My entire order was supposed to be delivered on 9/27/21 between 5-6pm! I received some on some on 9/25/21 and 3 separate deliveries on 9/27/21, two of them before 1:00 pm when I wasn’t home and the last one between 5 and 6 like I requested because I knew I wouldn’t be home. I live in an apartment building, so the first one was just a toothbrush 😳, the next was a medium sized box, and the last one was in bags. When I asked what happened to the two cases I ordered, he replied that he was only given the bags and took a photo (also 4 trips and only the last deliver driver took a photo 😣! I called customer service and Carlos didn’t even want to give his name and only after I asked him 3 times did he give his name, mind you this is the first few seconds of the call before inquiring about the 2 cases of water 🤦‍♀️ Not received but paid for! Carlos ONLY solution was to refund me the money when I still needed my water that they said they delivered! After going back and forth about the water for over 10 minutes I asked for a supervisor. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me that they were busy and they only gonna tell me the same exact thing! I informed him that he doesn’t know what a supervisor would tell me and asked for a supervisor to give me a call back when they wasn’t SOOO BUSY @ customer SERVICE!

In the past 2 yrs I have always given a 5 star great as always review on ordering and delivery. Since change to you online grocery ordering website ordering is horrible. I will be canceling my annual membership. Why change what works?? You ruined a good thing. So sad:(

I ordered online Groceries from Walmart. I'm not working because of Covid related issues. This was my last money to get a week worth of groceries. When I pushed the summit button to finalize my order, a message came up saying we have a problem with your order. I then checked my Bank Account and Walmart had taken the money out of my account but never approved the groceries to be delivered. I have called 4 times to get my money back and I have gotten the run around to no end. I then had to call my bank to get help, but I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get any action. Meanwhile I have spent all my food money in a store that doesn't give a darn about their consumers. BAD BUSINESS, (ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER).

Going self checkout is making it impossible for the elderly and disabled to shop ther.i dont think Sam Walton would have wanted walmart to turn into what it is today its ran just caring about the money and not about the people.

Recent changes to Walmart.com are horrible. I have been unable to place an order. I have ordered frequently from Walmart.com for a long time. Now looks like greed has taken the place of logic and Walmart is losing quite a few frequent on line shoppers. Thank God the elder Mr. Walton is not here to see how his company has been destroyed because of greed.

Walmart in reno nv. Is the worst experience i ever had. Employees are rude store is dirty and check out lines are out of control i asked a employee where something was they shook there shoulders and walked away i will never shop there again

Does your "refund ban policy" allow you to accuse customers who shop by home delivery of refund abuse even though they did not? My wife cried tonight thinking she did something horrible. Your website "permanently banned" our account from online shopping and upset her greatly. I'm not sure what else to tell you other than my loved one did not deserve to be punished or treated like a refund thief in any capacity. Lifting that online shopping ban off our account is the right thing to do.

I am so sick and tired of ordering food with food stamps and then being charged on my bank card a driver tip that I never approved! I didnt use that card so why when I always tip in cash so that I can see if the driver is worthy of a decent tip and make a decision based on performance I get charged for money on a card that wasn't even used in the order! Sometimes usually after a week later I get an email saying we just tipped your driver after the driver has been tipped already in cash! They have no right to force someone to tip anyone! I believe in tipping and have no problem with it, but some people dont believe in tipping and shouldn't be forced to do so! I like seeing their smiles and appreciation for getting cash in hand and sometimes they're being tipped twice and on more than one occasion its put me in negative balance with my bank! I have to make a call complaining on way too many occasions now demanding money that was never authorized to be put back in my acct! I am physically disabled and terminally I'll and now have covid and with this latest food fiasco I buy almost $150 in food and they took one food item a $3 bag of peppermint candy and switched it to store pickup! I've never had store pickup because I'm disabled and can barely walk! Everything is being delivered but for some reason that one small item is for store pickup!? I wouldn't have to put up a review had it only been one or 2 times in the last year but it happens almost every time! Not to mention the fact that a lot of drivers for small orders just leave groceries in the heat at my door without so much as a knock. So I've started requesting to sign for my order and not one driver has had me sign yet! This is after entire orders were supposed to be delivered but never arrived. This is why I have requested this option! This is beyond ridiculous! Its ludicrous! I like the convenience of this service but it's enough to make me consider cancelling my monthly subscription and start using a different service if I need to be constantly stressed about payments never authorized!

This is the 3rd time this has happened and it wasn't the charm Walmart. I order online and then get a notification that some of my items will be delivered early, same day! Yay! Except they have decided to have a local store fulfill it via Doordash supposedly. This seems awesome until, for some reason, the delivery person doesn't pick it up, then it gets either stuck in "delayed" mode for a week until you call and they say all they can do is cancel the item, or the store says YOU didn't pick it up so they canceled it. Walmart really needs to get it together with fulfillment. They door dashed 15 cent school folders from 3 different local Walmarts. How do they justify the cost of delivery for a 15 cent folder even once let alone 3 times? They fedexed another one in a huge box just by itself? You're telling me they didnt have 4 folders at just one of the stores or a fullfillment center to be shipped together? It seems silly. That is just the tip of the iceberg of waste in fulfillment and shipping methods.

Ordered an item for a birthday gift and was given a delivery date in the time frame I needed it. Delivery never received and my order says "delayed" status. Customer Service knows nothing, of course. I tried canceling the order and it won't even let me do that. Never again.

I have shipped this Chester SC Walmart for 8 years. I have seen them at their worst and their best. Lately they have been at their best imho. Bill, and many others-- wish I could remember all their names-- but in every department/area of the store-- I have received excellent customer service. I love my local Walmart 🤗.

I ordered five items on Walmart two items were from another seller. I returned three items at a retal store and two items returned to the seller. I only received credit for two of the three items at the store. I received credit for one of the two items. Thee itemswere the same thermal underwear. Two cheap tops. I wasn't charge return shipping, however with Walmart cheating out of 38 dollars, I guess it would have been cheaper to pay for shipping. My first and last order at walmart.

I purchased an item online on August 20 with an expected date of September 7. When September 7 came around, no item was delivered. I went to check the status online and it said that the item has not been shipped yet. For most major companies, they would update you if there was an issue with delivery. However, I had to reach out to customer service, which was no help. I was told to wait and to deal with the seller directly. To my surprise, I thought that Walmart was the seller as they were the one who withdrew the money from my bank account. Nonetheless, after a few calls to follow-up, Walmart refuses to give me a refund and told me to wait to speak to the third party seller who are not responding to my request for refund.

Today I went to the Vision Center to have my prescription eyeglasses adjusted because they were sat on and out of alignment. Tony from the Beville Road store was working and helping out at the Granada location and immediately went to work on them. This guy has years of experience and knows eyeglasses like no other. His skills are unmatched! When Tony was done the eyeglasses were just as the day I bought them from Walmart-they were perfect. Tony was very polite, courteous, and his customer service skills were amazing. He is a great ambassador for Walmart and I was very happy with his service. In the end there was no charge! If you ever need eyeglasses make a point to ask for Tony and you’ll be glad you did.

I love ordering through the walmart.com. I ordered some items and it got shipped to my old address. Someone that now lives there took it. So make a long story short I got it back from the apartment manager but Walmart had already sent me a new order. So when I received that I sent that back. The person that took my merchandise that wasn't his opened the box. His excuse for the box, was that he "wanted to see what was in it." It wasn't his. I guess the moral of this story is don't take what's not yours because it eventually catch up with you. And Walmart was great to replace it, but I sent it back. honesty is the best policy.
