I am somewhat disappointed as a Walmart grocery shopper for a little over 1 year now. I initially began with the Pickup service. It was great not having to juggle with my 2 young children while shopping. It seemed to be going well for a while until my orders were constantly coming up incomplete at pickup, so I decided to just shop inside the store. That was working out fine until over the last few months. I would normally use the self service lanes for my checkouts as it was easier for me to monitor the prices being rung up. As a regular, I encountered the same staff who were familiar with me and treated me as equal. Now my last few shopping experiences left me feeling as though I was being singled out. At one point I needed to split my cartload between 2 different payment methods. The worker walked up to me to ask for my 1st receipt while I was ringing up the items in my 2nd order. I felt offended as she specifically needed to see the amount of that order. Another time, I had a worker trying to tell me how to use the checkout lane. I wouldn’t use it if I wasn’t comfortable with it and didn’t know how to use it! She came back numerous times to watch me ringing up my items and not watching everyone else as a whole like she should’ve been. I don’t need to be told to put my items in my cart and not keep them in the bagging area, and I don’t need to be told that the bagging area is not a scale! Who doesn’t know that! I WANT TO SHOP IN PEACE! That is my time to be alone and that has become therapeutic for me. STOP PROFILING AND DO NOT JUDGE PEOPLE BY THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN! STOP TREATING US DIFFERENTLY! I DON’T STEAL AND I WOULD LET YOU KNOW IF YOU OVERPAID ME. Train your staff to treat ALL customers fairly and clear their head of misconceptions. I like Walmart because they sell items my children like and it’s easy to just go to one store and shop. I don’t wish to stop shopping there, I just want to be treated like anyone else would......with fairness! GET IT TOGETHER!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was disappointed to see groups of 2 workers just hanging out visiting together, no recognition of the customers around. Maybe on their break, but if so why would there be 6 people just standing in the isles, not in break room? I eventually found someone who looked like she could be bothered for my question. CUSTOMER SAFETY: *Entry - For the third straight time there was no cleaner for the carts or hands. *Exit - The self-service line was wayyyy down the aisle (at least 10 - 12 people deep). It appeared that a fight was ensuing, so I went to the opposite end and prayed for calm. As it seemed to escalate I began to look for a way out; there was no way out except through. I asked the counter associate what other exits were available and he quickly and curtly stated, "nope, there is only one exit. That's the Walmart way." I have never felt this unsafe in any store in my life. While other stores are wiping down the belts after every shopper this store has things dirty, disorganized and generally unsafe. I'm choosing to shop elsewhere for everything, even if I have to wait for amazon delivery of some items.

The employees make this store un-shoppable. I cannot say this about to many businesses, however, by personal choice I will not return to this store for safety reasons. 53405 superstore

Walmart website promised when you refer a friend for online order, they will give you $10 discount on your order and $10 discount for your friend too. My friends got the discount code and were able to get discount on their orders, but disocunt codes they sent to me dont work! It says not a valid code. So I called customer service expecting they would help me with no problem... amazingly they dont... either they said it had been happening like that about a month ago and they dont know when it will start working again or their system is down which is not true since new customers’s discount codes went through fine. Writing to customer service.... no reply back..... Make sure their promise is valid before working for them. I can’t believe a big company like this handle issue like this...especially something they promised in their websites. I hope management is aware of this problem asap and solve the issue either putting down the referral ads temporarily until it is fixed or provide what they promised through different channel until it is fixed.

I will never buy makeup in Walmart… I will never buy makeup in Walmart again. I can not sit there and wait for someone to open the locked cabinets every time I want something, it is more than extremely inconvenient and frustrating!!!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to James & David @ Eatonton Walmart store # 5482. During all the uncertain times we are facing they have gone out of their way to help our community with essentials.

I shop at Walmart in Semmes, Alabama. I have lived in Semmes for 10 years and have always shopped here. I have noticed over the past 2 years that this store is going down. The floors, shelves and bathrooms are always nasty. The associates that work there have a VERY NASTY attitude always. The shelves are always empty and this was even before the pandemic. The managers have the “don’t care” attitude as well. I know that WALMART has billions of customers but this is one customer who will be spending her money at a different grocery store. SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS LOCATION!!!

Walmart did nothing to help customers during March April and May with the pandemic. Useless. Now that things have opened up more where I live Walmart is still doing nothing to help customers. I’m 70 years old and wanted to buy an item that can only be purchased in store, per their website. It said several local stores had the item in stock but I still called. I was told stores cannot check to see if an item is actually in stock - had to go in. I drove the distance and went into a not all that clean store and of course they didn’t have the item. I called 800# customer service for help and was told they couldn’t do anything. Not one thing. I asked a supervisor if if she could call the next store which supposedly had the item in stock. It was a 45 minute drive away. She refused saying it’s “not part of the process.” So I drove and couldn’t find the item. I waited at the customer service area for over 5 minutes while nobody else was in line but the 2 guys behind the counter were talking and laughing and had no interest in helping me. I stayed patient. Finally they stopped talking and I was called up to the counter and yet again the store didn’t have the item. 4 calls to customer service resulted in no help whatsoever. I had a list of items to get at Walmart along with what I went for - something I promised my granddaughter I’d get - their website says stores have it. But they don’t have it and I decided after all I went through not to purchase anything else on my list from Walmart. I went to Target. I’m done with rude, ineffective, inefficient, unclean, uncaring, useless Walmart.

