This review is actually about a Walmart seller, Blairtech. The company sells refurbished computers. I purchased a desktop on Black Friday. Out of the box, it failed. I called the company's [Blairtech] support. They asked me to look inside the box. The cover would not come off. I suspect someone forced closing it. Thus I could not do what I wanted. I am furious that a Walmart computer does not work out of the box. I told them I would write a scathing but honest review my purchase. They told me to return the computer back to Walmart for a refund. Right, I'm going to give up a Black Friday price because a refurbished computer is not working. I told them to replace or repair. Although Blairtech did not state it, they insinuated that they would not honor their warranty and for me to return it to Walmart for a refund. They said the agreement with Walmart was refund only, no replacement or repair. I contacted Walmart.com customer service. They are assisting with a replacement or repair. Can't trust what Blairtech says. They spout untruths (ie. BS). I have no idea about the quality of a working refurbished computer from Blairtech. But I know their customer service is basically useless and spouts untruths. And their Quality Control (QC) appears to be incompetent. Unlike other products I purchased from Walmart, in this case a cheap price is what you pay for, a cheap quality product. The Black Friday price for the Blairtech computer was great, unfortunately the quality of the refurbishment sucked. The computer is a Dell so I know the original seller is an excellent seller. If given the choice of rating Blairtech, I would rated it negative. If you are in the market for a refurbished computer, I would suggest you skip Blairtech. There are my more reliable companies out there.

I was going to buy my grandson a paw patrol bike. It scanned $40 on my phone. I had proof. I got to the register and it charged 79. I disputed the charge. The manager refused to honor that price. They charged my card before I figured out they over charged me. Since they wouldn't honor the price I told them I didn't want it. Instead of refunding my money I have to wait 7-10 business days . You should HONOR your prices.

I got ripped off. Paid for 8 12 packs zero sugar Dr Pepper. Never received and Walmart refuses to refund or replace. It is a policy because of the third party partner they have. I have filed with the BBB. Don't order from them. They steal your hard earned money!!

I regret that I have been doing business with Walmart for all these years when this establishment supports the only colonial state in our modern time (Isr@ael) in its genocidal war against Palestinians (the indigenous people). I am disgusted with your company providing support to Isra@el defense forces and the blatant disregard for Palestinians’ rights and struggle for freedom, while children are dying because Isr*ael shut off water, oil, gas and food . Your support to a brutal regime which subjugates innocent people, dehumanizes the entire race, stealing their homes and continues committing an ethnic cleansing since 1948 is aiding their aggression. I will not spend a penny at your place anymore. Shame on you. We will communicate your stand on the genocide against Gaza civilians with our families and friends and family

Walmart does NOT actually sell anything online. I ordered a scooter for $267, they charged my card for $267, and five minutes later they canceled the order. They said that the item is available, but it's standard procedure for them to cancel all first orders due to "unusual activity", and that anyone must order anything TWICE. I am not going to hand them over my money a second time. That sounds very sketchy and illogical to me. They also said that they will take 10 business days (which means 15 calendar days) to refund me. This is obviously fraud. Walmart are con artists.

I ordered three items at Walmart, and one was never delivered because it was lost. Walmart would not reship the item without having me paying for the shipping because the item is shipped by a third party. Their option that they call a compensation is: they wanted me to reorder the item that was lost and having me buy another item that costs a minimum of $15 to give me a coupon of $10 discount. I didn't need anything else besides the items that I ordered. They refunded me the item that was lost without adding the taxes paid on it! Walmart you are a shame!! They do not take good responsibility for shipping, and they will not do anything else they having you spend more money to get a discount! Walmart you are a joke!!

