No way of contacting them. Rubbish robot chats which do not resolve anything. No customer care whatsoever. Rubbish.

Still waiting for a refund since 15 November last year,I have had enough,after 19 requests for a refund I have passed information on to citizens advice bureau,not sure what they can do.I will tell anyone never to deal with this company, awful experience, and liars and fobbing off

Customer Service is dreadful . Received an order coupke if months ago - 1 item missing- got in touch straight away to tell them furstly by chat and then e mail ! Was told on numerous occasions to prove order whuch was missing- sent copy of dispatch note showing missing item - they keep asking for same information they finally said refund was processed that was 2 weeks ago still not received!! Sent another e mail to chase it up they now asking again for proof of item etc! They are a complete joke with zero respect or customer service!!

Avoid! Absolute thieves! Missing items from my order and customer service is just fobbing me off asking me to send details over and over but failing to resolve the issue and refund me the correct amount for the messing items.

Placed an order for two personalised items and one arrived incorrect. Their fault, as it was correct on the order note. They arranged a return and then haven’t given me a refund. Trying to get through to them to get it sorted and they just keep asking for the same information over again, even though I’ve given it to them. Awful company, seem to have some problem every time I try to order something from here. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Placed an order on 24/11, paid in full £269.99, order was placed on a 3 to 5 working day delivery. The order was never processed, it was showing unavailable the following day. I contacted them for a refund. I was promised this on the 5/12. I emailed and went on chat numverous times. In the end I had to approach my bank. With the evidence they were able to do a chargeback and I finally got a refund on the 10/1. SHAME ON YOU!

I placed an order for 4 items on 24th November 2023. 1 item was delivered, no problem. 2 items were out of stock and a refund was made within 24 hours. The fourth item was not delivered and my accounts page shows the item as ‘no longer available’ I have still not had the refund of £45 for this item. I have sent numerous emails asking and I’ve been fobbed off. Studio are now suggesting (after 6 weeks of emailing them) that the issue is with the delivery company. I have a screen shot from the delivery company saying they were waiting for the parcel from studio. This is so frustrating. I have also contacted the company via Facebook messenger and live chat. All reply with the same bland messages with nothing being sorted.

I have emailed Studio 5 times in the last week and not once do i get a reply. I need to speak with them urgently. All phone numbers are non existant. What is their problem.

Been waiting a month for my order! Still dont know where it is and get nothing from them. No update nothing. communication very very poor, still not received my order yet they have charged me and expects payment. Don't care attitude. Cant speak on the phone to anyone only email and chat (that they cut you off) would not recommend definitely gone down hill! I won't be a customer anymore! Never had any problem in the years I have been a customer. Disgusting.

15 weeks ago i recieved my order from studio , it had the wrong sized items. I promtly sent the order back through evri. I have sent numerous emails and filled in several studio contact forms with all my details including proof that evri delivered the parcel back to them on 10th october, but still they have not credited my account. This means when my statement came through i had to pay the outstanding balance including interest despite not owing it, as i didnt want my credit rating score to be affected with a default. Studio now ignores all my contact. This company has gone from being the place to shop, to a complete shambles, with no regard for its loyal customers.I have tried numerous times to now close my account, and they wont even do that. Shop with Studio at your risk. Discusting company.

I am very unhappy with the service I have received overall from Studio. I made an order for a Christmas gift on the 3rd of December. I did not receive a confirmation email until hours later (which should have been the first red flag tbh). After the confirmation email I was not contacted at all. So on the 18th of December I emailed Studio about my order and they informed me that it was being processed in the warehouse and they would keep me updated. I then checked my Studio account on the 19th to see that my order had been cancelled so I contacted them again (on Facebook this time) and I was informed that they no longer had the item I ordered in stock (and this is only a few days to Christmas at this point). They are very unprofessional, do not order from this website as they do not seem to even know if the item is in stock before accepting the order. The only redeeming qualities are that their customer service online is good and they returned the money promptly.

Ordered item not delivered and no tracking info. Customer Services issued a standard reply .but a month later have had no further contact (or refund) I'm posting on every review site and social media warning people not to buy from this company .

