Received part of my order When the statement arrived the total was for the entire cost of the order I paid for the goods I received less £20 because of the missing item Numerous phone calls constantly repeating the problem eventually getting a reference number so the matter could be looked into, a letter arrived informing me the matter was being looked into. Still being chased for the £20 with is now £35.50. October 2021 the order was placed I am still waiting for the out come even though I have the message on my phone from Studio SORRY WE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR PARCEL with the item being out of stock. Shocking state of affairs.

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered 2 items one of which was a works secret santa gift. When ordered stated was in stock and delivery 3-5 days. parcel arrived with only one of the items. I then went on to live chat to enquire about the secret santa gift. I was told that it would be delivered when available. I asked to cancel and receive a refund as the website had said that the item was in stock and I had ordered in good faith of it arriving on time. I was then told that no I could not apply for a cancellation even though it was not in stock or dispatched but I could return it when it eventually arrives, said item arrived much later and I had had to go to the shops to find a gift to be given in time. The item was shocking quality which I gave to a charity shop. Live chat 'fed' a complaint re this to which I received an email to say my complaint would take 8 weeks to reply to and resolve. On the 7th day of the 8th week I then received an email to say that it would take longer!!!! This email contained no 'resolution' date and just told me they would contact me at some time in the future. my advise is do not waste your time or money with this dreadful company.

Ordered ripped Jeans . Arrived to my horror when they ment ripped they were an understatement!!! They were torn about the rip and they are ment to be frayed across the rips . The ones I received had just a big hole in and torn upright ( not ment to look like this !! Don't know if they are a 1 off or someone else has had them before me and sent back but absolute disgraceful to send our to customer . Quality control must be asleep on the job thats all I can say . Obviously returning thru customer service . Was so annoyed as needed them for a function this week .. you pay for delivery and pay to return items with this company which is a complete joke other company returns are free . However there going back ASAP

Diabolical service, condition of item terrible Quick to take the money, had my item delivered on the 12th January it was a wardrobe every panel was either scratched or dented with no protective film on the item, item returned on 13th January Here we are two days unpaid work as needed to be in for delivery and collection of the item 30 calls later, 3 complaints open and still the company have not refunded me my money. On top of that you can't contact or be patched through to the complaints/resolution team directly. The list could go one with how much this company has got wrong

You will be charged for zero balance interest, they will not refund for return items. Not reliable as they do not stick on what they says.

I have placed two orders with Studio. Both times the money has been taken but the order mysteriously doesn't go through. When you ring customer service they say that the items are still in the basket and to complete the order. They refused a refund as an order 'wasn't placed' despite them already taking the money. The bank has had to refund the money on both occasions after days of back and forth with Studio who claim no money was taken by them yet the bank say they definitely did receive it.

Ordered 2 quilts in king size 3wks ago. Upon arrival 1 was king size the other double. The correct one had pen ink on it but kept anyway as managed to get ink out. Informed studio of incorrect size on the other, was told they would send a returns label so I could return, Still waiting. Have been with them for a number off years and after this mistake one of many guess its time to part company. Disgraceful customer service, shoddy goods, dishonest, dishonourable and not fit for service. How a company like this can operate in the UK is beyond me, its no wonder people from a foreign land get a bad name, Will pay for the item and say goodbye. Be warned this company are rip offs, you have been warned.

Ordered a Dollhouse House as a Christmas present in September for my granddaughter . After chasing as not arrived had email end November advising Studio cancelling order as couldn't meet demand .... Why didn't they say before when I chased !!! Left us chasing in December to get similar item which was hard Arrived home Christmas Eve to a large parcel on door step been left in rain all day ! Didn't know was coming as they cancelled . Also Still no refund .. finally they arranged twice to collect it went back 2nd week Jan and end Jan still waiting refund after 5 phone calls and muiltple emails I'm going to have to seek legally advise to get money back on an item they cancelled so double out of pocket as had to replace item they cancelled and not refunded !!! A complete nightmare ...

Worst company ever! I have been a studio account holder for at least 8 years which doesn't account for anything according to them. I purchased 24 items on the 22nd November which were meant for Christmas gifts but they never arrived. The tracking to this day is still showing the parcel as being with Hermes and apparently on the way back to Studio. I have contacted them at least 10 times and spoke to numerous customer service reps and each one keeps telling me to wait another 2 weeks which is ridiculous as they know it's going back to them as they are the ones who advised me of this. It is now 27th January and I am still no further forward with getting my credit back on my account which means that I will have to make payments until it is sorted. I will definitely be closing my account as soon as it's taken care of and I will never purchase anything from this shambles of a company ever again.

Scam scam scam, don't not buy from these absolute joke of a company. I ordered a patio furniture set in the sale it had gone through told me my order number. Hadn't heard from them about delivery so rang and they said my order has been cancelled, I certainly never cancelled it and I could have it at full price as the sale had ended. Argued with them jut no way would they let me have it at sale price. I was fuming.

Ordered items for Christmas didn't arrived by 22nd Dec cancelled it no refund before Xmas then item was sent to me on 8th Jan Refused delivered had to wait further 14 days for delivery day 13 same item was sent out just over stickered could clearly see refused it again still waiting for refund Feb. Customer service is shocking

Item didn't arrive. Delivery company told me that they received the item 'smashed to pieces' so it was undeliverable. Requested a refund which was accepted by the call centre. Refund never happened. Months have passed and still no refund. £50 out of pocket. Also, most of the reviews on Trustpilot are written by Studio employees. Completely fake !

Get the bank to raise a dispute if you’re not getting a refund. They did the same to me, but when the bank get involved you miraculously get your refund because they don’t want the hassle of dealing with the bank. The crooks will still deduct postage £4.99 from the refund even though you already paid for postage when you ordered, but at least you get most of it back. Then don’t ever use them again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, if your lucky enough to get your product then you better hope its not damaged or missing parts. This company does not do customer service, 10 weeks, dozens of phone calls, hundreds of emails and I'm still at the point of them telling me someone will contact me within 7 working days, they never do. Do not buy from this company.

Customer service is terrible. Been trying to get a refund from beginning of December, opened a case, someone rings you back and closes the case just because they have spoken to you. Still not refund, they dont reply to your email. I cannot leave a review about the product, do not use this company

brutal never buy anything from these sharks .you wont get your money back when you return an item .they will just keep saying the same rubbish wait more time .hang up when you call them don't answer there email .legal action is the only way you can do .truly shocking scumbags they are never again

Terrible place to shop, had items in my basket and wouldn't let me check out. I rang to see what the problem was and because I hadn't ordered in over a year they deleted my account and won't let me register a new account.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Ordered a projector for Xmas which came after 2 weeks. Quality was poor and unusable. Returned the item via the studio website, within my 30 day policy, this was on the 12th December 2021. Called every week after to find out where my refund was as the Hermes tracking advised to speak to Studio for updates, to be told that I had nothing to worry about it was ok in hand! Called last week 5th January 2022 to raise a complaint and find out today 10th a January 2022 that they haven’t receive the return and I have to claim from Hermes! All options on my account to even create a return have been removed off my account and I’m advised as I made a return myself I’m liable!! The return was done via the Studio website which they say was me doing it on my own back. Stay well clear now having to contact credit card company for fraud
