Absolutely horrible company. Culligan are absolute scammers. AVOID THIS COMPANY They never provide you with a copy of the contract, then try and charge you a huge amount when you request to return the equipment. Absolute scammers

awful awfull awfull gave 90 days notice so called to see when they are picking there machines up - said we have to give another year!!!! feel so conned ! please do not ever deal with these or culligan! water is awfull since changed ownership and machine not updated in 7 years!

Horrendous customer support. We have had a faulty cooler for at least 9 months. Every online chat session ends with the promise of an engineer visit within 5 days. No one ever shows up!

Service client déplorable. Notre fontaine à eau est en panne depuis novembre 2023. Aucune réparation programmée à ce jour, aucun échange. C’est un scandale !!! La salle des profs du Lycee Jean Lurçat, Paris XIIII

Just the worst. I think I speak to their agents more than I speak to my own family. You cancel water, they send more, you ask for more, they don't come. I think the people who deliver and the call centre don't ever communicate at all. I have been promised so much and nothing happens. I actually can't express how bad it is. Even the delivery drivers at like "Yeh, doesn't surprise me, we don't get told anything." I've have now cancelled my subscriptions. I cancelled via Live chat and via email (3 emails) and since I cancelled, I have had to send away 4 water delivery. I've called them but you get into long waits. Bought a new fridge with a water dispenser just so I could get rid. It's like trying to get out of a toxic relationship but they keep turning up at your door :/

We used this water company for donating water to local religious charity when Bronte water was taken over by this Culligan water/ Water Logic. We never had problem with the former for years. But there was problem with Culligan and we stopped using them. At one point, they failed to collect empty bottles. When phoned they collected but still charged us £50 for empty bottles that has already been collected from the address. Despite repeated attempts by phone and in writing including speaking to the customer service they did not amend the invoice but harassing us with incorrect overcharged invoice. Their customer serviced does not work. When wrote to them to the email address provided in the bill, they never responded except the automated replies. I spoke to customer service, and asked them to acknowledge the compliant but it was a waste of time, as I never heard anything back from them regarding my concern and problem. Instead, we received the same invoice days later. They showed no respect to the customer. Very disrespectful, ineffective and negligent customer service who cheated the customer in my experience. I have paid this incorrect bill as it stands losing £50 as I want to put a stop to the pending invoice but I was cheated, neglected and robbed by the Culligan. The delivery van also turned up at the billing address for water delivery not at the correct delivery address at one point. So inefficient and disrespectful. Very unpleasant experience as you can imagine me having to write this review. Please stay away from them unless you want the water delivery turning up at the wrong address and being robbed.

I would not recommend their product or services to even an enemy. Their equipment is poorly constructed and are out of outer more than they work. After 2 months of calling and emailing, a technician comes to repair it and it worked for four days! I asked again for repairs and 7 weeks later they try again. Still only worked a few days. I wanted to terminate my contract and they came six months later to retrieve it and still wanted me to pay for full contract even though I only used it less than a year fuctioning properly. They are not an honest company!

Really bad customer service, firstly they are really slow at answering back, secondarily they are constantly lying about their dispatching times. I have been chasing a water dispenser for over three months, the first was delivered damaged, then they sent few engineers to fit it, but obviously they could not fix it because it was broken. They clearly have problems with communicating within their team; I don't know what their issue is, probably they are short of staff or just have some sort of mental retard. However, now we have two water dispensers, both broken and after 3 months we are still waiting.

Avoid at all cost!!! They had delivered water to my home adress after 3 weeks after placing theorder instead to my company. 3 weeks is already so late plus to my home is ridiculousl. Water is at my home waiting to be picked up. They trying to charge me for the service and pay for water that is unused, unopened. I have called numerous times to them Talked with Becky, Maya and man and nothing. I have send email to them few more times for them to pick up the water ( 18.9 litre) , and correct the invoice.Nothing! No answer! No contact! They just sending me the invoices to pay for something I will not use. They made mistake and insisted use my company adress they used my home adress. Avoid at all cost! I will post this in their social media too. Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid!

