Rubbish studios theft of peoples money. Customer service rubbish still taking orders emails are a joke talking to customers service what service robot chat. Repeat same information time after time to no avail. Appalled

Order placed money taken no notification from studio as item out of stock . This was 12 sept . No way of contacting customer service only via BOT . Emails , messenger , ect sent .same reply your order is being processed . Can’t get refund same generated reply . I’ve posted on trust pilot and guess what same response . Still No refund . Latest says will try to cancel my order then see about refund which I’ve been asking for since ordering item and as soon as money taken showing as out of stock . why do you need to try to cancel my order when it’s been out of stock since .ordering on 12 sept . Why take my money for goods you haven’t got Please do not order. Look at the reviews. Not the first page of fake reviews

They have now blocked you from speaking to a human unless of course you are placing an order!! I am at boiling point!! They have sneakily blocked you returning items if the products comes direct from another supplier so you now have to pay to return something even when it's wrong!! I have been a customer for 20 years and the service is non existent so that's it!! I will not be ordering from them again and I will find another company that actually values it's customers! I do not wish to do every via email so that they can make more of profit for very little input!! Finished!

I returned a parcel with proof of return and Evri website says delivered to studio on 5th September it’s now 3rd October and no refund. Emails useless I’ve sent multiple and get same reply send proof of postage again !! And we are checking warehouse and will get back to you . Spoke to someone verbally last week Julia who said she could see the problem and would sort it out within 7 days nothing. Now they have closed the phone line can only email !! Web chat just useless asked for a manager NONE available surprise surprise. Now I owe £236 for goods I don’t have !! I’ve been a customer for years but never returned before now I will never buy again off them worst customer service ever

Worst app ever, been trying to log in numerous times, changed password loads of times, still got nowhere, never again. I will just request paper bills, and not bother to try and buy of studio again.

Worst catalogue company ever! I signed up to studio, ordered a very expensive item and was told it would take 15 days to arrive. 15 days later still no delivery so I signed into my account only to see my item was suddenly Out of stock! Tried to contact them but that was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time due to lack of customer service skills and lack of intelligence. I went to another catalogue and got the exact same item from them instead and received it the next day. My advice is don't bother with this cowboy company. I hope they go bankrupt!

Would have put 0 but it will not let me.I have had studio for years but since last year have not been able to access my account on line have reported problems numerous times and got nowhere, only to find now if you wish to make a payment don't try to ring off landline because it will not connect you have too use mobile phone. But craftly it does not state this on statements so they start putting charges on your account. Best thing to do is contact financial ombudsman as this is appalling. Puts peoples credit rating at risk last month it was the same problem after problem but now it's even worse. Fuming.

Terrible and unprofessional experience with STUDIO. Order of over £400 on STUDIO PAY not received, been trying to contact them over 4 months to get to the bottom of this and all I get is ‘Please carry on with your payments and we will be in touch with you within 30 days’ and its been almost 5 months I’ve been waiting, the bill keeps going up but I will not be paying for something I haven’t received. The customer service is useless and they don’t want to help over the phone. Never buying from them again.

I ordered 2 mattress toppers on 4th August and returned them on the 8th August as they were to big. I arranged returns through Studio and the courier did not take photos and left me with a blank sorry I missed you card HE PICKED THEM UP so he must have got them. I have tried ever phone number to contact them always cut off or told “go on line and it will be solved NO IT WONT I had not paid for the mattress toppers so they would be put on my account…… so my account should be nil NO it states I owe £45 how? as BOTH were returned, and if I had to pay anything it would be double the said amount as I ordered and received 2. No amount of trying to contact them I am blue in the face this is DIABOLICAL COMPANY if you are thinking of ordering DONT. You will never get any satisfaction if you need to return am item. It seems they only want your money. There is no phone number for their head office so you can’t talk to them , must be the same idiots as there customer service team , they can’t put you through to another department(it must be above their ability as they all seem like robots reading from a script. and most of them speak rather bad English. I could go on for hours about them but I won’t bore you with anymore details. JUST DON’T USE THE ROTTEN COMPANY IF you want to send a purchase back. My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM STUDIO

