Omg I should have read all these feedback before I purchased on their website 😳 I purchased ring for my husband and ring arrived with scratch on it right at the front , so I left 2 messages on website asap by explaining ring arrived faulty and I am requesting refund. After reading on website refund policies I thought " well they do refunds for items that been purchased on line, I will save time and buy the same ring again and then wait for my refund. And guess what! No reply from customer service. I email to them too! Still waiting 😡 I know they don't do refund at the shops but it clearly says on website policies it can be refunded apart for some items not due to hygiene requirements.

Faulty website caused my orders to be delivered to old address. Until now the website doesn’t update delivery address. They won’t give refund bec orders were “delivered”!!!

Paid cash for a ring that lost a diamond would only offer credit note to be spent in that particular store dissatisfied is an understatement

Your ordering system is appalling and it has now sent a gift with the bill to my friend and would not allow me to change it or cancel it and start again so now she will know how much her gift cost and also it put my name on the delivery address so the whole thing was a disaster , I won’t be ordering from you again as I spent at least 3 hours trying to sort this out

This doesn't even deserve one star rating I wouldn't rate Warren james at all. My online shopping experience has been AWFUL, customer service awful. I placed an order for my daughters 18th birthday gift on the basis it would be delivered within 5 days. Ordered 19/11 her birthday 3/12 giving plenty of time. No item has been received and I am now being told it was dispatched but I need to give royalmail a minimum of 14 working days. No warning of this on the website at all. Also after spending over £200 on rings you would think I'd recieve a tracking number at least. No tracking number is being given. Just blame on royal mail delays. There isn't a problem with royal mail at all as I have recieved other parcels from other retailers in the same week on time with no problems. The problem is WARREN JAMES. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!

Refund policy is a joke. Returned an item the next day to be told they only offer a credit note and that credit note can ONLY be spent in that particular store. Ive used the credit note for other things but the customer care / services in terms of how they treat customers is terrible. I will never shop with them again until they change these sellfish practices.

Bought two engagement rings from them As there was not exact size we tried to exchange o refund Short story they are not refunding yoir mine Seems like they never have matching rings 6 months now and still coud not find any replacement either on website or shop. Avoid !!!!!!

Bought white gold studs and a necklace in store Staff explained that I could not have a sticker for the box stating 9ct gold. This I’m told is company practice. I emailed head office to inquire the reason for this policy as the items were gifts and the gold number could only be seen using a loop.I received a curt reply but no explanation for the policy I replied asking for a reasonable reason for this but received no response. Very poor customer service.

I went into Warren James shop was very impressed the sales staff were helpful ,outstanding in fact, I wanted a longer chain as a had a pendent that had great sentimental value it was platinum with one diamond unusual I purchased the a necklace I was so please the necklace after only a handful of times as I don’t wear jewellery on a day to day basic as i work , the neckless broke , obviously the necklace was not suitable for a pendent the pendent was lost . I emailed Warren James explaining what had happened told them that they need to explain this to there staff because I would not like this to happen to anyone else I received nothing no acknowledgement what so ever I will never shop there again, very disappointed, all that I wanted was an apology and the fact they would pass message on to their staff

My engagement ring lost its diamonds, they changed it and the same thing happened. I got a voucher to used. Which I got a different style ring for a wedding ring. My first wedding ring lost a diamond. So they exchanged my wedding ring for another one. When I went back to use the remaider of the voucher... over £100. They told me it was out of date and I had lost my money. They told me I had 6 months and it was 5 months when I went in. Now the metal has just split in two on my wedding ring. But no clue why as there is no reason for it to break. Wonder what they will say now. I am NOT going to accept their spiel.

Purchased online, on 26th Oct 2021 and was dispatched 27th Oct, had an update almost immediately that royal mail was at full capacity and will receive in due course we are now on 15th November 2021 still not received the item I have sent an enquiry form with my order, I have emailed customer service and messaged on messenger and heard nothing back, I'm going to get my bank involved to request my money back but will never use again.

I bought sterling silver necklace 45£ in reading but the quality is not right the side of the necklace is too sharp and scratched my neck i went back to the shop to return or replace the different one even pay more money I don't mind just need to replace but the lady said the company is not allowed to replace or return the item. How rude this lady and customer service are really very bad!!! I don't recommend this shop!

My first Oder arrived on time and I was updated, however I had to return an item, this was straight forward; I contacted customer service via email. They gave me clear instructions of how to return. I posted it through Royal Mail. I then received an email that I they have received my item and I will get a refund. I had an excellent experience with the company and find that they are prompt and do exactly what they said they would.The only problem is they have not put has many items to buy online. I would love to see more :-)

I ordered silver necklace online for my sister, and arrived with broken chain. It was absolutely embarrassing. I think they are sending faulty items from returns. Good lesson- avoid online shopping from this company!!!

I ordered a item on line when it arrive it did not depict the images online, further more when I tried to contact them online for a refund their website would not allow any contact whatsoever the chain was very fimsy and the actual chain was knotted at the clasp as it was purchased as a gift for someone it is not good enough for that purpose it has to be the worst ever buying experience the only way of contacting them is by writing to them, seriously in these days!!, I intend writing to them to request a refund as the item is not fit for purpose.

Always get my silver from warren James Kidderminster. Fair on price and staff are friendly but professional, They are knowledgable about the items they are selling. Highly recommended 😀
