new web page is horrible. doesn't show pictures, doesn't show next day, 2 day ship. buttons don't work. tried leaving feedback, feedback button doesn't work. can't get into cart which is okay since it won't let me add anything to my cart. they lost an order to Amazon today and if they don't fix it they'll be losing a lot more orders.

Like everyone else on here I order my items to arrive within 2 days, but then one week later I get an email telling me that my item has been delayed due to backorder, why didn't it say they didn't have anymore before I paid for my items. Then I called Wal-Mart 1 week later and a lady told me what I already knew, come on Wal-Mart Employees at customer service tell us what we don't know.. Where's my order? Not the fact that it's backordered. Geeezzz. So I wait another week, called Wal-Mart once again, now a guy answered and same thing happened but this time he says he's going to put in the comment as a priority, well I guess he lied cause today I got an email telling me they cancelled my order due to high demand.. What in the......... ???? I never asked them to cancel my order but they took it upon themselves to do so even though I told the guy at customer service that I would give it til this Tuesday June 23rd to see if I would get it but apparently they don't care to make any money because their service has gone down hill. I'll just keep shopping at Amazon. Thanks for Nothing Wal-Mart!!!!

So I have a special needs niece. She loves musicals and fell in love with the music from the movie "Little Shop of Horrors", her birthday coming up, I thought it would be a great idea to buy her the dvd as a gift as she had never seen the movie, only heard the music online, but I could not find it in local stores. Walmart had it for 5 dollars online, and I ended up paying over 6 dollars for shipping. That's right paid more for the shipping than the product. Supposed there in 2 days, didn't show up. I did have other things for my niece but I told her that the dvd was coming. She began waiting everyday for it to come and was excited. 4 days, still no arrival, I contacted customer service, they resent it. We are no on 8 days, my niece literally waits for it to show up and cries when it doesn't. Honestly wish I had never ordered it, it has just caused upset. I paid 6 dollars to ship a 5 dollar product in 2 days... Literally spent that money only to upset my niece.

Expired milk. Shelves not stocked, not pulled forward, managers don’t care. If you’re lucky maybe 2 cashiers. Store going f do own hill, nobody cares

Where is the credit to my credit card for returns made 4 days ago? If Walmart has their merchandise, then refunds should be posted to credit cards ASAP (as quick as charges are) or else pay consumers interest for holding their money. Also, corporate website has no interest in hearing what the public has to say.

What went wrong?? Everything about this store has turned to nothing but WRONG!! As for the handicapp they can forget w we finding a working mobile cart. Why u ask? Because they’re all being used mostly by people who don’t need them or better yet by children who race throughout the store to joy ride in them. Of course they’re left outdoors in all kind of weather & as far as they’re being charged well haha what a funny joke that would mean someone would have to go out of their way to plug one in….., Not in their job description so sorry old folks guess we don’t want y’all money bad enough to even attempt to help y’all out!! Mr Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave to know what has become of his stores. I TNEYRE ALL THE SAMS NO MATTER WHRE YOU GO!! Thanks Wally World!!!!!

No more friendly American veteran greeting you, when you come in. Guess he was let go, due to covid. Instead, they have permanent indoor gates, where the friendly old man used to be. They force you to go in one direction. Herding you like cattle. It’s no longer open 24 hours a day, so they stock shelves during peak shopping hours. Those people seem very unhappy. I don’t blame them. But, I also no longer ask any questions. They make sure you know they’re not there to help you. And, now, there’s not a single cashier. You’re herded to tiny self checkouts. You feel like cattle from beginning to end. I refuse to EVER go back!!!!!

