This company is absolutely shocking!!!!….a bunch of thief’s…ordered 2 items in November and was notified they were out of stock which is fair enough, instead of refunding my money back to my bank account they put it into my Studio account (which I pay regularly every month) and when I spent MY OWN MONEY they have charged extra interest on my Studio account and it’s jumped from £247 to £300 and my monthly payments have gone from £10 a month to £17+ a month….this company is a bunch of con artists and I’m getting in touch with Comsumer Rights and Action Fraud over this matter as when I rang up about this matter they have added more to my account and not took on board or dealt with my account appropriately at all…they are full of empty words and promises….this company is downright disgusting and needs shutting down ASAP…God knows how many other people they are defrauding who are not keeping an eye on their account balances and monthly repayments…your orders take over a fortnight to arrive yet they are charging £5 per delivery which in my estimations should be 1st class next day delivery not Standard Delivery which they are yet again stealing money from customers for….I will not be paying anymore payments until this is dealt with from Studio !!!!!!

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing 2 dinner sets at £78.99, and i wish i had paid on my credit card too! I am having to raise a formal complaint with my Bank, can't believe trading standards have not shut this company down!!! Surprise surprise, i am still chasing an order which said 5 - 7 days delievery and no one is able to tell me when i will receive my order!! Angry does not cut it!!

Waited 6 weeks for Xmas tree constant messaging asking for refund and was begged to wait it constantly said on tracking was with Hermes with no movement when I finally did get the tree it was broken and they told me to print a label and to walk the 6 ft tree a mile to the post office eh no so the 40£ I spent they agreed a partial refund 8£ something cheque I recieved in post fuming I closed my account with them I recently deposited the cheque and it bounced since then discovered it’s went into liquidation so I’m gonna go through my bank and hopefully get it back as it was paid by credit card now I know why the wouldn’t refund me in the first place,

Stay well away from them they have the worst service when comes to delivering items they turn up late if they turn up that is. Their customer service is diabolical they're useless incompetent invalids that barely know how to speak and understand english at least the ones I've had to deal with and they take your money and you could wait a month if not longer for it back because they didnt send the items and didnt want to chase it up. They say they will contact withington 24 hours for 96 hours later still no contact then when phone them they dont want to deal with it at say to wait for the call back that never did come had to phone up again and get it dealt with over a month and half after the item should of arrived. They're the worst company ever stay well away from these thieving cunts

Bought a heated throw oct21. Arrived faulty out of the box, could not tell difference between on and off. Return label sent and item collected with receipt left. Photographed latter beside departing package with label. Did not receive refund until Feb 22 after raising a chargeback with credit card company despite several phone calls and e mails with all the apologies and good wishes you can imagine, but no action,mere stalling tactics. When I was promised the refund I asked why it had taken so long. I was given no explanation but offered £10 cheque in compensation. Today I received word from my bank that the cheque had bounced.

Bought 2 prams for grandchildren. Wheel clips total rubbish and wheels keep falling off. Really bad build. Complained but no solution other than return items. Poorly designed..... don't buy pram.

OMG ,DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS ....I ORDERD TOASTER AND KETTLE TOASTER HAD LEAD CUT OFF FROM BASE .OBVIOUS RETURN ....HAD REFUND FOR ONE ITEM ....THE OTHER STILL WAITING RANG NUMEROUS TIMES TO INDIA I THINK .STILL WAITING ,I FEEL FORCED TO PAY FOR A ITEM I DO NOT HAVE OR IT WILL WRECK MY CREDIT HISTORY ,,,,,,PLEASE DONT ORDER ITS A JOKE OF A COMPANY ...WISH I NEVER ORDERD

Terrible interest rate they’re charging me 49.9%! But as of today I’ve read in the news they have gone bust, so it’s likely administrators will take over.

Would give -0 if I could !! Ordered a wardrobe set 2 weeks ago chose my delivery day waited in all day to then be told the company are not delivering anymore and I will not receive my order and will get refunded soon !! What’s the point in taking my money if your not going to deliver the parcel ? Idiots

I ordered a dressing table on 14th Jan for £120, expecting it to be here by 30th Jan as a birthday present considering postage was £20. I recieved NO updates on the item, only to contact them prior to the birthday to find out it had been delayed until 13th March! I then contacted them again on 15th Feb for any updates, only to be told that they are no longer processing my order. Absolutely disgusting service and only update you if you chase them. So i wouldn't know what the item is like as they never delivered it. Do not order from this website.