Appalling service, charges for services not received. I had 2 accounts with this company both of which I closed over 12 months ago. I still receive invoices, engineer visits to offices to service machines, which I own and have nothing to do with Waterlogic, constant emails requesting orders. I have been assured on several occasions my accounts are closed but they clearly have not. I would advise to avoid this company like the plague or you will never be rid of them

Like the other reviews have said. Awful communication, we had a contract with Swithland water that Waterlogic took over. From day one we had problems with them, bad service, overcharging, poor correspondence. I have been trying to end this account for over two years and we are now starting legal action against them. Avoid this company.

Won’t let you leave the contract. Unethical Rude unhelpful staff. Email responses are gobsmackingly atrocious! Save your sanity and time either dehydrate or buy from the local shop! Avoid , avoid avoid

Awful customer service! Started to try and cancel my machine in January 22! Couldn't get through to any number, eventually I found a send a message so I did asking to cancel machine. I did get a reply asking why? And collection will be arranged. NOTHING! They sent me a survey, I scored 0! I recieved an email asking why? Once again I filled them in and once again, someone will be in touch to collect! NOTHING! In Aug 22 I cancelled my direct debit and sent an email to the previous lady I had contact with explaining how unfair and unhappy I am. Since I have had staff turn up to service the machine, I refused! But was still invoiced and staff turn up to exchange the machine! Again I refused and was sent an invoice! Both time they refused to remove the machine "not worth there job" I have now sent an email with an attachment of all the contact I have made over the previous year and I sentld the same one every week! 1 YEAR ON I STILL HAVE THE MACHINE! NOT ONE REPLY! DO NOT USE WATER LOGIC!

Absolutely awful company. Been with them almost 5 years as i was signed into a 5 year contract to my dismay. Please think twice before using their services. They will continuously try and add extra charges, increase rates and then never solve any issues with the machines. My contract ends in JULY, and I will be popping the champagne when it does. You will regret it.

They say they've turned up but they haven't then a year later they turn up say they are here to fit parts (that we didnt order) ask if the parts are here which of course they arent, ask you to sign a document which they say tells that parts were not fitted but really what they are asking you to sign is a service sheet that confirms theyve serviced the machine even though they didn't go in the room where the machine is!! Called the resolution team who just answered & went quiet didnt even acknowledge me...this company are a scam!!!

Waterlogic have the worst customer service ever i was with them for years and then they became impossible no answer calls or emails or return back calls. Constantly pass you to someone else. As i write this now been on hold 30 mins again i hate this company. Messaged there boss on linked in he ignored me says everything and the machine was left broken for 6 weeks and took 4 attempts for them to arrange a collection and still failed i have written 7 different names i spoke with all are useless do your self a favour don't use this company I don't know how they are in business.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Our water unit has been broken since July 2022. I have reached out to this company at least 15 times by phone, and have a record of 7-8 emails that I have sent. When I do actually speak to somebody, they do nothing except for tell me that somebody ELSE will call me, and they never do. They won't end our contract, and send us bills but can not answer the phone or email. I would never recommend this company to anybody, and I have left negative reviews in the past, (which surprise surprise, actually got somebody to call me and still do absolutely nothing) So, if they do not come to remove our unit, we will be removing ourselves. On top of all these issues, when we moved offices, we moved our water unit with us. It took them 2 months to get somebody over to our office to install it, and when somebody did arrive, they didn't know how to install it and had to leave and send somebody else the following week. And still tried to charge us for the 2 months that we had no service. So, all in all. Terrible company, terrible customer service. 10/10 would not recommend.

Worst customer service. I can not get anyone to change the filters. They have not been changed in 2 years. Emails, phone calls, no response. We are a medical office and the staff and patients use the water cooler.

1 Star is too much - really. Awful experience getting anyone to return a call or email. This 'service' is literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to speak out.
