I placed my first order with Wiggle last week and received an incorrect item - not great, but I realise accidents happen. I tried to call them, but they have no customer service phone number that I could find. I then emailed to let them know and was told that I’d need to send a photo of the incorrect item, which I did the following morning. I made Wiggle aware that I needed my item quickly (because of a race that I was doing after a holiday). I then waited 2 working days for a response to say that they had verified I’d been sent the wrong item and that I’d need to return it before I could get either a refund or the item I ordered sent out. In my view, this is terrible customer service. I was sent an incorrect item (Wiggle’s mistake) and have now had to order the item elsewhere whilst waiting for my refund from Wiggle. Not worth the risk if you need your item for a specific race/event!

I ordered two items and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The items did not showed up. I simply got a message indicating they were 'delayed'. I had to contact Wiggle and I was told they would be delivered on Monday between 8 am and 8 pm. Terrible customer service, did not help or offered any solution. I cancelled the order and their delivery partner, Hermes still went ahead and apparently delivered the package but to the wrong address. Now I have to fill in forms and write emails to get a refund. What a waist of time! Not a good service. This is my second time shopping at Wiggle, and the first time this happened as well. I would not recommend shopping with them, bad experience, they are not reliable.

I ordered 3 items from Wiggle, paying extra for next day delivery. All items were indicated as being in stock for next day delivery. Only two items arrived next day, with no indication given of when the final item would arrive. One of the items that arrived was not in original packaging - this had not been indicated in the description; one key part was very different to the one in the picture and description; and another key part listed in the installation manual was missing altogether. When I contacted Wiggle for assistance it took 4 days for them to respond to say that what they’d sent was correct, but they needed to update their website. Having cross checked the manufacturer's website I have found that this is certainly not the case: as I thought one part was incorrect and the other was indeed missing. This suggests Wiggle staff lack key product expertise and understanding. This issue is still not resolved – due to the slow response time from Wiggle I’ve had to buy the missing / incorrect parts elsewhere and am now out of pocket by around £80 and despite multiple requests over several days Wiggle have not yet resolved the issue. I’ve been a regular customer of Wiggle for many years, and generally the service has been good. However, it appears that when things go wrong they’re not equipped to deal with it, and they do not seem able to resolve straightforward issues.

Don't just Don't they look appealing with their prices but my orders 10 out of 10 either get delayed or lost. Problem is with their carrier DHL and they don't seem to care. Currently, I have items waiting in Transit in Germany for 6 days and going on and imagine that I leave in EU(Greece). Absolutely horrible service I like that they guaranty delivery and after when the S....t hit the fan they say wait and that they are not responsible.

I ordered a saddle during an extended cycle trip in France. The order confirmation stated it would be delivered to a nearby newsagent but I received a message from a neighbour in U.K. saying the package had been delivered to my home address and he had been asked to sign for it in my absence. Wiggle acknowledged their error but refused to collect the item or send one to the correct address in France. Having paid my money, I am left with no saddle on my trip and a blank wall in terms of response from Wiggle. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service when dealing with warranty claim on defective product. Loyal customer for more than a decade, but the first time I had to deal with customer services has put me off for life. Vague communication, leaving me without any indication of what action is being taken, or the likely outcome. Constantly having to ask questions to find this information. And in the end took 3 months before we were still no further forward and so I demanded money back. They refunded it, and described it as a good will gesture...

My daughters new Speedo kneeskins o/n 6238036474, were left by the delivery couriers in a smelly black rubbish bin! To make matters even worse was the fact that we stayed in for the delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily we found it in a neighbours rubbish bin after the delivery company sent us a picture of a parcel in a bin. Obviously this is considered an acceptable delivery method.

What an absolute joke of a company, no response to emails and they don’t have a phone number to call. I’m really worried that they have my money and I don’t have the items that I ordered. I’m so dissapijnted with the service I left them a zero out of 5.

inept and unsympathetic returns staff. 10 weeks waiting, no apologies, sent round the houses to get an answer to why i have to email 7 times and phone for hours to get a slightly larger size. if you value human service, don't use these guys. even if the price is tempting.

inept returns staff. totally inept at their job. lost my returned item. then lost my emails complaining about what is going on. not just once, but three times they let my case "fall through our system, please wait and we'll see what happened". never an apology. never an acknowledgement that 10 weeks is an unreasonable length of time to wait for issue to be resolved. inferior products offered as substitutes when different sizes are now out of stock since this has taken so long.

Ordered pedals and bottle cages which did not arrive at Morrison's in Leyland as arranged. Customer services informed me it would take 5 days to investigate. Clearly this was Wiggles fault. Any company which was customer focused would have fast tracked the pedals to me. Really annoyed that I can't use my new bike for yet another weekend.

Like your www.site your Customer Service is a disgrace! Do NOT send whst should be illegal, emails with NO REPLY. First thing any1 should see is Contact Us. Top Right hand corner of their screen. (No tedious, pointless, useless forms like this). This according to Stockton on Tees(side) Riverside College Business School & Teesside Polytechnic and/or Universities exemplary schools of computing. "Those whom (like Wiggle ) make it difficult to Contact Us don't want contacting. This according to the deplorable InverMESS College / University of Highlands & Islands. IC/UHI. And this method of Contact is unlike a simple email like your company & 'respondent' staff all but useless. Unwarrented hardwork. Notably on my telephone. As it is I've ordered from TREDZ. Send no more emails. Yours is far more trouble than it is worth. Clueless & Useless!

Spent $2,000+ on a bike groupset, a key component failed after only 4 months through no fault of my own. Went through the standard warranty processes only to be rejected on utterly false grounds. Then, they simply stopped responding despite polite requests seeking clarification on their reasons. Ended up being more annoyed that they point blank ceased communications than the rejected warranty claim (although even that left me $450 out of pocket). Do NOT use this company - Bike Exchange or ProBikeKit are a vastly better and safer alternative.

Send out goods with missing parts and rather then send me the missing part make me return the complete kit. Even though they sell the part on there website. Painful communication and not prepared to put themselves out! USE CHAINREACTION WEBSITE