Absolutely disgusting service. I was due a delivery of a dinner set on the 5th of January 2022. 1 of these was a hummingbird dinner set which was due To be delivered on 5/1/22. This did not happen, upon tracking Hermes shows the item will be delivered the next working day. It's been 40 days and despite promises from Studio to investigate Nothing has been done. I have been constantly fobbed off and lied to by their customer service team.Emails sent from them are generic and do not help. They said they would need 30 days to investigate, 40 days later no resolution and an email they sent me now states they can take 58 MORE days to resolve. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Would give zero if I could. Terrible customer service. Returned item and after initially been told that I would not recive a refund eventially they agreed. So still not refund even though they say they have paid me. Called numerous times and got palmed off. Raised a complaint and promised to be updated but nothing. I then rang and was told that they had paid me because it said on their system and asked me to send my credit card statement to prove that I hadn't been paid! Really send them my credit card statement!! Awful Customer service. Still haven't received my money by the way

Received part of my order When the statement arrived the total was for the entire cost of the order I paid for the goods I received less £20 because of the missing item Numerous phone calls constantly repeating the problem eventually getting a reference number so the matter could be looked into, a letter arrived informing me the matter was being looked into. Still being chased for the £20 with is now £35.50. October 2021 the order was placed I am still waiting for the out come even though I have the message on my phone from Studio SORRY WE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR PARCEL with the item being out of stock. Shocking state of affairs.

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered 2 items one of which was a works secret santa gift. When ordered stated was in stock and delivery 3-5 days. parcel arrived with only one of the items. I then went on to live chat to enquire about the secret santa gift. I was told that it would be delivered when available. I asked to cancel and receive a refund as the website had said that the item was in stock and I had ordered in good faith of it arriving on time. I was then told that no I could not apply for a cancellation even though it was not in stock or dispatched but I could return it when it eventually arrives, said item arrived much later and I had had to go to the shops to find a gift to be given in time. The item was shocking quality which I gave to a charity shop. Live chat 'fed' a complaint re this to which I received an email to say my complaint would take 8 weeks to reply to and resolve. On the 7th day of the 8th week I then received an email to say that it would take longer!!!! This email contained no 'resolution' date and just told me they would contact me at some time in the future. my advise is do not waste your time or money with this dreadful company.

Ordered ripped Jeans . Arrived to my horror when they ment ripped they were an understatement!!! They were torn about the rip and they are ment to be frayed across the rips . The ones I received had just a big hole in and torn upright ( not ment to look like this !! Don't know if they are a 1 off or someone else has had them before me and sent back but absolute disgraceful to send our to customer . Quality control must be asleep on the job thats all I can say . Obviously returning thru customer service . Was so annoyed as needed them for a function this week .. you pay for delivery and pay to return items with this company which is a complete joke other company returns are free . However there going back ASAP

Diabolical service, condition of item terrible Quick to take the money, had my item delivered on the 12th January it was a wardrobe every panel was either scratched or dented with no protective film on the item, item returned on 13th January Here we are two days unpaid work as needed to be in for delivery and collection of the item 30 calls later, 3 complaints open and still the company have not refunded me my money. On top of that you can't contact or be patched through to the complaints/resolution team directly. The list could go one with how much this company has got wrong

You will be charged for zero balance interest, they will not refund for return items. Not reliable as they do not stick on what they says.

I have placed two orders with Studio. Both times the money has been taken but the order mysteriously doesn't go through. When you ring customer service they say that the items are still in the basket and to complete the order. They refused a refund as an order 'wasn't placed' despite them already taking the money. The bank has had to refund the money on both occasions after days of back and forth with Studio who claim no money was taken by them yet the bank say they definitely did receive it.

Ordered 2 quilts in king size 3wks ago. Upon arrival 1 was king size the other double. The correct one had pen ink on it but kept anyway as managed to get ink out. Informed studio of incorrect size on the other, was told they would send a returns label so I could return, Still waiting. Have been with them for a number off years and after this mistake one of many guess its time to part company. Disgraceful customer service, shoddy goods, dishonest, dishonourable and not fit for service. How a company like this can operate in the UK is beyond me, its no wonder people from a foreign land get a bad name, Will pay for the item and say goodbye. Be warned this company are rip offs, you have been warned.