People ask me all the time, why don’t you just where the mask?? Well this 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 That woman you shamed in the grocery store, because she wasn't wearing a mask? She already feels enough shame because she was raped. Having something over her nose & mouth triggers her PTSD, and causes her to relive that trauma. That man at the Quickee Mart who you called selfish? He's a volunteer firefighter, and just came from the ER, after being treated for smoke inhalation. He removed his air mask, in order to help a child breathe fresh air, instead of thick smoke. That elderly lady who you screamed at to put a mask on, or shop when it's her turn? Her husband of 60 years just passed away. She's doing her best to learn to live alone. Every breath is physically painful, due to her grief. That little boy you lectured about removing his mask? He's autistic. He doesn't understand. He simply wants it off of his face. That little girl who screams when somebody tries to mask her? She's claustrophobic. She came from an abusive home, where she was confined to a closet. There are all sorts of reasons for not wearing a mask. Not all are lung, or immune system related. How many of you are among those shaming, name calling, and berating complete strangers, or worse, family members? How many of you are against bullying? If you are among the first group, and align with the second, you may want to pump the brakes, and check yourself... you have become the bully you claim to be against. Wearing a mask does not make you a kind person. You are either a kind person, or you aren't. A piece of cloth does not determine that trait. On the flipside, not wearing a mask does not make a person selfish, or inconsiderate. It simply means that, there may be an unseen reason why they cannot wear one. You don't know their story, and, to be quite honest, it's none of your business.

Customer service in walmert is the absolute worst. IF you can find a zombie to help you, then they have zero communication skills and don't want to help. I grew up when the consumer was appreciated, not anymore, and I find that sad. No more price matching either according to employee LaLa in Mesa, AZ. She really need to work on her social skills.

I shop 2 Wal-Mart stores on a regular basis here in Arkansas. The managers care more about bonuses than customers. Now they flat refuse to open a register no matter how much you have. They try to force you through self checkout. I just walk away. They can put the cart full of groceries back. I contacted CEO in Bentonville and they just laughed it off. I will join my fellow citizens who chose to shop elsewhere because of how we're treated. It only costs a little more to be treated like the human we are!!!

The Commerce City Colorado Walmart on 5990 Dahlia Drive has the worst customer service of any Walmart in the Denver area. I called three times to speak to the manager, Edward, and each time no one picked up, and there was no voicemail to leave a message with. Edward doesnt seem to care about how his store employees treat customers or how badly his store reflects on Walmart. Today, for the 3rd day in a row, the self checkout machines are not accepting cash. NONE OF THEM. This is leading to incredibly long lines at the 2 staffed checkout stations that take cash. There was only one staff member at the self checkout stations when I was there today, Saturday, July 11th, at 12:32 pm. She was incredibly angry and rude.  I understand that walmart workers are stressed out because of the covid pandemic, but guess what? I'm unemployed, so I'm stressed out too!  This is not a walmart problem. This is a Commerce City Walmart problem.  The store on 7101 E 128th Avenue, Brighton, CO 80652 provides a completely different experience.  The staff there are polite, and respectful, and patient given the situation we are all facing. "Edward" the manager at the Commerce City Walmart doesnt seem to care about how this stores customer service problems or how it reflects on walmart as an organization. It's sad I have to drive 15 miles and 25 minutes out of my way instead of the Walmart in Commerce City just 2 miles from my house.  I

They are awful in following mandatory wearing face mask . This a state law but their Managers don’t care to enforce it . Not only that their own employees don’t most of them. I wrote to CEO Doug McMillan but I don’t he cares about people passing the infection. A lot of people have been infected by COVID-19 shopping at Walmart. They just greedy and only interested in safety of their customers. Very poor.

They should put sign up if they're going to blocked the door normal have two entrances the store on 7701 Raeford road after you find a parking space and your work up to the door they don't let you in that s*** you have to go to the other side of the store to go in and out. This really frustrated me cuz first of all I got a broken or him I'm disabled and then this happens so I didn't even bother to go into the store I'll find another store to go to.

I am incredibly disappointed in Walmart for discontinuing their all lives matter merchandise. Along with decisions they have made as far as gun sales. I guess if all lives don’t matter then my life don’t matter and they won’t mind losing my money.

Curbside grocery pick up is a joke, was supposed to get my order at 3:00 and didn't get it until 5:30. Filled out a survey sharing my unhappiness and was offered $10 off my next order but was never given a code to use it. Called the 800 grocery customer service and was told the person who offered me the $10 off didn't do it correctly so I am SOL! Called the corporate complaint number they told me to call the grocery number that I previously called so they were no help! You have lost a customer Walmart because your customer service and your Curbside service is a joke!