I’ve already been having issues with Walmart plus. For one I don’t know how many times I’ve tried to get groceries delivered and they never show up. That or when they do actually show up stuff is missing. Well yesterday I found out someone did a grocery order online somewhere for $431. Walmart can’t tell me which store this happened at nor can they answer why their stores aren’t checking peoples IDs when they are picking things up at the store or having items delivered. I’ve heard this is happening a lot where Walmart customers are having their card info stolen and online orders being placed. Makes you wonder if it’s an inside job since they don’t check for IDs or anything. So yea I’m out $431 because I can’t even find out where this happened to file a police report. Walmart seriously needs to do better. I think it’s time to get rid of Walmart plus.

The store that I am speaking about is on Branch street Arroyo Grande. After trying 2 times to purchase items in the store, with no luck finding someone to unlock a case, yes, I kept pushing the red button, I vowed to NEVER go in that store again. Okay today I tried to order on line. The order went through fine but then I got an email stating my order was cancelled due to activity. I called the store 2 times to internet orders, 3 times to the operator, 3 times to human development, they hung up on me, never did answer, finally called pharmacy in hopes to get a human. Yes I did get a human, but he couldn't transfer my call anywhere. I am not a walmart shopper. I will never be a walmart shopper. I spent an hour of frustration dialing Walmarts numbers and till have no idea about my order. Was the email a scam? I have not a clue and it seems walmart doesn't have a clue about customer service.

We just went to the Walmart in Maricopa, AZ store and bought some SeaPak popcorn shrimp, it had an attached coupon for $1.50 off. When we checked out we gave the checker the coupon and were then informed that it was expired. The box had 1 full year left before it expired but we were informed that we should have checked the fine print. They had the nerve to treat us like criminals trying to rip them off. They said that they would honor it this time but don't try it again, as they will never again accept an expired coupon!!! Meanwhile I told them that they had a shelf full of them and they should remove the coupons if they are expired. The person's response was, "it comes from the supplier that way and we don't take the time to read attached coupons"! This is an outrage!! A blatant form of bait and switch! There have been many other times that we have had mispriced items when checking out, also. And for some reason, the error is always in their favor. A while back they had gum labeled $3.97 on an endcap entering a check station and we were charged $4.12 when checking out. The checker pointed out that the labeled price by the register was $4.12 and refused to take 4 steps to the endcap to see the labeled price of $3.97! A manager was told of the error and a month later we noticed that the endcap was still labeled the same! We have spent thousands of dollars at Walmart stores over the years and know for a fact that $1.50 is not going to break you!! But guess what, you will never get another dollar of my money!!!! Your prices are a ripoff anyway since coming off of COVID! I'm sure its because you have to pay for your Football advertising. This is just one of the ripoff tactics used at this store. I am sure we will not hear from you on this matter because I am sure you don't care!

Delivered package to the front door (doorbell wasn't rung) that was left upside down and clearly leaking. The liquid fabric softener had leaked all over the contents of the box including boxed powders, ruining them. Everything went straight into the garbage as it was leaking everywhere. I spent over 1.5 hours cleaning and talking to customer service to get a refund. They REFUSED to refund me beyond the the softener and ARGUED with me that everything else looked "fine" in the photos I submitted. They made no move to recompense me for the items nor my time. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received and left my visibly upset and shaking from the interaction. I shouldn't have to argue that liquids leaking all over everything ruins it.

The customer service is very bad. I bought a Breville Barista Pro espresso machine for 468$ which is too cheap because the machine's price is 850$. The third-party seller was a scammer. He puts low prices to attract buyers. He sent me a tracking number to the same city as my address but to a different address and sent a small box that fit a mailbox. The machine is about 30 pounds. I called the USPS and they told me that the tracking number was not to my address. So Walmart charged me 468$ and later they removed that seller from their site due to quality issues(that means he is a scammer). I contacted Walmart Customer Service first they told me they would refund me after 48 hours, After 48 hours they told me they would refund me after a few days, and after a few days, they asked why you are contacting us, you already received your order no refund to you. They did not ask USPS if they delivered that tracking number to my address or to a different address and what was the weight of that order. They are not professional to band the scammers to sell on their site. They did not take responsibility for sending me the machine from their store or refund me my money. It seems that not only the seller is a scammer but Walmart is a scammer as well.

