Angie is a real star. She went out of her way to help me with the Xmas hamper on a very busy Saturday. Beautiful Xmas stuff. All you need and very affordable.

My Christmas Tree has not arrived ordered on 23/11 . Was sent to wrong hub then sent back to company. Just recieved an email asking " how did we do" yet are not capable of responding to an email to resolve situation....not happy!

Shopping in Pontypool store happy with everything left couldn’t find my bank card went back staff looked everywhere it even remembered which checkout I used before I left Staff member Alistair got a chair lifted my bag on to it and helped me take everything out saying he didn’t want me to cancel card and be worrying I couldn’t find the card but he said take everything out of the bag to be sure it was there and I am very grateful for the cheerful help I received.

I have the best customer set in a long while .droylsden branch I went for a particular light fitting but sold out but the assistant went and phoned another branch and ask them to hold it for me .nothing was to much trouble.so nice to be rested with kindness .thank you s lloyd

Bite of order didn't come I had to chase up twice both times being on hold for an hour! Then my bed came without instructions and damaged, so again called them being on hold for an hour, 3 hours wasted to calling them this time not happy at all, offered be £40 off the bed. I declined offer and wanted refund have take the bed back. I will never use them again. This was the last straw for me after only ordering once online to have so many problems and time wasted on phone calls.

Considering that we're going through a global pandemic, Wilko have provided me with an excellent & prompt service. The items which I wanted to buy weren't available in store, so I placed an online order with Wilko on the evening of Sunday 22/11/2020. I wasn't expecting my order to be delivered until the 01/12/2020, but I'am really impressed as it has been delivered today the 25/11/2029. Thank you to all of the team at Wilko.

I can't fault Wilko's customer service and response. I received my new Christmas Tree last week, it is pre-lit and came in three parts. the top part did not have the lights and I contacted customer services yesterday morning, yes I had to hold for over an hour but no big deal on the mobile, just left it on speaker and carried on with my work, I spoke to a lovely very helpful lady and a new top part of the tree has already been delivered today, just over 24 hours later. Best service ever!

I walked in the shop, and found real pine trees in net. This is not acceptable, we all know plants has emotional feelings. It is murdering !!!! Not happy at all!!!!

My parcel was due on 5.11.20. £150 order 4 parcels came from 2 different delivery companies on 6.11.20. But i STILL have 10 yes 10 items missing!!! No one is replying to my emails, No one answers the phone and if you go in store they say there's nothing they can do i have to ring. which i have done on numerous occasions with NO ANSWER! £100 down the drain Thanks wilko - for nothing!

Ive had my phone for 2 and a half months. I went to use it yesterday and it is now a worthless piece of junk. Cant sign to open my phone, its repeatedly telling me to swipe 2x's then swipe 3 times. I even took it to the phone store and was told that they couldn't help me because she had never seen anything like this before. Please beware.

Click and collect charged 2pounds I had to drive there then stand in a queue with the normal checkouts had to do same procedure when returning something surely you need a separate area any other store I have used asda next ect use a separate area not happy that i had to do this and frustrated that I wasn't refunded the 2pound charge

I recently bought some vinyl wrap I'm a key worker I forgot the date I purchased something I had to unwrap the item I tried my best to re wrap the item but they wouldn't take it or even exchange for a credit note I think if this is the way they treat key workers it's not a very good advertisement for the company

Checked on line for items, it stated instore only. Went to the store, advised by staff member the items (Wilko 8 pack 16 - 19mm Satin Silver Effect Curtain Pole Rings) are not sold separately. Get your act together wilko and update your website, its not rocket science.

RANT TIME bought wilko own brand paint which goes on pick then tirns pure brilliant white (alledgedly) yes went on pink turned a shade of cream see not white! And a few days later I decided to have a pillar papered to match the adjoining wall as the cream looked odd.... sadly the painted pillar (then cream) when papered became pink as the paste made it wet again and it seeped through my wall paper totally ruining it! I've complained 10 days ago had a call after 2 days, sent pics as requested and report. Sent a 2nd email Sunday eve (so they had it 1st thing Monday) asking what's happening.... No response So yesterday afternoon I sent a 3rd Email advising need addressing urgently before close of business as waiting to put my house on the market. Guess what no reply no contact again!! WILKO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO DO WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING CARING FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR ISSUES!!!

I wanted to exchange an item for another of the same value. I was told that they couldn't without a receipt - which I had lost. While this may be company policy, it is not the law. They were quoting company policy as though it were the law and refused. I have added Wilko to my black list of shops.

Southport store today....Took six mugs to checkout, asked for some sort of wrapping as it's impossible to carry such items loose in a bag. Was met with a definite NO......they are unable to provide anything to wrap such items. Assistant just took them off me. I realise we are in difficult times but surely they can't expect to sell crockery to be carried loose without any protection to stop breakage.

I visited your Durham store today. There was no hand sanitiser available for customers and the member of staff we asked was not concerned and didn't offer an apology. At the checkout the member of staff refused to take my purchases because I was paying by card and she insisted I use the self service checkout. As a disabled person with poor hand function I find self service tills difficult. I required help. This caused the people behind me to queue. Not a good experience.

Bought a frame for some art work, thinking that 7x5 meant 7x5 but no, I know the measurements are approx , but half an inch each way that’s not on. Now have to travel another 20miles to take it back , sorry but I’m not laughing.
