I did not receive my order which I have paid for. Studio.co.uk sent me a letter to inform me that my item was out of stock and that I would get a refund. I am still waiting for my refund and when I call, they are very unhelpful and robotic like. The female I spoke to on the phone talked over me the entire time and then hung up on me!!! I cannot afford to pay for something that I did not receive! Disgusting company. Horrible customer service.

This company should not be allowed to trade We ordered a xmas item on the 7th Nov so I cancejjed it as they could not say when I will receive this gift as I needed it for the 1st Dec .I have not received a e mail regarding my refund It is totally impossible to send a e mail anywhere as they all get returned they don't accept them -finally phoning them asking to speak to a manager who doesn't ring you and half the time they say the systems are down This company is well known for bad customer service and letting people down

I asked to cancel an order because I had ordered the wrong size. They delivered it anyway and charged me. It took me a month to return it. It has been over a month since the item has been sent back but Studio refuses to refund me.They had promised a full refund

Exactly same problem as other people absolutely discussing company. Imagine not sending a 10 month old baby Christmas gift. This is against consumer rights

Absolute shocking online store!!! Time and time again I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I’m disappointed. Ordering is the easy part only to find out days later that what you thought you’d ordered is out of stock and won’t be in for weeks but hey ho we are still going to charge you and add interest to that! Then you try and contact Studio customer service by email and you get another email in return to say their not responding to that email. So then you try to ring them after you’ve been at work all day only to be told there’s no one available in that department to speak to, ask for a manager: forget it, no one available. When I finally managed to make an order they lost my order and now I’ve waited over 1 month for them to start an investigation into what’s happened to my supposedly delivered order. In the mean time I have to pay for said items and to add insult to injury have to pay interest as well. Returns take forever to be acknowledged and refunded and that’s only after chasing them via email and phone calls several times. Avoid, avoid avoid!

After the order was placed, they sent an email showing me that the delivery would be sent to a wrong address. I called them ( in India) where they could not speak good enough English to help me, the first person transferred me to a second one in order to get rid off me. They pretended they had sorted it, in order to get me off the phone. It was delivered to the wrong place, ( billing address, not delivery address) and I will now have to spend £30 lugging a huge rug on public transport to the right address.

Waiting for a refund, cannot get it! 6 calls to customer services, 7 emails and not one response. Absolutely shocking company. Their staff on the customer service line are a waste of space. I’m not trying to find a head office number to get my problem resolved as I’m sick of dealing with useless people who just tell you lies!

Only left 1 star as I had to so I could leave a bad review! This firm has treated me disgustingly since Oct & is still ongoing now! Ordered & paid for Xmas card holders that simply never came & in fact never even left their factory & have bombarded them with emails ever since that mostly get ignored or not answered fully! They tell you to wait 30 days for an investigation (god knows why it takes so long) won't re-send them out and won't refund me either!!!! Disgusting firm I am £30 out of pocket with no goods and now they are simply ignoring the issue! Absolute thieves! DON'T SHOP WITH THEM ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!

Which company asks for your date of birth, how many years you've lived at the address etc, just to buy pairs of socks....? They are keeping details, will use this at a later time. They give discount if you pay on credit. No paypal options... THIS STINKS

not happy so far ordered my kids birthday presents was told by text it was delivered bear in mind i was waiting near my front door and they also send a image of the delivery No parcel came to my address now i have to spend my day chasing behind these people first time using this company i wish I'd read the reveiw before ordering haven't got time for this easier to just go out and get it yourself less stress

AVOID!! HARD TO GIVE EVEN ONE STAR!! AVOID!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Find it hard to even give one star. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, paid for the products via debit card. Money was instantly taken from my bank account with no email confirmation or goods delivered. Emailed numerous times and had telephone conversations. Wait at least 4 days for a reply, Useless and pointless customer services advisors...not uk based. Still no resolution. Was told I’d applied for a credit account...which I didn’t. Was even told I’d pressed the button by mistake!! Last email asked me to send my bank details. ABSOLUTELY no way will I do that. After reading reviews, this is clearly something Studio do as a company, tricking people into getting credit accounts and encouraging debt!! I have reported Studio to my bank for investigation of fraud and reported Studio to trading standards. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM STUDIO!!