I ordered a plastic Keter shed back in July. Shed never got delivered. I only found out by tracking my order via Arrows website that the shed had not been delivered due to damage. At no point have Studio informed me of this fact, and that it would not be delivered. Fast forward 3 months and I've only just received a credit back onto my account. Whats really amazing is that Studio has been charging me monthly payments for the undelivered item and I have also been charged a late fee for the pleasure. I've contacted several times though the awful webchat (really, no telephone number?!) and been told this issue would be resolved. I've now been palmed off to studio credit to try and get the charges reversed. I've probably wasted 5 /6 hours trying to get this sorted, all for an item that wasn't delivered. Shambles, avoid!

This has to be the most pathetic company ever ..i changed my email address last year and only been able to log in once or twice since ,it keeps saying we dont recognise your details and the incompetant idiots on customer service that they have working for them need sacking because they are useless ..i work in customer service and if i treated people the way they do i wouldnt expect to have a job .wont be long before this company goes under for good customers like me cant even order on line any more so what does that say and ive been a customer for years but no morev.enough is enough i have sent so many emails trying to sort this out and all i get is pathetic repeat messages back ...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTAL RUBBISH THEY CANT EVEN CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AFTER MONTHS ITS GONE TO THE DOGS THIS COMPANY

Sofa was damaged and poor quality. Waited 3 weeks for a collection on the 10th August. This was 3 weeks ago and still not received any further contact or a refund. Every time I contact them I am fobbed off with them saying 'its with the relevant department and they will contact you.' The customer service is useless, just canned messages to move you on to the next person without any help. I will never use this company again and warn others to use with care, everything might go well until you need to return a damaged item. Next step for me is a chargeback through my credit card company

Hisense 43A6BGTUK 43 inch 4k uhd smart tv with dolby vision hdr Bluetooth and wi fi 2022 This is a large purchase for me and a lot of money we threw my old tv out , expecting a brand new one to work looked fine until you plug it in, the screen looks broke inside I've been told it could be 14 days before courier picks it up I have know idea how long before I get a tv or refund I have to children and no tv for weeks then you will refund me when there's no sale on I'm disgusted with the service 5he television came broke and should be replaced straight away its not on credit I paid full purchase price. I want somebody To sort this out the item arrived broken that's your responsibility. I saved to get the money and I've no money and nothing to show for it, yor ripping off people on benefits who can't afford all this messing around. I will post this on every blog or site i can find so people who don't have a lot of money dont shop with scamming catalogue Studio refuse to help even though it'd there fault £249 was everything I had Danielle whitford

Awful company. I ordered a garden chair and they accused the delivery company of losing it. Their customer care told me to re order for another one which I did. In the mean time the original one was delivered. However I have every day either emailing or on their online chat to get my £200 refund back from the second chair. I am not going down the legal route. They need to be named and shamed on forums.

I returned an item but studio seemed to think i still have the item and need confirmation from another department that i returned it. its gone on for 3 months now and I'm getting really fed up. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I have sent countless emails. every email i send i get another back from someone different saying the same thing. phone calls that were of no help.spoke to someone who said to ring another number to get to speak to someone that could help but every time i got through the call kept cutting off. and really bad line..I am never going to order from them again and it is a wonder they have any customers left the way they treat people returning items.

Never buy from this company.. Absolutely appalling customer service & products. I think they must be seconds or returned damaged goods! After sending about 20 emails I finally got a refund & this has been going on for several weeks.. No use phoning as you just get cut off.. Customer service hardly reply to an email & when they do they keep wanting the same information e.g Name. Account No. Date ordered etc.. I think its their ploy is to wear you down. I've done some research & they are owned by Fraser Group as Studio went into administration in 2022.. Steer clear at at all cost..