I go to the neighborhood market out of convenience due to the close proximity to my home and it being on my commute home from work. I shop there several times a week after work which is between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. I can’t understand why during this time they would choose to put out freight! Wouldn’t the early morning be a better time to stock shelves when most people are at work, commuting to work, or at home sleeping? On my visit today I needed an item that was directly behind a stocker so I said excuse me picked up my items and noticed said stocker stomp to the side of me place his hands on his hips and glare at me. Not sure if it was my race that made him mad or the fact that I needed to purchase something that was beside an item he was restocking regardless I would have at least acknowledged a customer with some sort of comment! I have worked retail for many years and realize that without customers to purchase items I would be unemployed however I don’t think these stockers realize this concept. The majority of the times I have had any interactions with stockers at Walmart they are rude. There were several tonight walking towards me with a cart that almost hit me and of course no apology was made! The management of the neighborhood market on Elizabethtown Rd in Lumberton NC is no better. They witness this behavior and do nothing to correct it! I think I’m going to have shop elsewhere! Maybe Foodlion or IGA would be more appreciative of the 500.00 to 600.00 I spend a month in groceries!

Walmart can never seem to get orders to me on time. I don’t trust ordering from them at all and don’t plan to in the future.

I tried to return a shirt to Walmart and could not find the receipt. Wich usually is not a problem but WalMart has changed its policies yet again to insure what ever money you have spent in their stores stays in the company by only allowing cash back on items under 10 dollars or less. To me this seems like yet another way to say we are WalMart screw you .

I tried for 2 days to get something to go through out of my cart it kept saying having trouble. The only trouble they was is that y'all was doubling the price and wouldn't let mine go through. I think if it was in my cart I should of been able to get it.

Order #4192104089983; mirror bought for 104.00. Arrived shattered due to poor minimal packaging. Contacted walmart.com, got replacement ordered by agent. Returned mirror to FedEx. Got email 48 hrs before replacement scheduled to arrive saying order was canceled, no explanation. Online agent would only say technical issue led to cancelation. Mirror available online for 132.00. Agent said she could not process another replacement, even though glitch was on their end, but I could place new order at current price and then request price adjustment. When I said refund my money she suddenly got permission to process another replacement. NOPE!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. And these are items ONLY AVAILABLE at walmart.com.

I tried for 2 days to place an order and kept getting the message: "We're having trouble with your request. Please wait a moment and then try again." I called customer service (Philippines so difficult to understand the agent) and after 25 minutes he could not diagnose the problem...he kept getting the same response with no explanation of why this was happening. Great service Walmart. Never again. They mess up so many orders as will.

When trying to order, several things occur. First is the $35 minimum order that is being displayed, although I ordered on 6/2/21 for a total of $27 and change. Plus, I had just read that this fee was dropped. Apparently not. The second is the website indicates that I haven't ordered in the past 6 months. Once again, I just ordered on 6/2/2021. Yes, I have an account - for whatever that is worth. I hesitate to say it, but ever since the Marshfield, Mo store has been redone - with an expansion of self service checkout stations - it has not gone hill, it has fallen. Back to Price Cutters.

Forced unpaid labor... Walmart is now 90%+ forced unpaid labor. How? You go into Walmart you fill up your shopping cart, then you go to a self-checkout with no customer service. There you have to look up and weigh your produce items, scan all of your grocery items, scan all of your house wears clothing toiletries Etc. Then you get the unpaid luxury of having to bag it all. And their prices are going up higher than most of the big store groceries. So not only now are you paying more for everything that you buy by supporting a Walmart, you are also now working for them for free. That is forced unpaid labor. I will never ever step foot in another Walmart ever again

I pay monthly for Walmart+ which includes Grocery Delivery. 50% of the time, my groceries do not get delivered and I have to drive to the store to pick them up. 50% of the time, I am missing items from my order or items in my order are damaged. So what am I really paying for? Let’s see… No delivery, missing items and damaged items....HMMMM

I seen either ladybugs or bedbugs in the Oakland Maryland store today. In the Lady Clothes section. They were nestled on a shelf that doesn't look like it has been bothered in some time. Nice store and the cashiers are very friendly. I told a member of management.
