“All the direct telephone contact I had with your company was excellent. However, The were problems with delivery which I feel you should be aware of. 1. When I received an e-mail informing me that my sofa was due in the warehouse, I went ahead and booked a delivery slot. However, the warehouse contacted me to say that it had not arrived and I had to wait another week for it's arrival there before booking it's delivery. 2. I ordered a sofa with removable arms because I knew there would be problems with access and because your website reassured me that the delivery men would know this and be able to remove and replace the arms accordingly. I confirmed this by phone. However, on arrival, they had had not been informed of this requirement and had never had to do it before. Indeed, it was fortunate that one of them happened to have a tool kit with them as they do not normally carry one with them. In fairness to them, they went out of their way to take the sofa back into their van (it was raining) unpack it all and do the necessary dismantling. They were most accommodating and cheerful though the delivery took about an hour and a half altogether. Evidently there had been some lack of communication somewhere along the line which you will no doubt want to put right.”

“Fantastic customer service- we were welcomed into the showroom,cand whilst we had 90% made our minds up as to what to buy, the guidance of the showroom assistant was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The customer service team were very helpful in arranging our order, and the delivery team were on time, efficient and friendly.”

“The staff at the showroom were fantastic - very welcoming and showed us the range of sofa beds, how they worked and the range of fabrics.The delivery team were very careful as they brought in the sofa bed to the delivery point up stairs. They cleared away all the wrapping and made sure I knew how to operate the sofa bed.”

“The stafft were excellent very helpful and informative only problem I had was with emails as they went straight to my junk box so was concerned when I did not receive confirmation of the order. So if you are waiting for an email from W&H you might want to check the junk box as well!”

“Congratulations on your five star service. The staff whom I had occasion to speak to were very knowledgeable,. extremely polite, helpful and very obliging. I would criticise one thing - it is very alarming when by reply to an email the line "we have cancelled your order"comes up - and this could be in reply to giving the code for a percentage off or merely to correct one's surname - I know the order is recovered by another email - but this can be a different number and date to an order. A minor thing to you - but to an "ancient" like me - very alarming. However, I would certainly recommend you and your goods.”

“From my first visit to the Chiswick showroom to the delivery of my sofa bed I have been very impressed by Willow and Hall. The showroom staff know their products and the delivery team were punctual, efficient and friendly. I particularly liked having large swatches of fabric to drape over the display sofa to get a proper idea of how the different colours look. It was reassuring to know that I could return the sofa within two weeks if I had made a mistake in my choice.”
