer clear use amazon

Disgrace They do this time and time again Place an order, main item and few cheap bits, pay extortionate post packaging then they don’t tell you ur main item is out of stock, send you the cheap bits to cover postage then, and No main item This is constant with them . They do it time and time again Absolutely shocking and disgusting

I was a bit hesitant to buy from this website based on the existing reviews but decided to risk it, and I must say I have not been disappointed. The item I purchased (some bluetooth earbuds) arrived sooner than expected and seems to work fine. Studio kept me updated by email from the point of purchase through to the day of delivery. All in all, I'd say I would use Studio again based on my personal experience. Caveat Emptor, I suppose.

I wish I could issue 0 stars. That would be more fitting. I IMPLORE YOU TO NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. I've never been one to leave a review nor am I one to complain unless utterly necessary. I ordered a television from studio last year on the 6th of July which unfortunately arrived damaged. I had a replacement issued maybe 2-3 weeks later and the damaged one was returned to studio through ArrowXL. I was charged for both televisions on my buy now pay later account, adding a total of £419.98 to the account that I did not owe. Almost a WHOLE YEAR and how many countless emails and phone conversations later and the amount has still yet to be issued to my account. I was informed details of the return had be found (after contacting them 3 times and waiting patiently for 3 months) and that the refund would be issued within 6 days, that was 4-5 months ago and any further contact with them has been ignored, replied to with an automated response or most recently via phone resulted in me being sent straight back to square one because no evidence of the return can be found and no documentation of the refund was noted down. I cannot clear my balance which I'd have cleared within months of the initial purchase because all that I owe is what they're to issue back to my account. It has effected my credit score. I have been charged more than I'd have initially paid due to interest on the account being higher as I owe money for an item I do not have. I am disgusted at this service and if nothing is done after my final attempt yesterday (in which I was was assured this will be looked into again) I will do everything in my power to take legal action. I have contacted the ombudsmen and have made my final attempt as suggested, I have evidence in regards to emails and phone conversations. I will get my refund and any money that I am owed in regards to interest I should not have paid. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC COMPANY.

I do not trust the company with my personal information and they won't delete my account. I have been talking with the customer service for days and they are pretending they can't find my account, when I can log in with my email address that I've given them. The customer service is awful.

Item not delivered on time, no communication, can’t get through to anyone to discuss options. Absolute shambles of a company. Will be reporting to trading standards. By the looks of the reviews on here, this won’t be the first report

Ordered a Roma patio set for my mum who is over 70. The parasol that should be in the set has a tilt facility and crank handle. The one that arrived is just a push up parasol. My mum cannot push a parasol up she’s just had open heart surgery. Trying to explain this to CS who don’t speak English as their first language is a nightmare, needless to say we have wasted our money and won’t buy from Studio ever again. Would not recommend this company to anyone

I decided to open a studio account based on good reviews however do not be fooled. I purchased a mirror which arrived two weeks later smashed back in April. As advised I took pictures I packed it back up and then had the courier they arranged to come and collect the next day. We are now in June, studio stated they never recieved the package so I sent the reciept I was given upon collection and filled out their form for it to be investigated. I still haven't been refunded even though the mirror was collected over a month ago however they are more then happy to continue charging my account for something which was returned. Ive continuesly emailed, messaged on Facebook, messaged on instagram etc. Aswell as calling however my calls keep being cut off. Supposedly I was meant to have a call ASAP from studio... That was on Monday and today's Friday. Not worth shopping somewhere that causes this much stress over a situation that should have been so easily resolved, disgraceful.

Bought some solar lights which went faulty after 2 weeks. Couldnt be bothered to return them but decided to put a review on there website. Every item has reviews,mostly 4 and 5 star, but i found you cant put a review on there site. There is actually nothing to click on to write a review. I emailed them to ask how to put a review on but got a generic reply saying someone would reply but nothing a week later. So i emailed again saying that as you cant actually put a review on there site the reviews on there must be all fake and therefore i would be reporting them to trading standards.

This company is a Scam. Ordered from them and they failed to deliver, I've been emailing and making calls and 5 different occasions they've said they will get back to me and nothing. When I called and waited almost an hour before I got an answer, they said they've checked and looks like the courier lost the parcel, but they cant refund me until they hold an investigation with the courier to find out how they lost it, which could take up to 30 days. So on top of my weeks of waiting, I need to wait for another month to get my money back even though the lost parcel is clearly their problem. I will call my bank and see if I can get my money back that way.
