I have a laptop sold ONLY by Walmart. It broke, called manufacturer, they said to return to store...because of Covid-they have so few people working, because I need it back ASAP TO WORK FROM HOME DURING COVID, and because ONLY WALMART SELLS IT!!! Walmart was so rude! I tried to explain the situation to 2 different customer service reps, one told me to go to electronics and get another for exchange. I did, came all the way back up with and electronics associate, to have the OTHER customer service associate tell me I couldn’t exchange and need to call manufacturer....already did! They sent me to the Walmart store! I asked to speak to a manager, tried explaining all this again, to be told that since I’m not listening to their policies and procedures, I need to just go...I tell her the other associate had already said he would exchange it, she starts yelling at him in front of everyone, I tell her she doesn’t have to do that and I’ll go, she call security....and I’m floored!!! She the proceeds to tell them to call the police.....ALL THIS DUE TO ME TRYING TO EXCHANGE A LAP TOP THAT I have e-mails from the manufacture to “go and exchange” it in the store! What happened to customer service and integrity?!?

Shipment has never arrived -- I ordered on March 13th, it's now April 21st and the order still hasn’t arrived.I have repeatedly tried to reach Walmart regarding this order. I also tried to know where it is and when it will arrive but have not received an answer. I have also contacted the seller several times, but never received a reply. I now have been waiting for 4 hours on the chat to be transferred to a supervisor but they hung up. Don't buy from them online!!!! I'm trying to cancel the order and receive a refund with no avail. I will never buy from them either online or in the store.

One of the worst company to buy product online. I did wait for more than 2 hours over the phone to get my order information and at the end they hang up. They did took my order 8 days ago and charge on my card and now they have no clue what happened to my order. I am trying to contact store and they are saying that the have not received my order even though I have confirmation number and suggesting me to contact online customer service. Walmart’s online customer service is even worst as they do respond even if you wait for more than 2 hours over the phone. Walmart, please stop serving online to the customer if you can not manage it. You need to do lots of homework before you provide online service

Bought patio furniture, was unaware it came from a third party vendor online. Was missing pieces and now rusted after 3 weeks. Walmart will not refund or replace missing parts and won’t stand behind their vendor this is over seas and won’t do anything about this. Walmart charged my credit card so Walmart should be responsible. 3 rd party vendor is a fraud !!! I read the reviews after the fact and Walmart Corporate won’t do anything. I am out 400.00 !!!! Don’t buy from zimtown or Walmart !

I’m trying to get ahold of customer service and the wait on chat is about 9 hours and to receive a phone call from a representative is 19 hours. After trying the email correspondence, it was a bot with irrelevant information. After 2 hours into waiting for a chat representative, the session went inactive and the screen cleared out. I don’t have any issues with Amazon. Frustrating—I hope somebody from Walmart.com sees this and improves these issues.

The worst experience I have in my live. Ordering online is frustrating. Wrong item in waltmart online and in waltmart grocery you wait for 3 days and still coming in different time you suppose to wait for the item. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buy online in any way at Walmart. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en compras online, te traen diferentes cosas o no te las traen en walmart online, en walmart grocery tienes que esperar por 3 días para que te lleguen las cosas lo peor es que te dicen tal hora y viene medua hora después o peor aun una hora. Es en el único lugar que me he sentido tan frustrada, más cuando tienes hijos. NO RECOMIENDO comprar en online waltmart de ninguna forma

This is possibly the worst company to order from online. I ordered a couple of sets of dumbbells just before the pandemic hit. They said was in stock and shipping was 2 weeks out. They never updated my shipping during this time and customer service said everything is fine. Then day of delivery, the order is delayed. Customer service says they don’t have the ability to contact warehouse to find out why? What the? Why have a customer service department that does nothing different than your app? Waste of manpower. They send message to upper management. They never call me just send a email that’s it’s out of stock. What the what? It was in stock when I ordered it. So are you are overselling product you don’t have? Not so. It turns out during this two week wait, Walmart had been shipping multiple dumbbells to all Walmart stores instead of fulfilling orders online. I know this because through my local Walmart, I tracked the trucks coming in and picked up some of my orders myself (because I didn’t trust online). So instead of fulfilling actual orders online, they decided it was more cost effective to ship to stores (BTW option to ship to store for customer unavailable). Just terrible experience from beginning to end from all levels of this company. Best example of what NOT to do with a business practice model.

