Worse company ever! Ordered 2 gaming chairs as Christmas presents for my sons. Hadn't recieved them after 5 weeks, even though delivery was within 21 days. I contacted studio and was told there was no stock. I cancelled the items and ourcahed them elsewhere. I was told I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days...almost 2 months later and this still hasn't been done. I rang them twice and the customer service is thw worse I have ever experienced...they haven't got a clue!! I also emailed them and still havnt received a response! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Last summer i returned a faulty tent, studio denied it was recieved ..unfortunately for them I had proof of return...diabolical! Avoid like the plague

Absolutely disgusting service from this company do not use returned Christmas lights in December due to them being faulty return via hermes and received confirmation ticket studio reckons they have never received either goods or confirmation of my receipt of return have phoned numerous times no results or response at all

We ordered a garden shed and upon opening found: cracked roof, pieces of broken plastic (obviously from other parts of the shed). Absolutely shocking. No returns label and studio cannot email one out to us. So have to wait for a returns label in the post 7 - 10 days and then wait for it to be collected. Goodness knows how long we will wait for a refund.....could be a long time looking at other reviews. Will not use Studio again and we had just started to use Studio! Awful experience!!

Studio it f The firts company ill not understand in the world , i have order 1 month and with out email to say anything ( ihave to call and thay say : they apologies to say the JBL party box been damaged) so they ask could you want to order agian ) lol 1 month with pay 5£ for standard delivery, after that I cancelled and wait 14 days to money back , but now they say wait one more time they will in touch it shortly.....

Gave up after all the usual complaints, not answering their 13p a minute phone line, can't get a response from emailing them! Trying to sort an item that was never ordered by me yet sent out twice, charged for twice, took a month to get Hermes to pick the items up, and never a refund, now wanting to also charge me internet at 49%. Off to Trading Standards.

Awful customer service, try to avoid returns even if the item is faulty, try to get technical support involved even when you tell them you don’t want a new product you want to return it and order from a company that is known worldwide. Then when you argue your point, having them mute you for quoting policies off of their website they say “you’re not in the returns policy” - 90 days in this case because of Christmas period and 1 year warranty on the product so I was well within my rights for a refund. The Hermes couriers are then sent out the following day wanting to collect the parcel when studio have been told there’s no returns label for the product so you have to then turn the couriers away, they even seem frustrated with the company because this is something that happens quite frequently according to the courier that come to collect my product. - Avoid this company the quality of products aren’t great and customer service is non existent.

I have phoned now about 15 times to try and return an item. Every time I wait at least 5/10 minutes on hold before being cut off. I finally got through to a woman who has proved utterly useless. She said she arranged for a returns label (which should have been included in the box in the first place) to be delivered to my house and on it would be a collection date. I’ve just had a driver show up at my house looking to pick up the parcel before I’ve received anything from studio? Total waste of time and I’ll never, ever shop with Studio again. 1 star is generous considering the fact that my item took almost 2 weeks to arrive and is now taking even longer to return. Utterly shambolic.

Ordered a garden vac in the 2nd Jan and for email on 4th to say item has been dispatched. In 5th received email from Hermes to say item has been received and 6th text to say item is at local depot and out for delivery. Item has never arrived. Have been chasing studio and Hermes to track parcel but have had to do it myself. Eventually last week get email from Hermes confirming they have lost the item and to contact studio for a refund. Have rung several times, left negative reviews, contacted on social media to try and get a response. Eventually last Friday someone from the social media team contacted me and said they would resolve the issue and call me Monday. Guess what... No call, still no refund and now being told I have got to wait another 30 days.. avoid this company like the Corona virus.... Useless customer services, lies and false promises.. absolute shocking company.

Before ordering I wish I read reviews on this company. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Cannot understand all this negative feedback they receive they’re still allowed to trade. I also wonder why we have a trading standards because they’re just as useless. Please please avoid this company. As I ordered using they’re credit account no monies were dispute they finally acknowledged the damaged goods returned however, they still haven’t adjusted the account and want the first monthly instalment. Needless to say they can whistle for that!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Never received my items via Hermes. Hermes did reply to say they were being returned to studio. I received numerous letters and text to say my account was in arrears.... after I had called and emailed their customer services dept. I got a part refund they then were chasing me for an outstanding balance.... I spoke to their accounts department explained the situation.... sorry to say I paid the full outstanding balance £15.99 to get rid of this, it was taking more of my time... I then checked just today a statement of my account to find I have a £2 balance. Going to report Studio to trading standards.... anyone before you think of making a purchase think twice. No customer service.... not one of the many I spoke to understood or followed up my complaint.

Refuse to speak to me.because I'm not the account holder. Account holder works during their opening hours. This leaves me with a greenhouse with a missing part.

I ordered a 3 and 2 seater sofa almost a year ago total £700 I pay £50 month so have paid price of sofas but still owe over 500. Your interest rates are ridiculous and should be investigated by Trading standards.

Can’t even pay monies to my interest saver plan to clear the bslance before it expires in March and then interest will be charged if not cleared . There is no option in my account to pay the interest saver only to pay personal account . Phoned up to pay an amount of visa debit card payment declined so how the hell do I pay it ? This company is a joke they are scammers

I had purchased PS4 500GB + FIFA 21 + DS4 BUNDLE on 12th Dec, raised cancellation on 14th December still you dispatched item on 16th December. Return label was missed from your end so I had to wait until 4th Jan to received post. It's been a month now, I am still waiting for collection. each and everyday I do followup for collection; either there is no reply or standard reply "Upon checking your account, I do see that a collection has been arranged on your account for the order to be picked up on the next business day" for a month now. Terrible company ......

Absolutely disgusted by this company. I ordered items on 2nd of January and still waiting. when I contacted customer service they don’t even know where my items are and no idea on when they will be dispatched. I asked for full refund but there is no way I could get a refund either. Disgrace in customer support please just avoid this company at all costs. This company is con.

Studio’s service has got to be one of the worst I have come across .Three times I have been told my item wil arrive within 7 days & it was low stock .Tyey reordered it & im now in the same position haveing spoke to them again .I have asked to cancel my order & have a refund which they said they coudnt . They sound very robotic saying sorry but doin absolutely nothing to put it right .Order from this company at your own risk ⚠️

Ordered a phone for Christmas and it still hasn't turned up. Each member tells me something different each time. Waited over a month and there's just been delays over delays. Had enough and got them to cancel my order. Still waiting for my £1104. Its been days and no money has returned to my card. Stay away.
