Terrible. Cancelled items without telling me right before Christmas. Also send wrong items in wrong sizes. Ie. Bag would say contained pjs in size XXL but in fact once opened the pjs where size Medium. These were a present

If I could give it zero I would .ordered for a good few years with no problems but this time dreadfull service .took over a month to discover some of items weren’t even sent out just said returned .only just credited the account a month later .useless customer service .never again do not touch this company

Should be no stars but won’t let me I bought a bedroom set that after only a few weeks the wardrobe bowed badly and would not shut yes they was quick picking it up 4 months ago still waiting for a refund last weeks reply sorry will sort that out todays is sorry we will come and pick it up there a joke stay well away from this company

Ordered a few items for Christmas, part of the order did not arrive and another item arrived faulty and clearly in a box that had previously been opened and then resealed. Taken over a month trying to make contact, constantly being cut off on the web chat, refusing to give any contact telephone number and only answering emails once or twice a week. Despite repeatedly asking for the missing items to be replaced they, today, cancelled my order stating they are refunding me - but for less than the cost of the missing items!!! They have absolutely ignored trying to resolve the faulty item issue! This company needs to be avoided and I can see legal action being taken on behalf of customers in the not too distant future!!!

Haven’t been able to log in to my account since September,wanted to pay my balance.Tried chat numerous times,told details don’t match. Told to re-register didn’t work.Have e-mailed, hasn’t resolved issue.Have had letters, texts and phone messages telling me account in arrears and getting charged interest and late payment fee.Phoned, on hold for 26 minutes,finally spoke to someone.Eventually in November was told the detail that didn’t match was date of birth,was asked to send photo of passport or driving licence to confirm date of birth refused to do this. Still received letters and texts wanting payment.Have told them I will pay what was due in September but not any extra interest as issue is with their system. Last week received default notice phoned again,was told that date of birth would be changed so I could access account still doesn’t work.Asked multiple times for copy of Septembers statement including on last phone call.Today received another letter telling me what the balance is with the interest to date.Have been a customer for over twenty years but never again.

I'm being ignored by Studio, I am infuriated that my children's Christmas is ruined by not forfilling my large order made in November... Out of over 30 items not one has turned up,, What am I going to tell my kids Christmas morning???

Created a return for a large item I’ve been told I can’t return it as it is not damaged this is against my consumer rights, as all of studios policy’s have been followed to the letter. I am six weeks in now and no closer to getting this matter resolved. I have sent over 30 emails only 5 responded to. I have put in a formal complaint and even that is not being dealt with. I’m so disappointed in studios lack of customer service. I will be cancelling my account with studio as soon as this is dealt with, it’s a disgrace.

Ordered a furniture bundle , was told one bit was out of stock. I asked to cancel I was told I couldn't.eventually I managed to cancel with delivery company. I'm waiting for the return to be put on my account, this has been ongoing for a month, Studio customer service is non existant

Faulty microwave successfully returned via courier THEY booked themselves. No refund. Just useless aftercare and being asked to provide details repeatedly. Been ongoing for 6 weeks. Over 50 messages/emails and I'm still being asked questions I've answered multiple times. Court next!

Shame I can’t give 0! Ordered a desk for my son’s Xmas, consistently fobbed off by customer service. No one can answer delivery date and now 9 days to Christmas and they have cancelled my order. Clearly selling stock they don’t have, been told a refund will be sent but this is a total scam of a company. Stay away and do not order from them!

Pity I can't give 0. Where do you start. Ordered 5 items received 1. Reordered and the real nightmare began. All 4 in stock money taken at time of order. It is now 4 weeks and in that time the stock has come and gone but still no delivery. The so called customer service is useless. Only 1 answer meant anything positive and that was the agent who showed sympathy understood the problem and we're not alone. But now back to normal. I've contacted my bank as no refund given no doubt more nonsense to come, hopefully not the agent who can't even write proper legible English. Terrible Company don't use them. I am certain they are going bust even though the parent company is shown as House Of Fraser. They really should consider the name House Of Disaster

Placed order 11 November, waited a couple of weeks no delivery, money taken from bank. Finally spoke to someone other than a bot assured money would be refunded as order had been cancelled by Studio. Tried again to find out why I still haven’t been refunded and now the stupid virtual bot just puts the same answer up to all my questions. Would definitely not recommend Studio to anyone, thieves, taking money and not sending goods 😡

Been with Studio for over 20yrs...but will never order from them again. Ordered one item - shoes in Sept...they sent me boots! Took nearly 2wks to get return label sent to me. Returned the boots and was eventually refunded for the cost of the 'shoes' but not the p&p. Still trying to get the money back after over 2.5mths. Tried writing,emailing, tried online chat service and used FB messages numerous times. Keep getting same auto responses...it's been passed to 'relevant' dept who will be in touch. And in the meantime I am bombarded with phonecalls, letters and emails requesting payment and 'threatening' not paying will affect my credit score. This company has gone to the dogs recently and I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Studio is rubbish I have been a customer for many years, this year is my final year shopping with studio - customer service is non existant …. Delayed delivery …. No communication …. They tell you lies. Ordered a perfume on 9th November in time for my daughter’s birthday on 4th December which did not happen and I had to purchase from boots.. I have requested the order be cancelled numerous times to finally receive an email on 11th December saying they have cancelled my order and I will receive a refund. Now we are on 14th December and I have received an email to say Evri has my order ready for delivery!! Order at your peril!

I really wish I'd never ordered from this company. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received all my order, even though they've taken payment. When I contact them I keep getting fobbed off with different excuses. I feel like I've been scammed.

Like all the rest you go on there chat and when you ask for a manager or number to call them they cut the chat I have 5 items missing and one damaged not getting any where with them

If I could give 0 stars I would . I ordered £145 of goods paid in full 4 items arrived with wrong names printed on them still waiting for other 8 items to arrive. No one answers my emails . Can’t contact anyone. No phone number to call .They have had my money and I’m still waiting for my goods I ordered weeks ago . All in time for Christmas This is a Rubbish Company . I’m £145 down that I won’t see again . Now I have no Christmas presents for my grandchildren and no money to buy anymore either I’m so upset 😭 that this could happen . They are fraudsters surely this is illegal on all fronts
