Bought in-game stuff. Didn't got it. 2 months working on this and they won't give any solutions. Just being rude and lie. "We granted a compensation" Showed via screenshot that it wasn't added... Nothing... they don't care. just repeating "Can I do anything else for you?" Until they closed the chat in my face. No one cares... Everything is broken... Stay away.

For months Valhalla has not only not worked, but Ubisoft has ignored it and instead of fixing it spent money on suppressing the fact. Moreover, they have released other patches while totally ignoring inquiries for help. Never buying another game from this company. Also dealing with allot of sexual assault and misconduct cases. Stating you care about diversity or customers is something you do when you clearly dont care about diversity or your customers. Maybe if someone fixed Valhalla for me, my friends, and even all the game store clocks I've talked to you wouldn't have dug your gave so deep?? As a Business Administration Accademic, it is clear that either you need a new ship and a new crew or to abandon ship and let the boat sink.

I ordered an item from their online store. It says shipping in 1 business day and arrival in 6 to 10 business days. It took from Nov 23 to Dec 3 to ship, the last tracking update was Dec 13 and it is now Jan 2. I get there are delays right now, but there is a limit. When the company was contacted, they said it was my problem and threatened to block future purchases if I opened a case with my credit card company. That's ok though, because why would I ever waste my money ordering from them again?

Please please do not buy assassins creed Valhalla. Its buggy and glitched it will be let you progress in the game and they will not fix it. As many people as possible should know this so they dont give their hard earned money to ubisoft.

Their system goes down and you can no longer play games you own. Do not use Ubisoft. Use Steam!

Please ask for help from Rockstar games or Activision because your games are the worst. All of them. I tried playing WD2 and Uninstaller it same day. Then I tried ghost recon thinking it would be better but your games are the worst. Olease do something about this. From a business perspective, you need to change your ways of doing things because you'll end up no longer operating.

I wish to change email address linked to my account but in order to do so I need access to my old account. Hopeless. you couldn't make this stuff up. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

support team sucks / servers are always down ubisoft's support team doesn't help, they don't ever look into your case with depth, always just links a faq link that 100% doesn't resolve your issue their servers are also almost always down, don't need any explanation to that. people have also complained about their refund policy

STAY AWAY FROM UBISOFT PRODUCTS, AS UBISOFT REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE / TAKE RESPONSIBITY FOR GAME BREAKING BUGS. I purchased Assassins Creed Odyssey for PS4. The game started off good, but after a couple hours I ran into a game breaking bug. When trying to leave the first area I kept getting a message indicating that I can't leave Kephallonia until the game is fully installed (google can't leave Kephallonia and you'll see this is a common problem with no real fix). I've confirmed that my game is fully installed. I've contacted customer service at Ubisoft and they provide generic troubleshooting tips on how to resolve the issue (starting my PS4 in safe mode, rebuilding my database, etc.). I've attempted every "fix" they've recommended and requested that they provide me with a new copy or digital copy of the game since it is well out of the refund period from the store that I purchased it from. Ubisoft refuses to accept responsibility for this issue with their game or help in any meaningful way. Instead, their only recommendation is to have Sony or the vendor that I purchased the game from resolve the issue. Additionally, when booting the game up, a message more often than not comes up indicating that the disc is dirty or damaged, when the disc is in perfect condition (again, if you google this, you'll see this is a common bug with the game as well). This issue is resolved by shutting down the system numerous times and crossing your fingers that it works the next time. Great "fix".

Tried to buy 8 games off the ustore 3 times but all failed to show in my library. Thanks to PayPal I got a refund but took for ever the one time I tried with my debit card ( thought it was a pay issue). In other words, use steam or origin or anything else apart from Unisoft.

Ubisoft is the worst company at constructing a single player game. I’m working my way through Assassins Creed Odyssey, where I am a level 16 and the only quest I have that isn’t absurdly out of my league is recommended for level 17. You would think that this mission would be a little difficult but no, it’s so far impossible. The person I’m fighting in this quest attacks me very fast, all the time and for some reason I can’t dodge these attacks no matter what I do, meanwhile a single hit I take from this guy takes nearly half my health while when I hit him it takes around 0.5-1% of his health. All of this is happening while there are snakes all around the battlefield that for some reason only attack me. Ubisoft please balance your game a little, it’s extremely dull that a quest just one level above you is this difficult while most quest below your level feels almost too easy. Just a little balance would make the game more entertaining and intriguing.

Ubisoft are absolutely awful at constructing a single player game. I’m working my way through Assassins Creed Odyssey, when the only quest I have that isn’t absurdly out of league for me is level 17, and I’m a level 16. This mission is still near impossible to complete. The guy I’m fighting is doing attacks I for some reason can’t dodge no matter what I do, and one hit from him brings me down to near half health, while my attacks take around the 0,5-1% of his health, meanwhile there are snakes all around the place that only sting me... It’s extremely limiting and dull that you can’t do a quest unless your level is higher than the quest itself, and in the case that a mission is one or two levels below you it sometimes feels almost too easy. Ubisoft please find some balance here and make your game just a little more entertaining and intriguing.

Absolutely the WORST tech support experience I have ever had. It took 5 days to get a response to my original question, at which point I received a scripted email that had nothing to do with my problem. I went through three more agents, all of which responded with nothing that had a remote application toward solving my problem. It was as if they never even read my comment. I was appalled. In the end, I resorted to doing my own research and found the answer to actually be pretty simple. Of course, to the thick skull imbeciles from Ubisoft support, clicking on "Verify Files" was too complicated for them.

Extremely poor customer service, unable to assist with game that lost its saved data even though this happened twice and unable to offer any refund. Advisor wouldnt escalate the issue and ended the web chat mid conversation.

I paid for season 2 of Ghost Recon Wildlands over a month ago. It never activated. I contacted customer and they told me what to do. That did not work. Contacted them again and tried another recommendation. That did not work. I contacted them again and was told to do the same thing they told me the first time. Either this is a scam in the hope that people will give up and not try to get their money back or their support team is the worst that I have ever encountered in the many years I have played games. Unfortunately, they do have some good games on their site.