I ordered 4 items on the 25/11/20 and on the tracking it said still waiting dispatch 10 days later. On their website it states delivery within 3- 7 days. I called their Customer Service twice and was on the phone for a total of 97 minutes trying to find out when my items would be dispatched and all I got was they did not know. They said that they would call me back, which they never did. I then found a number for accounts and I spoke to them and they could not confirm a dispatch date although they did say that all 4 items were in stock and they were waiting for a courier, which I find unbelievable! So I have cancelled the order and I will be spending my money with a reliable company with good customer service. Do NOT use this company.

Had some jigsaws delivered damaged thur26/11.Emailed them and got a response on Monday 1st. Replied back within 20 minutes and have heard nothing since (04/12). They are the only company I know off that don't send out jigsaws properly boxed/protected.

After placing an order I called the customer services team straightaway to cancel my order but the advisor said they cannot cancel they have to wait till an invoice is raised for my order to be cancelled and asked me to call back in a couple of days to try and cancel then. I emailed in asking for my order to be cancelled and for them not to send the item out and I received no reply to that email. Appalling customer service and I then received an automated email informing me my order has been sent out. Disgusted with their service.

Shocking customer service. Called three times re account accessibility- still not resolved- asked to speak to manager- was cut off. Been customer for many years- will be closing my account. Their loss !!

Worst customer service ever, charged for all calls and if you have any issues and are unhappy they either cut you off or say the call is bad. I have been waiting on a returns label for a faulty large item for 10 days which has to be sent by post, yet other companies can email you it right away, nothing has arrived and every time I called to chase up, I get same message it takes 5 to 7 days for postage, when I said it had been 10 days you then get silence from their customer service and then they cut you off. Do not buy anything large or which might need returned as they are a nightmare. Even if I finally get this parcel lifted I am being charged ongoing interest for at least another 14 days before they credit your account back. Will never order a large item again and if they don’t get this sorted I will be closing my account.

I have tried to contact studio on numerous occasions about a order I returned via Hermes. The return is not showing on my statement 5 weeks later. I spoke on 4 different occasions to speak to a customer service advisor, there was a break down in the language barrier. I found it very difficult to understand the advisor. I therefore sent emails regarding my account. I received a confirmation email to say they had received this, but no replies. I would certainly never use studio again, and would advise against anyone using this company.

Terrible. Ordered a item by paying with card. Money taken from back account, no email confirmation of product order. 5 days later I call Studio asking if my order has processed correctly and when I should receive it - I am told on the phone that my order was cancelled and they will reorder it. Fine. I was asked whether I want a credit account and told the member of staff TWICE that I did not. Received an email confirmation my order so thought everything was fine. Three days later I then get a text message asking for more information to open a credit account!!! I do not want a credit account! Called Studio again, and told that they will cancel the credit account, cannot confirm whether this will affect my credit score and they actually cannot find a payment for my original order which I paid for by card. Tried asking for my sortcode and accunt number to refund me - no, you need a card number. Fraud? And then I am told to email proof of the original payment to them of the £39.98 which has left my bank account. Absolutely appauling. I will be making a second formal complaint and demanding a refund for all of my monies. Ridiculous from start to finish and will never use again. Would prefer to pay £70 for my item from Argos instead than this.

I purchased two sets of Christmas lights from Studio with two extended 3 year guarantees. Both sets of lights were not working correctly after 1 year. Studio told us that we had to contact our insurer (they had sold us the insurance policy) however the insurer told us that Studio were obligated to refund us rather than them as the lights had broken when still under Studio's guarantee rather than the extended guarantee. We spoke to Studio on the phone and after 45 minutes they agreed that they would collect the broken lights to replace them. Since then they refunded one set of lights (without ever collecting them) however they did not refund the second set of broken lights or the two guarantees that I purchased which they would not honour! We have contacted them and they have stated that the extended guarantee was only for one year even though our policy documents clearly state three years (and there would have been no point in purchasing a one year guarantee when they came with one year anyway). They would not refund or replace the second set of broken lights or either of the two policies. I would never shop with Studio again and would recommend avoiding this company.

Ordered an Xbox, but didn't see rip off price till I saw confirmation, wasn't able to cancel on the day, but got told I was able to the day after. Still wasn't able to cancel 48 hours after ordering this product, and said if I request refund it'll be to my account and not bank account. AVOID
