A pack of cheap socks delivered which I didn’t order or want. I have never had any dealings with this company despite the delivery note assigning me an “account number”. Consumer Protection unfair Trading Regs 2008 mean if unsolicited goods not collected within 14 days I can keep them. After much difficulty trying to phone and email I finally left the above information. Quote the above legislation if you are subjected to this scam.

Ordered items in Dec ..waited and waited , 3 weeks later asked them to cancel it and give me a refund , 3 weeks after that package arrives ..now I have to wait for them to pick up the package that I had already bought elsewhere and then wait for a refund .. terrible company ..buy nothing from them

My wife has dealt with Studio for 30 years, but NO MORE. Ordered a table and 4 chairs September 2020. There was a delay receiving the items. Then we were told they couldn't be found in the warehouse. Then we were told Studio had given the warehouse the wrong item code and that we should re-order. Stupidly we did. We received the table and chairs, BUT also a letter asking for payment for the FIRST table and chairs that we didn't receive. Like everyone else, spoke to "understanding" staff, lots of them, they agreed we didn't owe Studio any money . . . .but here we go again, 1st February 2021, more threatening letters re payment, bad debters and credit lists. Will be contacting BBC Watchdog programme, although I fear even that won't be the end. Avoid like Covid virus !!!!!

I brought a outdoor glass top dining room set from @studio in June which underneath exploded in the sunlight... Yes exploded!!! Sending glass flying where ever while my dog and 3 year were playing in the garden. I reported the problem to studio and they said they will issue a refund and collection of the item. After having the items picked up by their courier I patiently waited for a refund which I am still waiting for now.... 7 months later. Apparently they lost the return and now keep losing all my notes. I can't explain how frustrating and upseting this is now becoming. I have called every week to chase the refund as it is on a credit account, which has apparently been put on hold, however i keep getting missed payment calls regarding it and it has now affected my credit file which they promised wouldn't happen. They have apparently launched a complaint for me and have promised compensation for the problem however everytime I call they say that it is being investigated and to wait 7 days and the last person I spoke to didnt process it ... I then hear nothing and get no refund and repeat the same process again. I strongly recommend you AVOID this company as their products are dangerous and their system is a complete scam!!!

Same as all the other reviews! Disgraceful company! Bought a chair end of November. Arrived 2 weeks later than expected - damaged!! Still waiting for it to be picked up, rang, emailed etc so many times. They have my money, I have an enormous box in my hallway! Don't touch them with a bargepole! Absolute crooks and fraudsters. Cannot believe trading standards haven't stepped in and clised them down.

I am absolutely disgusted and I’m shaking with anger over his USELESS company. 3 orders I’ve had stolen or not delivered over the last 3 months. I was told end of November that it takes 30 days for the investigation to be completed. It is now over 60 days. Everytime I call, a manager isn’t available and I have to explain myself every single time to someone new. Yesterday morning I called and was promised a call back yesterday afternoon. Did they call? Nope. Today I’ve just called again. I was put on hold for some time, just to be told there’s no manager available nor the complaints team. He told me he doesn’t know when my items will be credited. His attitude was disgusting. You’re illegally holding the money back, and his reply was ‘ well it’s a credit account not your money’ I was told in November my account will be on hold until further notice until the refunds have gone on. LIES. I’ve been charged a lot of interest for items I’ve not received. I’m SO angry, I’ve wasted so much time on this. Tens of emails, tens of phone calls. I want someone to get back to me ASAP because this is disgusting. I will be going to social media and watchdog.

Worse customer service on the entire planet (I lived in Spain, France, Argentina) and I never received such a disastrous customer treatment as this. I made a return of a package and the service in charge of sending it sent me all the correct tracking of the package, however studio never returned the money, and the customer service people never gave me solutions. Don't buy with them! I called literally 30 times. And all they do is send me letters to my department saying that they heard my complaint

Received an email stating my order had been dispatched by studio with a tracking reference for Hermes curriers. When tracking with Hermes it says we are still waiting to receive your parcel 2 weeks after studio say they dispatched the order. I'm guessing studio never dispatched my order which is now out of order on studio website. Why lie?

