“I ordered over a month, ago i ordered 7 things i haven't not gotten anything. I tried to get my money back they told me no because the items have already been shipped BS. Their liars i don't recommend this company to anyone ever. I didn't even want to give them 1 star...but you have to if you want to write a review.”

“Bought an item over 2 and a half month ago with an expected delivery time of less than a month at the latest ...Still haven't received it ... Bot customer service .... indeed no customer service at all ... just some predefined queries that you need to choose from... tribble experience .... No refund... Just don't buy from Wish ... Period... even 1$ ... it isn't worth it at all...”

“I want to report that this is a thief company. it confiscates within 30 days any money that has not been received by the parcel within the time period specified by them and has not applied for or managed to apply to Wish. I think about 10% of the goods are not sent to them at all. Let’s face it, if you haven’t received the item and haven’t managed to contact their service within 30 days, Wish is simply confiscating your money. Of the 1 million 10% of buyers paid € 20 each and did not receive the goods, € 2 million remains for them. Is this a really honest company? Can our money really disappear so simply?”

“Garbage shipping time that randomly changes near the date, argumentative about refunds, zero customer service options, things arrive broke if they arrive at all, shipping updates just stopp after a time”

“Total scam , they will steal your money I ordered an item in February, and the seller took the money did not ship my item , I waited approx 2 months to contact wish support , they told me to wait until the approximate delivery date 22 may to contact them again if the item does not arrive , I waited until 23 may , the seller still did not ship my item , which is 3 months later , I contact it wish support to tell them that the approx date is over and I need my money back , but I got this message as soon as I opened the contact support window : Oops, you can't open any more tickets associated with this order. so my money is lost to scammers , this site is total BS I do not recommend it to anyone , use aliexpress instead they are more responsible. I will never use this fraudulent site again.”

“I ordered 10 coloured plant pots for my balcony for which I received a confirmation email stating 10 pieces were ordered. When it arrived there was only 1 single pot. I contacted Wish customer services 12 times & they just kept saying it was what I'd ordered despite having a confirmation order to the contrary. They refused a refund as it was beyond 30 days & gave a standard response every time. No one could explain why the order confirmation stated 10 pieces but I only received 1. Total rip off, misleading & extremely poor customer service. Avoid at all costs!”

“Ordered 7 products over 2 months ago. None have arrived, no option for return. Also the expected dates changed three times on everything at this point. I’m bummed and too broke to forget about it.”

“I ordered 5 items and have only received 2 of them and it has been 2 months. Now I am being charged for items I've never ordered. This has happened 7 times. They have refunded most of them but that takes awhile. I deleted my credit card info but they still have it on file and charge my card without authorization. That is fraud. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office in Ohio. This was my first order and my last!! Except of course when they fraudulently charge my account.”

“I ordered elastic in early April. I received an email that it was shipped April 6th and would arrive April 20th to May 6th. Wish charged my credit card on April 6th. I followed the tracking link from April 20th to May 21st. On May 18th, the automated assistant told me my money would be refunded if not received by May 20th. On May 21st, the assistant told me it would arrive in July. I filed for a refund. Wish told me they would refund shipping but not refund per their policy until received. They keep changing the date I will never receive. This is a scanned. It must be new as I checked the reviews in April.”

“Ordered 4 items. 3 did not arrived. 1 came but has lesser quantity than advertised. Of all the undelivered, tried to ask for refund but all wish replied through their automated system is wait till after the delivery date (even though it is already after the delivery dates). Decided to lodge police reports against Wish and claim the company and CEO in court. Their "competitive" price is actually topped up using Higher than normal postage charges. In all, if you compare the total cost inclusive of postage. The overall will be way higher than other platforms like Lazada. Overall, Wish is turning into a cheating website. ORDER WITH CAUTION.”

“This company takes your money, gives a delivery date of the 20th May. My items are still sitting in China Airport. I placed my order on the 4th May, and my goods have sat in China Airport allegedly according to Wish.com tracking app since 7th May. Now they have moved my delivery date to 4th June. Refusing to give me my money back. Will never use them again, they are rip off merchant's.”

“I ordered insoles. They never came. I waited a while because things were taking MONTHS to get to me. When I realized the insoles were never coming, I tried to get a refund. Wish wants you to use their "customer service" bot, which told me I was too late for a refund. So, you have to wait months for stuff to come, and when it doesn't, you're screwed. Then I emailed them. That was like banging my head on the wall. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Stay away.”

“Ordered 5 items none have arrived. Tracking information is wrong keeps changing. Items ID on some items had now disappeared. The whole experience a mess. Going back to PayPal for full refund. Avoid this company not helpful useless replies.”
