Wilco Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, 10/10 for customer service During pandemic I have phoned many local stores with product queries and availability. The staff at Wilco, Sovereign Centre Weston-super-Mare are outstanding, this is now my 1st choice for shopping. Some other local supermarkets are not available to answer customer queries on product description or availability. Wilco staff have always been extremely helpful particularly when many of us self isolate and need telephone advice on products Thank you for all your help and advice.

I went to Wilko at Letchworth and was served by Harrison who was extremely helpful, patient and very kind and he went above and beyond to help me. He is an absolute asset to wilko

I popped into Wilko Staines. As usual I was in a hurry. I met an angel working there called Jen (I think) What incredibly amazing customer service. She looked after me and helped me find all the but I had forgotten to pack from home. She really blessed me Wilko Staines you have a diamond 💎 working there. Thank you

Shopping for many years in wilko.But trying taking tv wall bracket back, because does not fit the TV,so no good to me not.I was ture full saying wall plugs were missing.Would been happy with credit note but no.So lost all confidence in the shop wilkos.so be warned, honest is not all the best policy .

I love shopping at Wilko, always good value, especially on Gardening and Wine Making. Sometimes, somethings they sell, don't quite come up to scratch, but have never had a problem, because they cheerily refund, no quibble!

Disappointed with goods out of stock after travelling a distance. Untidy shelves (customers leave stuff anywhere) but staff not keeping tabs on the situation. Perhaps they are overworked but I did experience them being helpful. Wanted paint brushes but they were just jumbled on the shelf and I could not determine the price. I used to love this store but it has seriously deteriorated.

The shelves seem so empty - not just since the pandemic. Prior to that I noticed that whenever I went in to their stores (I use 3) they never had all of the products I wanted and they have got worse! After my last visit to a store yesterday, I won’t be bothering anymore, I’ll go elsewhere or go online. Shame.

Ordered several items on line and stated delivery would be by the 14th January, but still not received my items. Tried tracking but no information. Sent complaint to customer service but no reply. I feel let down by this company

I bought a set of grey net curtains and washed them per instructions on the label and put them up. If you like everything in the room covered in a grey dust on a hourly basis these are for you. I clean and within 10 minutes there is a fine covering of dust settling on my furniture. If you asthma or any breathing difficulties avoid these nets. They only stop producing dust if you keep them away from a window

Christmas Lights Order for Xmas 2021 Order placed on 5 Nov 2021 but still not delivered over two months later. Numerous communications with Wilko but still unresolved. Wilko are very slow to respond and they are detached. They look to blame other 3rd parties even though my order is with them. Very disappointing. Wilko seem to be struggling and customer service seems non-existent.

Would give it a no stars if possible . Shoddy service and left me without a present when I relied on them for it. No customer care support after . If you can order from.somewhere else I would recommend it . DO NOT TRUST WILKO TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS .

Left me without a Christmas tree, delivered a completely wrong item, took ages to get back to me and I mean almost a month. The incorrect item is still sat in my house, they are not resolving the issue and the first thing the Wilkinsons representative asked was what item was delivered instead, rather than being apologetic for the string of errors caused and wanting to resolve my problem, they have not even taken any action apart from ask me a question after weeks of waiting for them. Shocking and awful, I will not shop here again and I recommend nobody else does.

Customer service is non existent! I ordered a 7ft Christmas tree which arrived and looks nothing like the picture.. I have called to have it collected and after an hour wait with no answer decided to e-mail. E-mailed on 11th December and given a reference, chased after no reply on the 22nd but still no reply. One more e-mail to let them know they have 7 days to reply then will initiate a charge back on my credit card! Sort it out Wilko.. I'm not the only one!!

Item missing from our order. Impossible wait on the phone and no answer to e mail. Have tried e mailing the CEO. Doubt he will care as atrocious customer service appears to be company policy. They have basically stolen £5 from us!

I bought some suet pellets on the 13th Dec 2021 and they have fur, mold all over them, they have recently gone from £6 to £7 I'm I paying an extra £ for the mold? They were to heavy and to much mither to return.