I gave never come across a company like this, I bought PlayStation motion controllers after they showed as ‘in stock’. I was told to expect to wait up to 10 days deliver. That came and went. When I contacted them they were very rude and told me they had no stock but I would get them eventually! Misleading money grabbing shambolic company.

They sent the wrong item - back in OCTOBER! Despite saying they would collect at no cost to me, the package is still in my porch waiting. They do not respond to emails or letters, just keep sending me statements and are now saying I have defaulted on payment (for something I didn't order) and they have informed credit agencies. I've sent the details to the Financial Ombudsman.

Awful and sarcastic customer service the last message I got was I can't believe how well you are holding up considered the stress you are under very sarcastic we ordered large outside storage container as we already bought one before and thought it was great but after half building this one discovered that it was badly damaged due to logistics and having disposal of packaging decided to use two pack Epoxy to repair not pretty but functions ok after numerous messages and e mail were offered £11 discount for something that would have been discarded on return and they would have had to send out new one though I was helping them out bad mistake but the sarcastic customer service is the worst problem

Worse company ever! Ordered 2 gaming chairs as Christmas presents for my sons. Hadn't recieved them after 5 weeks, even though delivery was within 21 days. I contacted studio and was told there was no stock. I cancelled the items and ourcahed them elsewhere. I was told I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days...almost 2 months later and this still hasn't been done. I rang them twice and the customer service is thw worse I have ever experienced...they haven't got a clue!! I also emailed them and still havnt received a response! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Last summer i returned a faulty tent, studio denied it was recieved ..unfortunately for them I had proof of return...diabolical! Avoid like the plague

Absolutely disgusting service from this company do not use returned Christmas lights in December due to them being faulty return via hermes and received confirmation ticket studio reckons they have never received either goods or confirmation of my receipt of return have phoned numerous times no results or response at all

We ordered a garden shed and upon opening found: cracked roof, pieces of broken plastic (obviously from other parts of the shed). Absolutely shocking. No returns label and studio cannot email one out to us. So have to wait for a returns label in the post 7 - 10 days and then wait for it to be collected. Goodness knows how long we will wait for a refund.....could be a long time looking at other reviews. Will not use Studio again and we had just started to use Studio! Awful experience!!

Studio it f The firts company ill not understand in the world , i have order 1 month and with out email to say anything ( ihave to call and thay say : they apologies to say the JBL party box been damaged) so they ask could you want to order agian ) lol 1 month with pay 5£ for standard delivery, after that I cancelled and wait 14 days to money back , but now they say wait one more time they will in touch it shortly.....

Gave up after all the usual complaints, not answering their 13p a minute phone line, can't get a response from emailing them! Trying to sort an item that was never ordered by me yet sent out twice, charged for twice, took a month to get Hermes to pick the items up, and never a refund, now wanting to also charge me internet at 49%. Off to Trading Standards.

Awful customer service, try to avoid returns even if the item is faulty, try to get technical support involved even when you tell them you don’t want a new product you want to return it and order from a company that is known worldwide. Then when you argue your point, having them mute you for quoting policies off of their website they say “you’re not in the returns policy” - 90 days in this case because of Christmas period and 1 year warranty on the product so I was well within my rights for a refund. The Hermes couriers are then sent out the following day wanting to collect the parcel when studio have been told there’s no returns label for the product so you have to then turn the couriers away, they even seem frustrated with the company because this is something that happens quite frequently according to the courier that come to collect my product. - Avoid this company the quality of products aren’t great and customer service is non existent.

I have phoned now about 15 times to try and return an item. Every time I wait at least 5/10 minutes on hold before being cut off. I finally got through to a woman who has proved utterly useless. She said she arranged for a returns label (which should have been included in the box in the first place) to be delivered to my house and on it would be a collection date. I’ve just had a driver show up at my house looking to pick up the parcel before I’ve received anything from studio? Total waste of time and I’ll never, ever shop with Studio again. 1 star is generous considering the fact that my item took almost 2 weeks to arrive and is now taking even longer to return. Utterly shambolic.
