Terrible, called to cancel. Then was continually charged, called again, the lady read my notes saying if called to cancel and it was with the tenancy team. Still made me pay 4 months usage that I hadn’t used.

I agreed a 24 month contract with XLN. After 3 months they increased the price by 30% which I queried. It was for repair insurance which i had not arranged. it was forced onto all customers unless you opt-out. Then 2 months later, a price increase of 60%. This was a copper wire surcharge. I am now on the phone again, 20 minutes so far, waiting to speak to XLN to find out how to sort out this mess. The internet works okay but they do not honour the price in the contract.

awful company. Quoted me £22 when setting up this contract, and was told if the business closed there would be no cancellation fee. Since then my payments have become £71 per month without any notice or explanation, and when the business closed I was told I would have to wait until my contract was over which would be a further 6 months. Now, when trying to finally terminate this contract I have been told that it now has to be another 30 days for it to take action!

Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful Liars, scammers, greedy and dishonest. Pricing is not honest and there are additional charges. A contract means nothing. There is no advantage to having a contract. Prices go up even in contract ? How is that even a thing? Extortionate cancellation fees and the rudest of staff and worst customer experience ever. Perfect candidates to star in an episode of rogue traders.

SCAM . PLease aviod this service . they will keep holding and keep transferring call from one department to another . and they will keep charging you extra money . Holding time to reach any person 2 hrs . good service Keep it up

The service with xln was excellent until I tried to leave them. It took 5 phone calls each 40 minutes plus waiting time to finally speak to a human. They charged me £115 to exit a non existent contract. Absolute nightmare to deal with, use every trick in the book to charge extra fees.

I had a dreadful experience with an unscrupulous investment platform. After investing a significant amount of money and seeing profits accumulate, I attempted to withdraw my funds. They are scammers, decided to go with a another supplier ( I was out of contract ) they sent me an email saying" I owed them £299.00, for early contract ending, £250.00, for cancellation of broad band, £250.00, for cancellation of telephone line and £99.00 for router) what a bunch of thieves. Glad to see the back of them.

The customer service we have received over the past week has been nothing short of shocking. I have been on hold on the phone lines three separate times over an hour with no response. The online chat agents replied with a one word answer and ended the chat and the agent who signed us up told us to email her over a week ago, has not responded and when asked when we would receive an update the best response she could come up with was "dont know". She has since ignored all emails and messages. Our bill has increased from an initial charge of £43 and has now steadily rose month upon month to over £70 with no explanation. The invoices show no additional service charges and to try and talk to someone about the above has been pretty impossible. The agent was very nice when initially signing us up and within the first month very helpful. When a real issue arrives we have been more than disappointed in the service and this not a company i would recommend to any small business that wants to get issues resolved quickly rather than waste time back and forth with people who are not interested in helping. Over a week later after multiple emails and messages we STILL have received no call back or even an answer to an email.

Relentlessly trying to add extras which you then have to contact them to undo. Ridiculously poor customer service, waited over an hour to speak to them on one occasion. 3 months to take over from Plusnet. Trying to leave them, post back their router and then receive a revised contract. Hopeless. To add, same for both home address and my workshop with contract change letter after sending their routers back. Suggested I wanted a new land-line provider and keep their broadband for an extra £3+vat. As if. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy😕

I have cancelled their line in December and it is changed to Sky Business. XLN have billed me in January as well. I am now on the call and call connected to advisor in 10 minutes and asked the question can you check the status on my telephone number, he said let me check, now he put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Shameful , don’t sign up to XLN. I have been with XLN for more than 6 years. They are awful
