Only part order delivered. Wilko beyond useless and ignore me completely. American Express put a stop on the money, then Wilko said they would refund me if I asked AMEX to remove the block. The block was removed and Wilko refuse to refund me and ignite my emails. Now AMEX are having to claim the money back. Disgusting company, avoid Wilko at all costs.

I placed my order on 29th May 2020 Delayed at Hermes since 3rd June. No further delivery status updates given since. Hermes saying to contact Wilkinsons. Wilkinsons haven't answered any of my emails but can send me a email today nviting me to buy more. I certainly won't be buying more until this is sorted out

I placed my order with Wilkinsons on 29th May 2020. My delivery is delayed at Hermes since 3rd June and no further delivery status updates since. Hermes is saying to contact retailer- Wilkinsons. Wilkinsons not answering any of my emails but can send me an email inviting me to buy more I certainly won't be until this is sorted out

Normally a fan of Wilko but I have found abysmal customer services when things go wrong. Filled lots of web based forms that then turned into lots of unanswered emails. This morning spent 1hr 21 mins waiting on the phone to be cut off. I'm clearly not a valued customer. Goodbye loyality.

They offer a receipt , if you decline they don't tell you that you can't return an item without one , even if you can prove the item was out of date and they still have more on the shelf for sale ! The moral of the story get a receipt and check the dates even on none foodstuff .

Ordered 2 lots of wallpaper with only 1 delivered. 5 and a half weeks later, 5 emails and 2 calls (queue of 80 mins) later and I'm having to do a charge back on my credit card. They refuse to refund unless the supplier tells them they haven't delivered but the supplier apparently isn't responding...... nobody phones back. Wilko are refusing to refund and are now telling me to wait another week for a response from their supplier... after the week I already waited from my last call. Totally unacceptable, complaint ignored also. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THESE INCOMPETENT COWBOYS!!

Ridiculous I'm still waiting for my delivery order which I ordered on the 5th been in touch numerous times an can't get any one to answer my questions ridiculous...... Wouldn't order from here again that's for sure

Absolute joke of a place stores close a 5 for cleaning and restocking of shelves believe me this DOES NOT happen Donating eggs to NHS workers this is a publicity stunt they do nothing for the welfare of the staff ALL essential lines prices have been increased you are surely not an essential store you need to take a BIG look at where you are going wrong CUSTOMERS NEED TO AVOID THESE STORES

Website says local store open at 08:00 , at 08:00 big queen outside store closed, passer by says only opened at 09:00 all week, website still says 08:00 shame on you Wilko......

Hemel Hempstead I used to go here regular with my late wife but now they are just a miserable lot. Management not to be seen and when they are they are standing in groups talking to each other. They didn't even get out out of my way when I tried to pass struggling with a basket and walking stick. The till and shop floor staff are still very helpful but look so miserable and certainly do not look happy to be there. This store used to be great 5 years ago, what's happened, new management? Avoid and go to The Range or B&M, Poundland etc instead at least you are wanted as a customer and not an inconvenience.

Wilko in woodgreen should allow the cashiers to do more to help the elderly at this crucial time...example helping the elderly with getting their little bit towards their household two antibacterial wipes and a pack of tissue...customer service is about helping people especially the elderly and managers shouldn't tell cashier's they are not allowed to help put a couple cleaning products at the till until the customers reach and ready to pay at the tills ...where's customer service...?

I am using satin stand out dark blue emulsion AND ITS THE WORST PAINT I'VE EVER USED !! After two coats and many hours wasted, the wall is STILL PATCHY - its not to be used -stay away from buying

Just spoke to customer service for store availability on a in-store product I'm looking for with me being 12 miles from the nearest Store. . Customer advisor Lady said They are not aloud to give any stock availability on in-store products etc. even though we have each store stock levels on the system but cannot give them out, This is trouble and I'm so disappointed in Wilkos services lately. They'll just push customers to shop else where by not trying to help customers with simple questions!.

All I can say wilko and thier customer service is rubbish and I will not be going back there for sure. Got searched and treated like a thief for tying my shopping bag to secure my items. Security said he saw me tying my bag, search my bags while I was leaving didn't find any stolen goods and just walk away didn't even have the courtesy to apologise. Customer service said they don't employ security so it up to them to do what they want.

Don’t buy from them online, if there is any problem, you are unlikely to receive much help or assistance from their representatives. I paid for an order on 22 December and also paid extra for next day delivery. I’m still waiting, not just for the parcel, but anything from Wilko despite many messages, feedback and reviews. 10 days with no action or response at all is pretty bad service in my opinion. My money could have been spent better elsewhere and got some interest by now!

Order # 001236278855 Bought a double Teddy quilt cover for my daughter for Xmas - last night (29 /12)she was horrified to discover a hole! On inspection, there were 3 holes, not only that but from each runs a 'pick' - a 3rd quality fabric fault (worse than a second & should not be on sale!). One runs at least 14" in length. As an ex garment Quality Control Trainer/Supervisor, honestly this was impossible to miss by the untrained eye - your QC department really must be non- existent.
