After being screamed at by the delivery driver & getting no joy from them, I complained to Studio. They made excuse after excuse & said the couldn’t find my order & couldn’t find my complaint, despite me sending the proof of order & replying to their response. I then had another email saying my order had been dispatched even though I have received it hence the complaint. Then they locked my account & ignored my last email. They are a joke.

Ordered an item ,emailed to cancel it after 6 weeks because it still hadn't arrived funnily enough got an email next day to say it's on its way .after 3 hours on phone trying to send it back and waiting for returns label ( they forgot to enclose any paperwork) and 4 visits from hermes driver still waiting, excuses ,excuses ,will not be dealing with them again and if they still lead me up the garden path its off to small claims we go

Worst company I have ever dealt with. 6 weeks I will never get back. Uncontactable, ignored repeated emails. Bad service and uninterested when I eventually got through regarding missing parts. Put me on to a company to rectify that when I spoke to them, wouldn't touch Studio with a barge pole. Still not resolved so still searching. I believe they try to put you off by people in their call centre that haven't a basic grip on the English language. They sell a wide selection of product they know nothing about. One star because I couldn't post with none. Studio is now a bad word now and will tell everyone I know and spread the word. Another 10 minutes wasted writing this. Still angry!! Here is a laugh. Wont let you press more than one answer in the survey. Bloody joke.

Worst company ever!! Purchased a hot tub a year ago. Didn't work so was sent back and a new one sent out. Didn't credit me for the 1st faulty one. Still on my account and interest is adding on every month. One year later and they still cant sort this problem. Unbelievable

They are a waste of time ....... sent two emails ...... nothing .....,,. Phoned waited 25 min ...... nothing ....... will not be ordering again ..... bad service .... bad company dont bother .....

Disgusting company. Ordered a patio set 15th April due to arrive on or before 30th April, didnt arrive. None of my emails were answered, I ended up in tears of frustration on the last call I had with them practically begging for my money back! £270 down the drain because they lie and cheat people out of money. Each time I call I get a different reason as to why I havent been refunded and am asked to wait another week before calling back and when I call back theres a new reason as to why it will take another week. Its absolutely exhausting, I will be reporting the company to the financial ombudsman as they seriously need to be investigated. I will keep trying to get my money back but dont hold out much hope. Seems their customer service agents are trained to lie through their teeth to retain profit for goods they probably dont even stock. Wish I'd read the reviews before making such a big purchase. So this is a tough one. Studio does do good products with things that I have purchased from them however I can't even begin to mention how poor the Customer service is. I would give them - if I could. Tried to cancel an order I had twice and twice it was refused with no explanation given. Then I received the item a few days later, however on my account it still said awaiting order. Then I called up as I didn't receive an invoice or returns label, they refused to email one and was assured it would be with me between certain days and it didn't come, in which I was visited twice by a returns courier. After calling back all they kept saying was exactly the same as the last guy but the returns label would take 5-7 days. Then they asked me to leave the parcel on my open front porch for the driver to collect, In which I refused as it would have been nicked. I've dealt with A lot of online customer Service agents as I have done a lot of online shopping over the years. I can't even begin to express how poor and disgusting there service is and how much I would avoid it.

I have been a customer for a few months now and I’ve had all orders delivered on time bar one parcel, had no problems with signing in no problems with products received everything seems brilliant, and before anyone thinks it I’m not part of the catalogue I’m a genuine customer only thing that could be brushed up is the communication skills from customer service, it is a long waiting time to speak to someone and when you finally get too they ask you one question and then make you wait days to get another answer that’s not great.

So I purchased the three sit with wardrobe chest of drawers and bedside table for £159. this has been the worst investment that I have ever made the only good thing from this three-set was the wardrobe everything else is a shamble I wouldn’t recommend it I’ve asked Studio to send me the missing products I’ve asked them to send me a sort of refund I haven’t heard anything back yet.

My mother passed away on the 26/03/2020 due to this horrible virus. I have emailed studio multiple times to make them aware that she had passed away. Since then received multiple bill letters to which my father contacted them to explain and they said they would be in contact within the next week, so 6 weeks later I receive a letter in the post telling me it can take 12 weeks to be removed from the mailing list!!! Really!! And they are sorry that my wife has passed. After multiple emails and my father telling them it was my mother not my wife! Most shocking company I’ve ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Tried to place my 1st order and got an error message. My account says no orders but they've taken £75 from my card. I've emailed and called every day for 2.5 weeks and get same lies over and over again. Disgusting company, seems more like a scam site. AVOID!.

Perhaps someone from studio can explain to me why studio keep billing me for £3.00 a month when I pay all my accounts on invoice was told it was an error and it won’t happen again yet I am still receiving bills for it My total waiting time was 80 minutes on the phone who do I send the invoice to for my phone bill I await your reply with interest

Firstly I had so many issues even registering with studio, I eventually managed to login and place my order after 2 days the money has left my account however I receive an email saying all my items have been cancelled as it’s out of stock. These were all personalised items, I have a look on their website and it seemed like they were all in stock again, so I reordered the items. As I reordered the items, they sent me an email saying one of the cancelled item is now being delivered! I’ve rang multiple times to resolve this issue, I’ve waiting on the phone for over an hour after exposing what happened they cut me off. Now they have said I won’t receive a refund until I send it all back, all seems like a massive scam as both payments have gone out. They cancelled my order but took my money. Stay away from this company, I am now £60 short and probably will never get the money back. My friend has also experienced something similar. The prices are super cheap but there’s a reason for this, as most likely you’ll be paying money for a imaginary item.

Don’t know how they’re getting away with it ,ordered something over a month ago which I’ve paid for , not received it ,when you call them up ,you’re holding on for about an hour ,then they can’t hear you ,and hang up on you ,tried emailing them ,don’t answer you ,would never use again ,hard lesson learned .

Absolutely useless. Still waiting on a refund for an order placed on 16th April. No phone lines, no response to email. Palmed off using social media. Have had to ask bank to start chargeback. Do not purchase from studio if you like ordering things and actually getting them.

Cannot believe that in today's day and age, there can be blatantly open scammers who are allowed to trade ! Bought an item week ago. Received an email two days ago stating that 'Item is not in stock. and we will not be delivering the item' ! Since then, many emails have been sent to their cust-service email - with no reply/acknowledgement back. Logging in the account brings up following error "..account blocked". Does anyone know if there is a group representation of people like me anywhere ??