Having been with studio for over 20 years it is with regret that I have to turn my back on them. I've had some great products over those years but now I'm at my wits end with the appalling way this company is now running. Over the past 18 months or so I've seen a huge decline in the way it's gone especially customer service wise. I have 3 times had to chase a refund for orders not completed with generally an item missing. This last time over an £8 duvet ordered on 4/11/23 and not a sensible response from any of at least 6 different people I've had to email regarding the refund. £8 is nothing but with the thousands I've spent over the past 20 years it's a principle thing now. I want this money credited back but not one has dealt with it to completion and still having to email weekly. What a sad way to run a once great firm, with loyal customers turning their backs. Please avoid because I assure you they do not know how to do their jobs properly anymore or seem to care.

The product (sideboard) arrived damaged after a 10-day wait.. The webchat is awful, It took 15 minutes to connect to an agent, and then after asking for a moment to read and get up to speed.. she just never came back. I waited 45 mins before giving up. The email process was better. Arranged to have the item collected. I was hesitant to try to find the refund form in the box as I'd never be able to repackage the tightly packed box. Requested they email me the form, They sent me to a web page that said the form was attached. It wasn't. Asked to be emailed the form.. they said they could not. Found it myself online. The pick-up was supposed to be between 8 am-8 pm. Not been picked up. Reading the other reviews, I'm concerned about my refund. I went on the instagram but the comments have been disabled which says allot.

This company is an absolute nightmare all they do is pass you from department to department all the time doing absolutely nothing to sort out their mistake. Issue started 29/08/2023- 08/01/24 and is still ongoing and I’m now being threatened with my account being passed to debt collection agency for a bill I don’t and have never owed

This will be my last shop from studio,, parts of my order was missing,, they jeep asking for more and more details, it was Xmas paper, how can I send details and, barcodes if I didn't get them, no customer service,, talk to bots, with same response each time, I've been with studio for over 20 years,, maybe they should just have went into liquidation and closed, they are going down the drain now and will soon have no customers left by the 1 star reports they are getting

Ordered items in November. Evri lost part of my order. Studio customer service cancelled my order on 14 December due to lost parcel and informed me the refund will be due 3-5 working days. It is now 7 January and refund has not been credited on account. I contacted customer service via chat several times and was told they will email the relevant department. Simultaneously, I emailed customer service on 24 December who I previously dealt with chasing an update on my refund. I emailed again on 4 January. Also spoke with Studio Pay who informed me they cannot help even though I was advised by customer service to contact them for any questions regarding the credit/refund. I have not heard from customer service. I now have to pay for an invoice for items I did not receive in order to avoid my credit score being affected and interest charged. I have been chasing every for two weeks via chat bot and email and nobody is responding. This is the first time experiencing such an issue and I will never shop with them ever again.

To cut a very long story short, items ordered and paid for at the start of December, still not received and I'm finding it impossible to cancel and get a refund. The items were Christmas themed so clearly pretty pointless in the second week of January. Online messenger is frustrating and although the staff are very polite, ultimately they don't (or perhaps don't have the authority to) help; there is no reply to the e-mails I've sent, it's very difficult to find a phone number to speak to someone and if you do, it hardly ever gets answered. To help others, the only phone number I can find is 0371 3765680, choose option 1, then 4, hold, then option 3. If you don't follow this and select other options you will be told to go through Facebook Messenger and will then be cut off. Even if you follow this it is likely you will be on hold for a VERY long time. Despite my best efforts I still haven't received my order or money back.

I have been a customer of Studio for more years than I care to remember and have never had cause to complain. Now, unfortunately, I shall be deleting my account with them. I ordered some items in November for Christmas presents, some arrived, some didn't. I recieved an email from Evri saying there was an issue with my order, I contacted Studio when it didn't turn up. 10 emails later, I'm still not getting anywhere, I have had to repeat myself and send screenshots with nearly every advisor I have had contact with, I repeatedly ask for someone to call me, nothing, nothing, nothing!!!!! They now owe me £40. I used to recommend this company but I certainly won't anymore. Since they were taken over, or whatever it was that happened, the place has just gone downhill
