BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR MY REFUND, will never make use of the Woolies dash app again or it’s pathetic customer service.

In store multiple products always out of stock. Been bad since 2020. The app is ridiculous. Now they want you to choose your time slot the next day and pay R60 extra for it. Thwir customer service for dash is appauling. You just lost another customer to Checkers.

It takes them a month to respond to a card application, even when you call to follow up they send you from pillar to post. What a sad experience 😢

Your dash payment system is faulty 99% of the time, having to keep retrying, missing time slots. My delivery was for 6-7pm and at 7:30 I just cancelled my order. No contact. No explanation nothing. It's actually an abomination that you have such a poor system when you charge so much for your food.

My pair of navy blue soft & flexi shoes broke on Sunday while I wore them to Church. I then took them off, and went to Woolies store at the Waterfront. I explained to the customer service lady, what had happened. They then wanted to know how long ago I bought the shoes, to I responded, about 6 months. I was then told that they cannot return my broken shoes as that brand was on the shelves more than 6 months ago, and there return policy is only up to 6 months. Thus leaving me as a customer with broken shoes after wearing it for 6 months, and not being able to be compensated for it braking. This was very disappointing for a Woolies store.

I prefer using Checkers on line shopping app because AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK on the woolies app it is impossible to load items into the basket Please fix your app...this cannot be so difficult

I have never had such a bad experience. Tried to order some stuff 6 days ago, took Woolworths 1h20 minutes to get a shopper, then cancelled the order. I have been calling the customer care centre since Monday morning, same response everyday funds are on hold awaiting release from the bank. They will escalate to their finance department to send a letter to the bank. Still no letter, nobody monitors or responds to my emails, you call to have people give you the runaround regarding the letter. Requested to escalate to their manager, they are saying it’s not possible. Never expected this from Woolworths. By far the poorest service I have ever received. Not likely to shop here again.

Constant headaches with this app. Sometimes payment doesn't work, sometimes items suddenly wont add to cart. Takes sooooo long to do anything - very slow. Messages from shopper are not easy to find - in fact if you dont follow the first notification that there is a message, you just wont be able to navigate to it at all. Search facility really low level - unless you know the exact product name you'll find it hard to find.

Once again your Woolies app will not add to the basket. You have lost thousands of Rands due to your App. I always try Wooleorths first and after 10 frustrating minutes switch to Checkers

I bought the Woolworths Buttermilk Rusks. They are utterly aweful! They are completely tasteless and very very hard! These are the worst rusks imaginable. Would recommend they be removed from your shelves. Definitely not Woolies quality

Im very disappointed in woolies dash, sec time i place an order and was told my order was delayed & will be delivered tomorrow. Very unacceptable because i needed the cake for a birthday today. Bloody incompetent & poor service. Cancel the damn order & refund my money urgently!!!! Bloody useless company!!! I want my money

I am very disappointed in Woolies dash delivery 2nd time now that they have abandoned my cart driver was not even at the right place. Will be cancelling my account. !!!

Hi Woolies, just a note of caution. Woolies Dash delivers food produce very near to sell by dates which is unacceptable. Produce might not be that fresh anymore as I have experienced on a number of occasions. The quickest way to loose online customers if this is your strategy.

Woolies dash is very terrible when it comes to refunds. I canceled an order a few days ago and promised that i would get my refund. No action has been taken yet so i decided to call and enquire, only to be told that since you are using an international card, you will only get your money in 7 days time or a week. You guys are thieves, is it that hard to refund somebody's money?

Dreadful customer service at woolworths customer care! Shocking! DASH is a joke. No refund for two months even after promising twice to refund! Why di woolworths use this company! Woolworths complaints dept just as bad. When you buy on woolworths app dash delivery! Try getting any refund if incorrect or expired goods. Woolworths inform you to deal with Dash directly! That's their job to assist. My Mandate with Woolworths not DASH would expect more from Woolworths!

1. Worst experience! Firstly you can’t input address, you can only add pin location and it doesn’t allow you to modify address. 2. There’s no way of tracking your order, you’re blind throughout the process. 3. I placed the order at 9:40 and by 12:30 my order still hadn’t arrived. 4. They don’t call you or let you know that the order is on the way. 5. They delivered at an incorrect address. I lost all my money/groceries. 6. Dash isn’t willing to assist in resolving the problem. I will NEVER use dash ever again! Horrible experience.

I placed an order on dash and my order was cancelled. When I called to enquire, I was informed that my contact number was wrong. I was then informed that I would be refunded. My refund was not done and when i called in I was told to wait 3 working days. I so not have 3 days. And the consultant was rude.

I don't know whether Woolworths doesn't have employees at https://www.woolworths.co.za/contactus but if they do, they definitely don't respond to messages. I have sent two messages to this contact centre and both times there was no response nor feedback of any sort! First Contact: The eggs at Woolworths are always cracked. What do you do with them, Woolworths? Why do your employees handle them so roughly? Six cracked eggs in a box of 24, quarter of the box is just unacceptable! And the cracks are only visible once the eggs are boiling! Second contact: I developed styes after using the WW Beauty make up, for the first time in my life. I mentioned this to friends who immediately responded, 'we've heard this before!' The pain and cost involved in having styes treated by ophthalmologists, is unbelievable. Stick to the knitting, Woolworths and leave make-up to the professionals! #UPYOURGAMEWOOLWORTHS!

Today I went to Woolworths looking for a set towelsi couldn’t find what I was looking for but Fikile (Management) jump in to assist me ,she made some suggestion and I ended up getting something better because of her …she even offered to rap up my towels nicely …honestly her service was 100% She was very friendly and professional 🙌🏻🙌🏻… …SHE IS THE BEST ….#she deserves a promotion 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