My recent experience with Walmart.com was extremely exasperating! I was attempting to update my account profile with a new email address. The website failed to do what should haven been a simple task. Four phone calls to the helpline later (with assurances of escalation) I wound up cancelling my account and reapplying. New problem! website refused to accept my PO Box address and physical road address. Phone call later with different CSR in Central America speaking poor English - I finally requested my account to be closed. My experience with other online retailers has never reached a level of dysfunction like this! In the future, I will deal with retailers who are more appreciative of my business!

I ordered groceries online from the la cholla store and the substitutions were not all what I wanted but I took them because there was so little of anything. The fruit that was picked out for me was past being edible. I was in the store recently and I forgot my receipt and the person helping out in self checkout was very rude. I will not be shopping in the store or ordering food from there again. Also the website is not updated accordingly, especially toilet paper, none whatsoever in the store but online there was some listed as in store purchase only. when I got there, the shelves were completely empty.

I will never order online with walmart and I don't recommend anyone do so either. They give you ridiculously long delivery time, I never recieved my purchased item and when I called to get the issue fixed they had me on hold for about 2.5 hours just to be placed on hold even longer. Only to be told I'd have to wait another 24hours for someone from a different department to get in contact with me. Never again

Walmart is always helpful. I love the way they operate. Some of the businesses that you have to order certain products from are terrible. I never received my order at all from one but Walmart helped me with the problem. Thanks Walmart.

I shopped as a customer should and kept my distance from others. While at self-checkout a CSM, Connie had come up to me and asked to count the items in my cart. At the time I had no problem and told her that she was allowed while I continued to scan the rest of my items. My roommate was there with me, Connie asked again and I repeated myself a little louder but not loud enough to cause any commotion. What I did not like was that fact that she had put her hand in my space nor did she apologize for accusing us of stealing.

I normally don't complain about walmart except when 10 lanes are open and only 3 people at a register! however the customer service is horrible!!!! you have 50 workers & everybody walking around while i waited nearly 30 minutes to get someone to help me with a heavy item!! nobody ever came!!!! what kind of customer service is that!!!!???? why are you working if you not helping??? go home!!!!! we put ourselves at risk for covid-19 the longer we are in the store around other people!!! i had mask & gloves but it still feel nasty & unsafe in our store!! y'all need to get re-trained on how to treat your customers!!!!! i'm not a happy camper!!!!

horrible services on online grocery order pick up. You received the email that says your order y is ready but when you get to walmart for pick up the order is not ready and no one to help you.wait time for someone to help you is about 1 1/2 hour. not a good service walmart east colonial dr orlando, florida.

Wallmart in lake park Fla...Dirty diguusting filthy!!!! 6-10Eemployees conjugating at customer service ..Doing absolutely NOTHING but gossip.out of control employees.Do what they want attitude.No management enforcing anything.you would think the store would be clean do to the pandemic.Its like walking into a petredish ..SCARY... WHY CANT THESE DO NOTHING EMPLOYEES CLEAN THIS PLACE INSTEAD OF DOING NOTHING.NEVER GOING THEIR AGAIN...TARGET UP THE ROAD.

I made this order by delivery on 4/9/20 from 4:00pm-5:00pm. I never received it, and called you and you told me that you didn’t find a driver available. We changed it to a pickup and when I was at the store since 7:00 pm, and a worker told me at 7:42 pm that they will close and I must return next day. Today I went to the store around 7:30 am and a worker said to me that my order was cancelled. You have been playing with me for 3 days. and then you apologized with a sorry but it's not fair
