“Payed for items never received$150 worth kept contacting customer support nobody got back with me than they erased my order history so they scammed me and took my money. I will never order from them deleting the app and taking further action to get my money back now what a mess bad business”

“such a worst app and online shopping experience... I have placed an order with bunch of items. after few days they have cancelled few of my items saying out of stock and didnt even pay back delivery charges that i have paid, even though its their mistake. so i lost nearly 10£ without getting anything. and remaining items in my order supposed to be delivered by june mid, till now no sign-off them... its such worst chinese app again, dont loose your money on waste items.”

“I ordered some very inexpensive darts and dart flights for my kids to use with our dart board during lockdown. That was the first week of May with the expectation they would arrive on May 25th. As if today, July 3, I still have not received them. Every time I try to track them, the delivery date gets pushed back with no explanation, other than trying to blame it on the Coronavirus. The tracking information shows the ordered left China June 6, but they offer no other tracking information since. I’ve tried contacting customer service via their bot system but it is just canned feedback. Wish.com sucks. I high recommend not being enticed by their low prices. It’s just not worth it!”

“I have been waiting for 4 months for my order and the customer care does not even reply and doesn’t even pick up my calls , we talked to them about a refund and they told they will within 2 weeks we waited and still no response... after 2 weeks we tried to contact them they did not even pick up the phone .... I do not recommend wish for y’all”

“I ordered a pair of blue wedges with an old email account then shortly after I had to delete the account because I could not access this anymore it was blocked. I have tried several times to get a refund processed by giving wish my new email and requesting a address but to no avail they won’t listen and keep saying this cannot be done!! Surely if it’s as quick to refund money back into a account and as simple as that then this can be done obviously not! The customer service team are very incompetent and not good with customer service problems and are no help at all!! I now have no option but to throw the shoes out which is a shame they are simply too small and too narrow for my feet! Will never order off wish again!! I am very disappointed and upset by all of this! This is not how you treat customers”

“Do NOT order from Wish unless you literally have no time frame to receive your item. They have pathetic customer service. They say you can't get a refund because the item is still within the "expected delivery window", but when it gets close to the last day of that window, they add 2 weeks to the window so you can't get a refund. I ordered something back in February. It still isn't here, and the expected delivery time frame has been changed at least 6 times that I counted. There's literally no way to contact the seller. And it's a run around trying to contact Wish. I find a Customer Service Contact button, but it is automated with multiple choice answers and none of the answers pertain to me wanting to get a refund. I suggest you NEVER order from Wish.At this rate, it could be anywhere between now and 2022 before I get my item. And no way to get my money refunded.”

“I ordered a Hair Clipper 8/5/20 delivery was 28/5/20. I was given 3 other delivery dates& nothing delivered. This 5 weeks late. Wish Customer service is totally useless, it's completely electronically managed, i asked for refund, but no one replies. Now they want me to wait until August. This is UNACCEPTABLE. ANYONE KNOWS THEIR LONDON OR UK ADDRESS? OR WHO ELSE TO CONTACT. Wafik”

“I ordered items in late April and early May. Received 3 items of 7 on order. By mistake I touched on that I received a blouse that had not yet been delivered to me. Tried contacting wish but they have only pretyped answer options and none of them were relevant. I then attempted to Email them back Aon a few occassions and no response. When I checked Order History it says item delivered 17 June. Crazy. I'm not happy as they can't even respond to me at all. Only send me notices of sales. I will Never Ever recommend them”

“Horrible company. Do NOT buy anything from this company. My original shipping arrival date was June 15th. Then June 6-25. Then June 30. And now July 15, 2020. I have asked for a refund and the company will not give me a refund because they say my item is in transit. It has taken way too long. I cannot wait this long. I have reordered from another company at a much lower cost. Don't waste your time or money buying anything from this horrible website.”

“ordered items in may and still nothing almost 2 months and all my items get pushed back every week never no updates not satisfied other sites I have received my items within 7 to 10 days I had 1 item from wish refunded back I should get a refund on the rest of my items that are not here will never order anything from wish again same with my wife who has items too not here”

“I wish I’d have read the reviews. Same problems as everyone else. I bought an item with a estimated delivery date but every time I log on to check where it is, it changes by another two weeks. 4 weeks Later and still no item and they won’t refund me. Worst site I’ve ever dealt with, I believe they are a scam site and they shouldn’t be able to trade.”

“I ordered 2 items from Wish on 5/7/20. 1 item, a cheap drone, came on 6/13/20 but it was missing extra battery, extra propellers and pretty much all accessories. I've been fighting with their customer service ever since trying to get refund. They have a cust service chatbot that can't help in anyway so I ended up finding an email. We're on email response #11 now and still no refund. The 2nd item, a cctv camera, has yet to arrive (going on week 9 now) and Wish support cannot locate. They did refund shipping but they even messed that up. I was supposed to get $10.50 back for shipping issues but they only returned $10.30. I also asked this item be refunded but they had the nerve to tell me my refund window had past from order date to meet their 30 day refund policy. Items lost and wish wont refund. For those reading this, dont use them. If you do, find me and I'll give all leadership and board member emails. Consumers: Reply if you want board members addresses”

“I ordered two masks in March and they never showed up. They kept delaying my ordered and I looked up my order but one was removed and I couldn’t get refund. Screw them! I got one refund but not sure if got money back.”

“Don't be fooled. After a couple of purchases you will be scammed and WISH will do nothing to address your complaint. It sells fake goods that don't meet the descriptions.”
