I ordered items 4 months ago, as soon as the delivery date approaches, they push it further back. My products were supposed to arrive in April, then it was May, then June, July and now August. What the hell, till when??!! This website has become a SCAM!!! I don't think those products are even real!!! I'm going to WARN other people in all social media platforms!! Wish.com is a SCAM!!! They have good reviews bon their app, they probably pay people to write those reviews!!!! MFs!

One out of every three orders I've made on wish in the last year either didn't show up or was the wrong item! Out of 12 items purchased on wish 8 showed up as expected the other four either did not show up or were a completely different item it took almost four months to get refunded for the one item that didn't show up which they never shipped In the beginning of February I purchased 3 items on wish 2 of the orders processed and had been shipped received March The third order only showed processing never showed it had been shipped and never showed up wish kept extending the delivery date I kept trying to contact their customer support it's only the same automated question and answer every time you get nowhere! they won't help you! finally after more than 5 months I got refunded then they offered to sell me the same product again for $20 more after I waited five months to either get the item or get refunded!

Ordered clock mechanism 2months ago. Still waiting. Asked for refund each time told goods in transit. Dreadful customer service.

I PLACED MY ORDER MORE THAN A MONTH AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, I THOUGH IT WAS CHEAPER BUT I LOST MORE THE ITEM AND THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR SHIPPING. NEVER BUY AGAIN

Please do not order from this company. I ordered merchandise 3 months ago - still in transit. I have to wait another month for a refund. Shop local - not wish.com

Horrible. Placed order months ago and the delivery date keeps getting pushed out. There is no way to cancel because it is allegedly in transit. Absolutely no recourse for buyer! Doubt I will ever see purchase or be able to recoup money.

Items disappeared from my order history and have not received them but still charged . Things I didn't order popped up on my history and never came Still waiting for items that said were shipped and should have arrived June 18 2020 but, never came. Ordered sterling silver jewelry none of it stamped all fake. Can not get tracking in info to come up. Says error. Not good.

Don't left anything on the cart wish automatically processed with out your authorised approval the product they said 2 dollars end up 100 dollars I can't not cancel and refund it is scam for sure

Please do NOT use this company. I ordered a throw on May 4, 2020 and still have not received it. Delivery was supposed to be on July 13th but I checked my order history tonight and now it is due on July 28th! There is no tracking info so I am doubting now that I will ever receive it. It is very disappointing and feel such a fool for ordering from them, especially after reading all the reviews. Is there anyway to warn people not to spend their hard earned money on this website.

Wish has extremely bad customer service. The item I purchased hasn't arrived, after the latest date of arrival anticipated by Wish. That's not such a big deal. However, when I emailed Wish at their customer support email address they responded that they would refund my shipping cost and asked me to wait another 30 days before I ask for a refund for the full purchase. I think 30 days is accessive and they still haven't refunded the cost of shipping to me. When I emailed to ask for clarification, they responded with the exact same form email I first received from them. As far as I can tell, there is no way to interact with a person who might address my concerns. I'm still waiting for a refund for the shipping cost, the item I ordered, and a meaningful response.

I have ordered 4 boxes of 100pc gloves the boxes were on the site quite clear the drop down 4boxes they have sent me for single pairs of gloves be very careful because the company is now saying I ordered 4 singles you 10 not order for single pairs on the site, the site says 4 x 100 they are scammers, they should be kept away from, shame I can't get more people to stop this company in its tracks

Wish is a rip off!!!! First I order, then it never comes, then it disappears off my account page even though I have the email where I paid for it. Then they stop answering customer supports messages. You will get ripped off if you order from them!!!!!!!!!

Everything I have purchased has an issue. I ordered training shoes... got the wrong color. Ordered another pair... went to the wrong State, they gave a refund but when a person orders an item we want that item. To wait 40 to 120 days and get the wrong item or have it delivered to the wrong address is too much. They just need to get the details right but I am done with WISH, AWFUL SHIPPING!

My daughter frequently ordered from Wish.com. At the beginning of May, her wish.com account was hacked and 2 orders were sent to Russia. These charges were the only fraudulent charges on our credit card statement. We immediately cancelled our credit card. Tried to call the customer service phone number (800-266-0172) and received a message that they do not offer phone support. I then proceeded to email the company, which I did at least 20 times. I also requested a phone call back. providing my phone # three times and received no response. Every time I received an email response in which I was asked to provide the account # and both order #'s, which I did. After numerous days without a response, I sent another email only to receive an email stating that due to the due to the sensitive nature "we will have to redirect your concern to the appropriate team at Wish". Again, no response! After sending another email, the cycle begins all over again with them requesting all the info, once again! This continued on with 5 or 6 additional cycles, which again elicited no resolution. On June 30th, I received an email stating that they could not provide me with a refund because they received notice that the charge card company had disputed the charges. If they had not received notice from the bank, this cycle would have continued indefinitely!! On July 6th, I received another email stating that there are no blocks on my daughters account and she can order again! After almost 2 months, numerous emails with no results, hours of work and endless amount of frustration, I received absolutely no resolution from the Wish company!! And...no refund!!

I wish I could get my order it’s been for ever waiting for my order. They play a game of chase for an example: they keep moving the delivery date back to keep you on the never ending date ..... now it to late to cancel your Oder SHAM !!!!

This company is a fraud! I ordered 1 item from them in May 2020 and never received it! Every time I track the shipment they move the date up by 10 days. I have disputed the change with Visa to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH!

No customer service. Three months is acceptable shipping time. If you want a refund you have to wait three and a half months.. Worst retail site ever...
