Ordered a box of medical masks on Walmart.ca. Walmart website showed the estimated delivery date is March 19 to March 26. I did not receive the products and called Walmart customer service number nobody is available to answer the calls. I sent online email message to Walmart no response. The emails I received for the online order and shipping are from Walmart with Walmart customer service phone number and return policy, but when I search Walmart website I found things are different. It looks like Walmart opened its website to let third party sell products and without telling customers about it and even the return policy is different from Walmart return policy. Customers have to contact the third party seller to find out what is the return policy, but I do not know who is the third party seller, there is no contact information for the seller. I think Walmart is cheating customers for online shopping.

I received an email from Walmart saying my order was processed for pickup. the problem was that I didn't order anything. I checked my charge card and saw someone bought an electronic item for $181.04. I immediately froze my charge card and a few minutes later, another charge came through for the same amount, which was blocked because of me. I tried calling that store and nobody answered in electronics, so I tried customer service...who also didn't answer. I tried this four times and with no luck, I got a hold of the pharmacy manager. I apologized for bothering him, but said nobody would answer their phone and asked if he could connect me with a manager. He said that no managers were accepting calls and that I needed to come in to the store if I wanted to talk to a manager. I told him that there's no way I was going to drive that far to come in, as this location wasn't close to my house, especially during this virus situation. I explained that this wasn't a call to see if they had toilet paper, it was because someone stole my charge card information and was trying to commit fraud. I told him this was urgent and I needed him to connect me to ANY manager right away. Again, he said no and then had the gall to hang up on me! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called back and got a hold of him again. I told him we got disconnected and he said to me, I'm not hooking you up to a manager and hung up on me again! What an utter horrific display of customer service...the worst ever! I will never step foot in any Walmart ever again!!

I ordered an item that doesn't match my expectation. I called customer service several times but no response. I'm trying to find out how can I return the item when there's no customer service to help me? Walmart should take care of this problem otherwise their business is going down pretty soon.

As a loyal customer, I hope Walmart executives make the good decision NOT to allow the returns of toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, gloves and food. During this trying times we are going through. It would be a waste of money and time for the employees and customers to allowed the return of these products. Thank you for allowing me too express my opinion. Walmart in Fort Mohave Arizona is my store.

No management skills!!! I went to the Santa Ana WalMart on Sunday, March 22 at 8:30am. I went to customer service to ask if I could prepay for toilet paper since I was in the store and the website showed toilet paper in stock. She said talk to a manager. I talked to BOBBIE. She has the worst management skills I have seen. She tells me she cant sell me something she doesn't have although on the website it shows "IN STOCK". What?!?!? You're the manager in Walmart that has one of the best supply chain communications in the country and cant tell me when you would be getting toilet paper??? That's your job! Look it up and find out. If I can track a package on FedEx and USPS you cant track a truck with toilet paper? She was lazy and incompetent. BOBBIE....YOU CAN GO TO THE COMPUTER AND LOOK IT UP LAZY HEIFFER!!! Then the situation started to escalate and she started raising her voice. At this point I realized she was about to be out of control. So I left. That showed me her immaturity and inability to de-escalate a tense situation. She need to be demoted or fired!!

Walmart is selling Lysol Concentrate from their online site for over $11.00 per 12oz bottle, which usually goes for under $4.00 per bottle. Leave it to the greedy waltons to gouge people during a pandemic. So typical of the company and its corporate philosophy...

They lied about the pick up date. I ordered on March 5th and supposedly I was going to be able to pick them up on the 6th and today is the 10th and still no word from them. I bought 2 tires for my daughters car and thinking that the tires were going to be here the next she missed that day of school but no, it's already been 3 days that my daughter has missed going on 4. I don't think it's right because I trusted them . I'm very upset and disappointed with Walmart and when you call the store the don't help either or the customer service number at Walmart.com.

Ordered a tv online from Walmart.com. Was told the tv would arrive in a week. At todays standards that seems awful slow. But I went ahead and ordered it anyways. Once I check out and pay I was informed it would take 2 weeks to arrive. Very unhappy. Seems Walmart.com uses Pilot Freight and then Pilot Freight uses Valley Freight to get the item to your house. Valley Freight is the one that put the extra delay on my tv. Seems Walmart.com could find better shipping companies to work with. I will NEVER make a major purchase at WALMART.COM again.

I ordered a PS 4 game for my 7 year old, and when we pick up the package and my son opened it, it was just a empty cd case, the game was not there. I phone the customer service for walmart online shopping and told me that it was not their fault because it was shipped by a third party. Walmart cant helped get my money back and they dont care at all. I tried contacting the third party like the walmart associate asked me to do, and my email couldnt even get thru, it keeps saying try again. It is very obvious that this total ripped of. So you guys, be careful with DEALWIZ third party company. They will ripped you off like what they did to me. Another incident, I bought a headset at Walmart Marlborough for my older son as a bday gift When my son opened the box, it was empty. No headset at all! So we went back to customer service and we were even told me that we were lying. The lady who helped me in the electronic section didnt even showed us what 's in the box. So I demand to review the video recording on that area. it took awhile before they decided to gave us another one.

