“Bought 2 silver chains 24" £99 and 22" £129 they came on time but i can tell is not the finest chains even if is my entry level jewelery. You cant return them to shop if you want a refund. But you are allowed to exchange or get a voucher. Theres option to return to their hq at your own risk and postage price for a reasonable reason”

“On 26 April 2019, I bought 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace at Hammersmith store The sales assistant and store manager were very helpful and patient to help me pick what I wanted My first time buying sterling silver and the sales assistant helped describe the difference in each piece I chose with intend to buy The sales manager realizing my desire actually went to get the latest necklace not on display yet for me to see - which I bought, and happy that it also has a sale price Thanks so much for making my day”
