Today I was impressed by three ladies who have assisted me with my sale day. 1. The one who was working at the jewelry point. She refers me to the second lady as she was dealing with the jewellery section. She ensured I was assisted straight away with no delay. The second one did not catch her name, she originates from Bangladesh. She ensured that got the best products explaining the importance of the products as per needs in a holistic manner. 3. Tiscica who serves me at the till. Who helps me my earring. All three of them have went extra mile To support me with my products by providing high quality service and standard.

Alison and Sarah at the Scunthorpe store were extremely helpful when a gift card I had purchased for a friend at Xmas had been lost. Sarah informed me that customer service would be able to help and gave me the telephone number- luckily I was able to find my receipt with proof of purchase, they were able to freeze the card and Alison was able to issue me with a new gift card. Thank you so much!

Used to love this shop but things have gone badly downhill. Went to TK maxx brixton today with a view to spending at least £500 as I've done no clothes shopping for a year and need plenty of things. When i wanted to try items on I found the changing rooms were closed. So i did what everyone does, I found a mirror and started trying the items on over my clothes. A masked apparation at least 1/3 my age came rushing over to me and scloded me, telling me i was not allowed to try clothes on. Meanwhile in the shoe department, people were trying on shoes! The woman told me i had to "buy everything" I wanted to try on, then lug everything home, try it on there and then make another trip back to return what didn't fit. Uh uh, I don't think so kiddo. I'm a budy professional and don't have time for that. So TK MAXX lost out on several hundred pounds today, that exludes the thousands I won't be spedning there in future.

I am sick of the policing of the front door . Last Saturday the ‘doorman’ had a clicker and took great pleasure in using it whilst actually wearing swat gear ???? When I complained as feedback it was ignored ,,except I was followed out of the store and challenged by a stupid employee who stopped me outside of the store and asked me the problem then proceeded to ignore me whilst reporting me as a threat person to the security staff,,,a blatant lie to slander me and an abuse of the front line worker policy of non abuse ,,what a liar ,,She followed me down the street to do this ,,I’d left the store with my kids and dared to complain. The young Chinese boy at the door laughed and repeatedly clicked the clicker ,,idiots ,,I will never use tk Mac anywhere again ,,after 20 years of trying to help this jumble sale stay open I give up because of the ridiculous way I was followed then the idiot said you gotta leave lol!! What an idiot and A liar about passive men being violent . Disgusting

Usually a nice experience shopping in TK Maxx, spoilt today by one staff member who I assume is long overdue for her customer service training. I had money to spend but didn't bother. Staff need to be mindful that the customer is important to the longevity of the high street shops. To be fair the other staff member was lovely. It makes a difference!!

They use hermes for delivery and i bought expensive pen on sale not arrived because lost by carrier. Basically hermes just steal them

Ordered a wicker storage basket on line and received a large and heavy mattress topper.They actually then wanted me to carry it to the shop to return.After complaining and being on hold for about 20 minutes they offered to arrange a pick up.I then had to ohone again another 15 minutes on hold to ask for my refund.They said I would get it as soon as it was received back.According to the tracking the got it back over 10 days ago.Phoned again on hold for another 20 mins and then stated they will authorise my refund and it can take up to 10-15 days.Absolutely awful to deal with even given its the pandemic.Other shops manage not to get orders totally wrong.

Don't use their online service, an error on their website meant a package I ordered went to the wrong address and they were 100% unhelpful. Just wasted my time and I lost £60 because of them. Plus it took over 7 days to deliver to that address anyway. Never had worse service in my life.

Tk Maxx is dead. Same stuff. Whether it's black Friday or January. Exaggerated RRP prices. It's like a jumble sale. Low qualities clothes. They don't last. Loose Fred and stains on clothes or marks of wear and tear. Disappointed.

I have shopped at Tk Maxx for over 10 years and spend several thousand pounds a year. I 'know' a lot of staff in the stores I visit and was extremely disappointed and insulted to be suspected of fraud when returning an item today. The staff member saw the price £49.99 for a silk shirt and after consulting another colleague then called for the manager who examined the price ticket and deemed it to be properly attached to the garment. He then looked at the garment's label and made a phone call which resulted in an ''it's OK'' at which point the refund was granted. I asked 3 times during this process if there was a problem and was ignored until the suspicion was eliminated and then the response was ''no''. Indeed not. If the staff were more able to judge the quality of a garment this might have been avoided. Having said that, as a frequent customer I an appalled by this treatment and will avoid the store in future.

Absolutely unprofessional and difficult manager(male , who for reasons unknown refused to provide his name). I've bought shoes in the Oxford street store and they were a wrong fit for my mother, so i have decided to return them in the closer branch. The shoes were bought on reduction hence there were signs of people trying them on outside. Anyone ever been to TKMAXX and surely the person who calls himself a manager should know that most of the retail there does not come in the original packaging (eg. shoes do not come with a box on a purchase) and particularly reduced items are often broken, have stains etc. The manager refused the return on the grounds that firstly he claimed that given the fact that shoes were bought in another branch he cannot verify if there were or were not signs of usage. Seriously? As if he worked in Oxford street branch he would personally know the condition of each pair of the shoes in the branch? He suggested that i could only return them in Oxford street brunch. Really? There are different laws or regulations in the different branches or the manager is playing God? Unacceptable behaviour and totally unprofessional behaviour. I am a TKMAXX fan and I've left thousands in TKMAXX in the last 8 years and an employee like that is a total turn off, never wants to go to that store again.

Ordered online click & collect had no response for some reason took £98.03 out my account no goods and saying I used chip an pin when I ordered online very strange think there’s a scam going on
