Placed an order on the 9/11/20 for £42.95 that amount was taking out of my bank on the 11th email sent to confirm payment. Tried to track my order and couldn't be found so phoned them up just to be told I wouldn't be refunded as I owed them money from July 2019 for an order. I didn't place an order in July 2019.. Jason wasn't any help very rude and kept calling me mam. He couldn't answer any of my questions other than I wouldn't get a refund. I'm now going to get in touch with Watchdog more so after seeing so many similar reviews. Pity I have to give 1 star

I paid for an item and was promised delivery within 5 days. 3 weeks later I had not received the item. I contacted Studio Customer Services and requested a refund. I was advised the refund would be with me in 48 hours. 4 days later I still had not received my refund. I contacted customer services again and they advised I now have to wait up to 21 days!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took £90 and have not supplied me the product or a refund and expect me to wait another month!

I didn't even want to give them the 1 star Worst customer service. Code for free delivery, they charged the £4.99 delivery, phoned to get refunded, refuse, say call back in 24hours, call back in 3 days, call back in 7 days They take your cash, and then say they can't refund as waiting for account approval ?? but they happily took my money before they had account approval ? refund never approved, and assume my items will never arrive SCAM DO NOT USE

One star is too much for this dreadful company. If only I had seen this first. Strange that trust pilot has nothing but brilliant comments, which I find absolutely impossible. There website is rubbish to try and log back in, they sell things which are out of stock, when first ordered says allow 3-5 working days for delivery, its been 15 days and still waiting and still been "processed" happy to keep my money and deliver nothing. Their customer service is shocking, not only the terrible lines with a useless person on the other end, to be on hold and hung up on 3 times before I actually go through to somebody to be told, they are been processed. I will contact my bank for a charge back for this money. I hope they have Personalised it and wasted their money because I am getting mine back!

If I could give zero stars I would. They need to be closed down. I ordered 20 packs of tiles and kept saying order hasn't gone through.. Now instead of 20pks of tiles I have 70 packs! Of course they're not cancelling. First they are saying they haven't got invoice to call again. In 72hrs. Then they said invoice is in but they can't cancel because item is UNDISPATCHED they're a joke. I'm £400 less in my bank account and been waiting to speak t9 a supervisor and complaints department for 40mins now. Do not buy they are scum and scam artists. Ps bank can't cancel the order either

Why are people still buying from this scam of a website studio!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM STUDIO!!! Bought a tracksuit about 2 months ago, waited nearly 3 weeks still no item, phoned them up and said it wasn't in stock?! Why take money for something not in stock and also lie saying delivery is in 4-10 days! Roll on to 3 days ago, I know their reputation so I ask regarding a personalised dressing gown and specifically ask is it in stock! Yes yes the woman says pay now it will be with you in 4-10 days! I've just had an email and guess what, it's not in stock! Now dreading phoning tomorrow to try get a refund after reading other reviews on here. Why aren't they reported to trading standards!! I'll be phoning them and also will be telling every single person I know never to shop there! Vile scamming rats who just take your money none are English all put the phone down on you when they've ran out of excuses and lies! Disgusting!!

Ordered a kitchen trolley from Studio. When it arrived was just a carton of broken wood......won't be ordering any further furniture items.

Ordered 12 items on 25th October only 3 arrived. Called Studio who said rest of order was cancelled( by them- Nobody knows who or why) Money is in account with -£85 approx. Today is Friday I have been on the phone for last 4 days. I keep getting put through to different operators who then put me through to someone else. I have been promised phone call but have not received any. They have put the phone down on me. They said we will reorder for you if you pay again then we will refund your £85 approx. I have asked them to return my money and I will re-order, was told 1st time that it would be done straight away, this did not happen. I asked to speak to a manager after waiting again on the phone Joyce came back and said the Manager would call back. At this point my Husband came in the room and said he wanted the phone, I know how angry I am and he is worse than me, this ended up in an argument between my Husband and I, I then said to Joyce - Can you hear the trouble Studio is causing between My Husband and myself. Joyce promptly put the phone down.

Studio took more than fifty pounds too much from my account and have not returned it, despite my having contacted them. Theft. I would strongly advise people not to have anything to do with them.

Wanted to get a Macbook, but my credit limit wouldn’t cover it - so in good faith I paid £200 before ordering. Ordered, never arrived. When I enquired they informed me it had been delivered THE DAY BEFORE IT HAD BEEN DESPATCHED - and that I had signed for it. (Obviously I hadn’t). When I phoned about this, they said it would be sorted in 30 days, I phoned again after 30 days to be told to wait until 30 ‘working days’. Now they are ignoring my emails whilst sending constant reminders to make a payment! Steer clear at all costs! I now face a challenge to get my £200 back.P

Order has thus far failed to arrive. It is now a week after the due date. I have had no response from the company to explain the delay. All attempts to contact customer service have resulted in disappointment - representatives are entirely script led, refuse to pass me on to a manager and are able to offer anything else but vague reassurances that the item will be delivered at some point in the future.

bought few items from website they said its brand new when they arrived I found refurbished total shocked, sent items back for refund and their best courier lost in the post which is joke, I have done whatever I can provided them everything I can, I spoke to customer care few times never helped me, I have requested for call back from management for few times no one bother to keep in touch. I am still paying the item which I never had it, what's an absolute joke this Company is. Taking a legal action now. They must STOP scamming people. trading authorises must take appropriate action against them to avoid in the future, they can't scam peoples like this, WILL never buy from them again

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with online. I can only confirm what other are saying - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Luckily I only ordered 2 small items of low value. However, having been told they were despatched via HERMES, there is no sign of the parcel. Hermes have never received the parcel, despite Studio providing a tracking number. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ONLINE SUPPORT, TERRIBLE TELEPHONE SUPPORT !! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT order from this scam of a company they take your money when item isn't in stock lie giving you delivery dates when they have no intention of delivering waited over 8 weeks been given 3 delivery dates and still no item

What a disgusting firm this is! DON'T GO NEAR THEM!!!! Taken my money online and haven't sent me the goods and won't refund me for 30 days till they investigate at MY EXPENSE!!! Hermes haven't received my goods either and I have sent studio proof of this and they refuse to send me the goods out again or even refund me for a month! I am so going to trading standards over this! All you receive is emails written in broken English that tell you the same thing over and over that you have to wait for 30 days before they deal with it! Vile customer service!! Don't shop with them, they take your money even when things aren't in stock!

What fraud company. AVOID!!!!!Overcharged me for my order and not refunding my money. When you call they keep you on hold and then disconnect so you stop chasing. system is always down and after taking money never come back to you. No tracking no service and by fraud over charge you. Cones please stay away form them. Beware !!!!! FRAUDSSS CHEATTS

Ordered two personalised items, received email to say it’s been dispatched. Tracked parcel on Hermes for nearly a week- kept saying “waiting for parcel” Parcel was delivered today- completely wrong order and wrong name on it. Rang customer service, said incorrect parcel would be collected and to reorder what I wanted. No mention of my original order and no apologies or compensation. What a joke!

Ordered item back in September. Received dispatched notification but item never arrived. Spoken with studio in total 17 times and every time received a different response. Finally agreed to order a different replacement product whilst on phone to resolutions team yesterday. Woke up this morning to an email saying item out of stock. They do not have live feed stock software so advisors are not able to provide accurate responses. Perhaps they should invest in this before promoting stock. Correct your business before you commit to customer demand that you clearly cannot fulfil
