ALERT!! You may see an item advertised at £8 like I did but when you check with your bank they have managed to get more than 3 times what you thought you were being charged and when you challenge them they have a standard email reply basically telling you to check the purchase transaction as some sizes and colours are charged at a different rate and that rate can be over 3 times the advertised price. Is this legal?? Probably not but they are getting away with it. Stay clear cos how many times have you been in a reputable high Street shop that charged 3 times more for some colours.

DO NOT SHOP ON WISH. They are a scam website no matter what you read. I ordered products over 3 months ago and nothing. You contact them and they claim they are working on it. I just now looked on their website and now it shows I have no orders. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Order of Hair-clippers was supposed to be delivered by 28th June. It then changed to 13th July which is today, went on the app and it has changed to 2nd September. I have emailed them again & requested a refund but they said they can not give me a refund untill i return product. I dont have the product and i no longer want it as I couldnt wait any longer to cut my sons hair. The customer support is absolutely rubbish.

Ordered an android 9 tablet 2nd May. Latest delivery estimate between August 3rd and September - FOUR MONTHS! It hardly matters that it's cheap, as far as I can tell it's still in China. Customer services either don't work or they give you the run around. They've violated my consumer rights and suggest I'm due a refund but that doesn't mean I've got one. Their procedure is opaque, frequently what they describe on their website doesn't exist. Instead of a proper customer service feature they spam you with adverts for cheap rubbish. AVOID! This company is a scam and should be shut down and investigated by the government Can you order a product from them they give you a shipping date when that date arrives they change the shipping and so on and so on customer service is a joke extremely unhappy will never order from them again stay away

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only was my order never delivered, it was never even registered. Despite handing them every conceivable detail regarding product and transaction information, a complete unwillingness to even acknowledge the issue came from them. If I could give less than one star on this review I would. Wish should be disgusted at their 'support' team and entire organisational approach.

Agree, worst experience ever. The delivery date keeps getting shifted. Delayed now by 4 Months. No feedback on where the item is. No option for cancelling the order. You have to wait one day when you receive it to do a cancellation or refund. Have been ordering from Ebay for years with no problems and this is a nightmare with Wish.

The same problems as described...waiting and waiting for anything to arrive with arrival dates pushed ahead into September now..I hate Wish, it’s a lousy scam and plan to dispute the charges on my credit card with a scam as the main reason for doing so.

I have been waiting since April for 6 items to arrive. As with most everyone else, the date keeps changing. Well, yesterday I checked my order history, and it's GONE!! MY ENTIRE ORDER HISTORY!! So now what? Where's my stuff? MY money? I'm a regular customer . Then they have 5 items in my history of things that I had put in my cart in the past, but removed, NEVER PURCHASED,, And said that they refunded that amount to me in April!!! NEVER HAPPENED!! NOW I don't know how to resolve this. I'm out everything!

They take your money then add months to the delivery date. Complete con and misdescribe items so be really careful what your are actually buying. That is if it ever arrives. Avoid at all costs.

It’s worst site. Do not buy anything. The quality was cheap .My first order arrived quickly, in 4 days, I was very surprised for this reason I ordered more,and more expensive things. First at all they change shipping time all the time. I bought from wish.com, and they promised shipping will be 2 weeks, when it arrived due date they extend again by 2 weeks or by a month. I ordered in may, now is July and it’s still not arrived my order and extend time is until September. The most horrible thing is that you can't cancel your order for refund, and you have no one to talk to, it's just a robot that has only 4 answers to all the questions you have.

I ordered 3 items from this app. They keep changing the delivery time. They have done this 4 times now and the latest estimated delivery date is 3 months from when I ordered them. I think they do this so they don't have to refund you for it being late. Customer service is completely unhelpful (that's if you can contact a real person!) One of the items was a birthday present for my niece and nephew, which I had to order again from somewhere else, leaving me out of pocket. I know many of the items come from abroad and we are still in a pandemic but 3 months...really?! I do not recommend this app or website at all.

The deals are real but delivery is not necessarily going to be in your lifetime. I’ve attempted to buy a few items from wish and every one has been a minimum of 40 days later than the original delivery date. For example, I ordered an item that wound up taking between 46 and 63 days LONGER to arrive than originally advertised, (i.e., original due date range was between May 10 and May 27 - actual delivery was on July 11). Given the problems with the supply chains and such being affected by the pandemic I actually understand, IF this is not typical of this seller. Even so, neither the seller nor WISH.COM ever let me know when postponements occurred, (which apparently happened 5 or 6 times). I had to keep going back to my Order History and looking up the items to become informed about the new arrival dates. And when I did find out about the new dates there was never anything mentioned about a postponement. They just entered it in the "delivery by" section as though it was the original due date. I find that sneaky, childish, underhanded and dishonest. Not to mention that they use the new due date as the time when they will get you a refund. But when that date arrives and you go to the site and find yet another postponement has occurred then you never reach the date where wish will step in because once the new date has been inserted into the “delivery by” section, THAT becomes the date when they’ll step in. And on, and on, and on it goes! If they had kept me informed each time the date was delayed I would have given 5 stars on this section as at least their communication could be lauded. But no such luck.

I ordered $150 worth of products in March and still haven't gotten it. My delivery date keeps on changing so I can't get a refund. One product that did arrive has no English instructions and the app doesn't work. Customer support told me the solution is to plug it in..wtf. seriously. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

Ordered an item in April. Never received it. Was told I had to wait till July 9th to ask for a full refund. Today is July 11th and now I'm told I have to wait till August! I will NEVER use Wish again and you shouldn't either.