March 03, 2020 Dear Walmart Customer Service, I am writing to detail my disappointing experience at Walmart #991, on Friday 28th February. As a regular customer of yours who spends 100’s of dollars a week, I am very upset to say that I had a most horrible experience at your store located at:101 East Interstate 65 Service Rd S, Mobile, AL 36606. I came into your store Wednesday February 26th around 10am and placed an order for One Large Sandwich Tray, One Large Chicken Wing Tray, and One Large Chicken Trio Tray to be picked up at 12 noon on Friday, February 28th. After about 30 minutes I realized I could send someone else to pick up the trays for me so I called the store around noon on Wednesday February 26th and changed the time to pick up my order from noon to 7:30 p.m. On Friday 28th February, I received a call at 12:32 from Ms. Diane from the Deli at Walmart to confirm the pick up time for my trays. So I'm assured my order will be ready. So on Friday 28th February I sent my sister, Ariel Rashawn Ervin and her friend Kiana Rogers to Walmart to pick up my order and they were told I didn't have an order. My sister called me on the phone and by that time the Deli Personnel misterly found a sandwich tray and said this is all I ordered. I explained to them on the phone what I just explained in the beginning of the letter and they didn’t try to help. I requested to talk to a manager and they told me that all the managers were gone. I asked for their name and a store number and THEY REFUSED! I asked if they could just cook some chicken or just fix something because I needed that food for a 9pm surprise dinner party I was throwing for my grandma. They told me all of their fryers were off. The heartless attitudes they had ruined my entire night and my entire party. I had no way to get hot food for a party that started in less than an hour. I HAD TO ORDER PIZZA FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MY GRANDMOTHER THAT TURNED 79!!!! This was terrible. I called the store, explained the situation, and requested to speak to someone and I was put on hold several times and no one ever came to the phone. I have phone records that can prove everything that I am saying. The thing is this party was special because my Aunt Sandra Marie Tims, who worked for Walmart over 25 Years and who was my grandmother's first child, died September 15th, 2019 and she was my grandmother's caregiver. So with that being said you couldn't imagine how my grandmother feels to lose her first born so I wanted this party to be special but having no food at that very last minute was not the special moment I was hoping for. I think that the staff need a change in attitude towards their customers. I would like them to do their job correctly and be friendly and helpful. Their snappiness and "ugh, another customer's attitude should disappear. and The only way to a successful business is with friendly staff who are willing to help out. I would like to know once the issue has been amended. Something to be done because this was devastating. Yours sincerely, KaSondra Ervin Fox

Walmart online is misleading the consumers about how long takes the product reach to the customer's hand. I shopped on Feb 5th and still my item is not here. Walmart presents the product as a clearance item and shows it is available, so I bought the item and after3 weeks when I contacted the customer service, they said they need to communicate with the seller which apparatus is in China, I said I don't want the product anymore as it takes too long to come, they are not defunding my money and insisted they have to contact the seller and after 3 business days they will let me know what is going on !!!!! Which is not my business, I bought from Walmart not the 3rd party. After one week waiting still they say the same thing and I am so angry at Walmart that how they charge my card without having the product and I have to go through hassle. Still no money, no product, Walmart has it's hands in customer's pocket.

I bought a car battery with a 5 year warranty. It went bad in 1 year 14 days. They replaced it with the same battery but it now only comes with a 3 year warranty. However the manufacturers 3 year warranty was voided by the store manager. Corporate confirms store managers can void manufacturers warranties. So I end up with just short of a 3 year warranty on a 5 year battery warranty. I believe this is fraud and false advertising.

Walmart online is horrible. They do not warn of third party sales. They do not make returns easy. I have been at the returns for hours now. The customer service has actually been great. Every rep has been kind and helping it's the corporate side messing this up and making the customer side hard. Walmart sucks all around and now I can add the online stuff to my list of reasons I go anywhere but Walmart.

For over 10 years I have not been able to go in a Walmart and get everything I was looking for. I always go to the website and click at my store. 9 times out of 10 the site says the item is in stock and in a certain isle. When I get there, guess what. Not in stock or even a spot on the shelf where the item was supposed to be. Since Sam passed away and turned it all over to his kids, Walmart has become and is a total joke. I have been waiting over 25 years for Walmart to make it up to me for waiting 8 hrs 45 minutes for 2 tires when only thing in front of me was 1 oil change and 1 wiper install. I can ALWAYS find what I am looking for at Meijer. Walmart needs to start a clean up starting at the top. Total joke as a department store. I am sure Sam is rolling in his grave now after what has become of what he was so proud of.

My husband and I are seniors, and we have some health problems.A few days ago a door greeter stopped us and asked for our receipt. There is no law in Virginia that we have to do, but we did it any way. The door greeter moved all my bags around and looked in every one of them. She was rude, she harrassed and insulted us. She humiliated us. It took her a long time to finish our bags and my back was killing me What a disgrace we were treated like criminals. I will never wisit another Walmart

I ordered an item online on Dec 02 which notified me that it was lost. Upon calling I was refunded the cost of the item. I then asked if the item should somehow show up - should I return it. I was told "no- you may just keep the item". I received the item almost 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. I gave it to a friend and moved on. Almost 3 months later. (Feb 20th) I am informed the item was delivered and that I had to return it or else be charged for the item. After talking to a customer representative I must now travel 2 hours to the friend who has the item and return it at a store. I'm frustrated because now I must carve 2 hours to drive and pick up an item that has to be returned. This all could have been avoided if I was first told almost 3 months ago when I first called that I should return it even after receiving the item that was delivered weeks late.
