I had a paint problem that was very upsetting & distressing for me. I was extremely grateful and very impressed with all the help I received from Annette from the Wigan store. This wonderful lady did an absolutely fantastic job of resolving my problem from start to finish, making sure I was happy with the end result. May I say that Annette has helped me regarding various issues quite a few times during visits to Wilkos. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she has an extremely wonderful way of making you feel comfortable & at ease with her from the outset ... "People Skills" at it's best! She's a diamond & a definite asset to your company. I'd like to thank this lady very much for all her help ... Thank you Annette x

Wilko is an amazing place to shop because it's easy and cheap, but still great quality stuff! I always buy my stationary from Wilko and it's EXTREMELY cheap! For example I got a pack of 10 black ballpoints for just 50p!! Highly recommend Wilko if you want to save money on your next stationary shop!

Popped into the Brownhills store today. I have to praise the girls there today, they worked well, and got the ques down quickly whilst maintained social distancing. The lady on the till was very approachable and chatty. Makes a change to shop where staff are happy.

Wow! What exceptional customer service I received from Tina in the Telford Wilkinson’s store. I was very indecisive on which pillows to choose for my bedroom so I kindly asked Tina as she was passing me if she could help me decide. She didn’t just give me a yes or no answer but was browsing around store choosing pillows I would not have otherwise chose. Until I finally walked away with two pink pillows and two, grey, crushed velvet pillows. The long pillows at the front was purchased from another store but I thought I would attach a photo to show how lovely it looks together Thank you Tina! 😊

Allestree wilkos is very well recommended!!! With the times of the pandemic they still stand and deliver great service with help advice and anything you may need. I was in the store today when there was a few people being extremely rude to staff. Personally I don't feel like the staff get enough credit and I doubt there getting there support they need. They are working in a pandemic for people to buy essentials which I can honestly say during my visit looking around no other customers buying actual essentials. Customers actually being so rude and abruptly with staff! People need to realise we're all in this pandemic together and there risking there self's an family's to help these horrible people!!! Love the wilkos Allestree I only go to this one. Staff are amazing, helpful, polite, and just a all round friendly store! Thank you wilkos Allestree for all your doings even with the pandemic.stay safe

The lady who helped me was very polite, friendly and nice. She kept her social distance as well and helped me find what I was looking for. The prices are good but it was very busy for the amount of staff that are in, it must be very stressful for them in those conditions all day.

would not even give them 1 star tried to buy a car battery charger never came asked where it had got to did not answer that one asked for money back dont seem to want to answer your problem just want to keep my money not got it back yet absolute rubbish firm never again back to amazon

NOT IMPRESSED TWO ORDERS NO DELIVERY I placed an order and was waiting for deliver from HERMES, tracking stated that on deliver to their HUB the parcel was damaged so I contacted Wilko who gave me a full refund GREAT. So I reordered and should have had my order on 8th Feb. Used the tracking from Wilko and it states HUB OUTBOUND still sitting there no tracking number for HERMES so assume it is still in their warehouse. Sent an on-line form and waiting to hear from them. WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN

Very well organised Debbie very polite and helpful on the door , I was served by Helen who was very polite . Shop was not over crowed which was great you could get round easily and safe.

Have not received order placed on 18th January. Saw something on tracking saying recipient redirected I HAVE NOT REDIRECTED Anything!!! Hope this gets thro to somebody because nothing else does, smacks of fraud or theft.

I ordered an item on 17/1 which I was told would arrive by 27/1. After it didn't arrive, I contacted customer service who informed me that it wasn't in stock. Would have been good to know that 10 days ago!

Charles street branch. Leicester. Yesterday. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jasvir. This lady really goes over and above when it comes to customer care. I was in to purchase a few items., couldn’t find anything and was in a rush. Within a couple of seconds of talking to her. I knew exactly where the items I needed were. Shortly after she was organising the queue to pay. Very efficiently. So polite and helpful, the queue soon went down. I would definitely employ this lady. Well done Jasvir. You certainly impressed me.

Visited the Kidderminster store Saturday 16th January very helpful lady on entry pointing out sanitisers etc helpful staff until I got to check out the store was busy and I was told to go to till number 6 the cashier obviously didn’t want to be there she was arrogant robotic instructing me were to stand and where the baskets should go I found her manner offensive and her comment to enjoy the rest of my day not genuine rita

I purchase an own brand mop which requires replacement heads. It claims they dry in 25 mins. It doesn’t. I WENT INTO STORE 4 times to buy the head “ out of stock “ when I complained told they NEVER stock the heads at that store just the mop!! They won’t refund me and their e mail is contradictory and confusing and they didn’t listen or take responsibility RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Haven’t received my order, emailed Wilko, received voice message from delivery company saying I have received it and no issues re delivery. I haven’t received my order and have invested too much time on this. Emailed Wilko again and have not had a response. I want a refund and have never experienced anything like this from any other company I have ordered from online.

You may not believe there’s a global pandemic if you call in the Sunderland store as there’s only one manned till operating which results in a rather large unnecessary queue and therefore the two metre rule goes out the window! Not everyone wants to use the self serve, not everyone wants to be controlled.

Online order now 5 working days overdue after paying premium for next day delivery. Impossible to speak to anyone at Wilko about this. Wilko web parcel tracking facility inoperative. So I am completely in the dark about my £70 parcel and Wilko website says there are no delivery delays. Wonderful!
