You used to have a properly appointed allergy and nutritionist Doctor of your food maketing. Dr Harris Steinman used to quality chieck your food for nutrition. Well there is zero nutrition now in 90% of what you put out. A salad R76 has 90%pasta in the tub, 8% cucumber which has zero nutrional value and three shrimps on top. - What is that?? You are plastic conscious? Well we pay more for the expensive elaborate packaging than we pay for the value of the digusting nutriional level inside. This is one example of your fancy ways of marketing. Starve the people but make the store look attractive. Then we are compelled ironically to "buy" one of your store bags for R30 because you don't believe in PLASTIC ?????

Woolworth, do you think we are stupid? 3 months ago your 2L ice cream was on special (buy 2x2L for R130). A month later your 'special' on the same product was but 2x2L ice cream for R150. Now you are advertising the very same 'special' as buy 2x2L for R170??? Where is this 'special' going to end?

What a terrible experience at Woolworths, I have never received such bad service after having my account for almost 10 years. I went to Canalwalk on the 23rd January to update my personal details as I have not received any statements for more then 2 years, firstly my details was incorrect from the beginning and I am unable to access the woolworths app. I was assisted my Osman at the Service counter(Canalwalk Branch) and was advised I need to contact the Head office contact Centre to update my personal detail how unnecessary. The call Centre then advised to complete a application form and Osman at Canalwalk must send it to the Head office, to date my details has not been updated. I then went it Vangate Mall today, Osman has not send my documents to the head office for the update. I was promised I will receive a call today but still nothing. What is happening with the Service at Woolworths . The quality of the garments is so terrible I had to exchange 2 garments due to manufacturing problems. I could not exchange my one pair of shoes because woolworths does not have it on the system any longer. The shoes is still new and still had all the tags on. They refused to exchange the sandals and I was told I need to sell it to someone because it was to small. How pathetic is that. Woolworths you need to work on your customer service as you will start loosing customers. Can you please contact your customers back as promised. Values is very important, please deliver on your promise.

I ordered through Woolies Dash on 01/02/2023 and the Burger Buns Sell by date was 2 Jan and Best before 03 Jan. Not acceptable at all according to WW standards, I had to visit another shop to buy what was needed for a planned meal. Received sms to say that I will be refunded, not even an apology.

I have always loved Woolies, for the good quality food and for the fantastic service. I loved going to the Tyger Valley Woolies, all the tellers were friendly, efficient and knows how to pack a bag! Unfortunately they have employed new tellers, they chat to each other while helping you and make mistakes (two items scanned twice in 2 days). I also don't mind packing my own bag, but the service was offered before, and suddenly it is not a thing anymore.

I applied for a Woolworths store card and my application was successful. Once I tried to pick up my card at Canal Walk the lady was not very friendly. I told her that I have my passport and drivers license with me to prove my identity. I was told that I have to have my ID. Therefore I canโ€™t get my store card that was approved. When I phoned financial services to query this and asked why my passport that has my ID number on it with a photo of myself is not enough and other stores are happy with my passport I was told that mam this is Woolworths and we not other stores. I told her that I am used to better service and attitude from Woolworths since I shops there all the time. Her reply to me was ok mam and she put the phone down. I think my everlasting relationship with Woolworths has just come to an end.

Do not buy online they send a message saying it's shipped and you do not receive and after phoning many times of empty promises they will call you back . You then ask for your money back and they tell you 3 to 4 days . Don't waist your time rather go to a shop and buy direct .... these people are clearly still in the cave man days with technology...

had an order that was simply not delivered and have struggled since the 22 dec to get a refund. No one even contacted me when my goods were simply not delivered. I have been phoning every couple of days. That was a month ago. I have even settled for a voucher that isn't forthcoming Woolies Dash customer service is tarnishing the quality experience we have some to expect from Woolworths is a brand.

I'm at woolworths kolonnade, they are not open. They just told me that they are going to open in the next 30 to 45 minutes... And that's it, no explanation why๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

I purchased the cooked sweet potato dish a day before it's expiry date on 13 January 2023.The container had blown up by the 14th and the sweet potato was rancid. Very disappointing!

Why woolies cashier's are not helpful this is not the first time you guys should have supervisors I was in green store wool worth the cashier Morukhu M i bought more than 15 items she packed all my stuff in one paper bag i told her it will be break and divide it she gets angry the attitudes though she is so rude , she doesn't have any appetite of treating customers , if no customers no woolies please look after your stuffs it's really annoying

Wrongfully arresting someone due to incentivising security staff for making arrests... get your facts straight before falsely accusing people! Woolworths has lost many customers today! Tell people to keep their slips if you going to check when they leave. People don't keep slips anymore due to technology! Treat your customers fairly!!

I bought ladies sleepers for R200, but they did not even last 3months. The product should be reviewed and disqualified to be put on shelves as this has never happened before. It means it's not of quality. We are ripped of by this product

I bought fresh prawns from Parkview store. It was not labelled as cleaned or deveined, but when I opened the pack, to my pleasant surprise, I realized they had already been cleaned. Thank you Woollies!

Very disappointed with woolworths this time, have ordered cakes and loved them but this time i received a bitter and burned Tiramisu cake gateau cake which i ordered on their app, reported this and was asked to send details and that was it and also ordered the so called malva milk tart cascading cake and such a disappointment because it's a mess. Once you lift the collar up the cake falls apart and worse it tastes nothing like a malva cake morr like a cinnamon cake. Woolies can really do better than this as this is a waste of money.

Just be careful with Woolies Dash. I am still waiting for money to be returned to my bank account after an order was canceled by THEM due to lack of stock. It is now 9 days later!!!!! Just a warning. Don't use them. They are not ready and can't compete with 60/60. Management take no responsibility!!!!