Grocery pick up is great service but bags are not provided. Be careful driving home with that glass jar of pickles Rollin around. Hope you don't have to stop fast with a child in a car seat could get messy not to mention dangerous. I called corporate 4 times over 10 days to discuss my concerns, each time being assured someone at corporate would call me back, never got that call. Safeway is my new store, they provide bags and don't blow off their customers.

Shopped at Store# 03625 on Sunday 8/20 got home and realized several items were missing. Checked the receipt, see I was double charged for another item. I tried contacting the store for 40 minutes and no one answered the phone. I then contacted Customer Care and advised of situation and was told I had to wait 1-3 days for someone to get back to me, received Ref# 230820-002818 and that was that. I called again on Monday 8/21 to follow-up to ensure my inquiry was being taken seriously and advised I had not heard from anyone. When asked why can't you just credit the card used at the time of purchase for missing and overcharged items, I was told the matter was escalated to the highest level and someone would call me back. What does that even mean? When the 3rd day arrived, Wed 8/23 and I still have not heard from anyone I called again, provided the REF# and was told there was a msg from the store mgr saying he called and did not reach me for me to come to the store to receive a credit. First I told them I had not rec'd a call and why wouldn't a store mgr leave a professional msg stating they're returning my call regarding my inquiry about my shopping experience. I knew it was just LIES or they certainly have the wrong ppl in place, in either event I'm more frustrated than when I started! Walmart Customer Experience made me wait 3 days to wait for a phone call only to go to the store anyway! I find that incredibly useless and irresponsible. I went to the store and it was a disaster. Spoke to a mgr that had no idea what I was talking about, was not willing to help, put me off on another person who told me they needed a pic of the receipt, that they had to look at cameras then speak to someone else. Now the total amount due for their incompetence was $25 and these now 5-6 ppl are looking at me like I stole something. Annoyed I call Customer Experience, give them the REF#, advise what's going on at the store and that they are unaccommodating. I told him I was through with him, thru with Walmart and I just want my card credited for items I did not receive. Next I look up and security is now standing next to me. The entire ordeal was laughable and I'm thinking this is a lot of BS over their neglect and now I'm the problem. I wasn't creating a scene, I wasn't yelling, yes I was frustrated but this is a joke! Now this is the SAME Walmart Customer Experience that told me the store mgr called and said go to the store and receive the refund. Still think I got a call? It was a scene from a circus and I'm wondering how a respectable business woman like myself is being treated like a thief from the ghetto? The security guy asks me what's going on, I tell him and he takes the receipt and going into the security room where I believe they are checking camera footage. About 10 min later he comes out, mind you I'm still on HOLD with corporate who doesn't know what to do, and he tells me to hang up from them, walks over to customer service cashier, tells her that the cashier on Sunday had the bag, gave it to the next customer to put the refund on a Walmart gift card for $25. I told the cashier I prefer it went back to my Amex card and she told me it had to go on this gift card. While I thanked security, the same 4-5 women are now not looking in my direction and 1 of the 5 is apologizing as she prepares to give me the gift card. I say TOO LATE Walmart, I don't want to have another experience with you AT ALL, and will give the gift card to my son. While my store experience was terrible my customer experience with corporate WAS WORSE. They did nothing to assist, made me wait 3 days for a solution that only backfired, held no accountability and was basically USELESS! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

If Walmart in Aurora expects us to check ourselves out the very very least they can do is have the self checkout working. First the item didn't scan and 2nd it wouldn't accept cash. It really needs a change in management to someone who gets things fixed and is on top of things. Issues with self checkout seem persistent and unaddressed. No 8 don't want to here from the manager because he doesn't want to fix the issues and is willing to lose customers rather than admit the store is horribly ran.
