The sequinned top I ordered arrived in crumpled scruffy packaging like it had been returned by someone else. Then I found it had a button missing. This was my first order. I will not be ordering from them again.

just received 2 items, purchased 2 sizes as reviews said items tended to be a little snug... the bigger of the 2 sizes was perfect but faulty; so had to return... just gone on line to find the return will cost me £1.99... so to summarise, i have paid up front for items, paid a delivery charge, returning an item that is faulty and am being charged for the privilege... well thank you for that lovely, expensive customer experience Yours Clothing, a service i shall not be taking advantage of again.... app now deleted, pc bookmark removed so, after being a customer for over 8 years, its a most definite goodbye from me.

Returns are terrible to sort. I'm worried I'm not going to get my money back after reading these reviews. Shall definitely not be ordering from here again or recommending this site

As a lot of people have said, you pay for delivery, then for returns ? So won't be buying anything again. Too expensive

So called free returns. Returns are definitely not free. £1.99 to return 6 items plus £1 for every item over the six. Apparently thats what they class as a restocking charge. Will not be ordering from them again😡

Really poor quality items, returned quickly. Charged nearly £30 in delivery and return charges, then they under paid me as well! Awful awful clothing, thin and poorly made, poor sizing, conning people making money on returns!!! It would have been cheaper to return the items myself. When goods are not as described the cost to restock them is exorbitant and totally unfair. Rip off for sure. 4 items kept, and after the first wash they are really rubbish as well. £260 paid £192 refund, the actual goods retained (rubbish) £38! Do the maths. £38 for 4 items which were rubbish after a wash, the rest returned at a cost of £30!!!! Apalling

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I made an order at the beginning of June, and didn’t get my order till the end of June. Customer service is terrible, they do not respond to any complaints, they just tell you to create new ticket…only after giving them 1 star review I got some kind of message back. Now for returns- it’s mid august now, I returned my order on june 17th, and it got to their “3rd party shipping facility” at june 20, and I still haven’t received my money back… I send over 20 emails and all the do is copy paste answer of “order did not reach their warehouse yet”, but offer no support. They didn’t even tell me they use some third party shipment, I INVESTIGATED IT AND I FIGURED OUT ANOTHER WEBSITE to track my package, which of course is stuck somewhere for over a month. So I’ve been waiting since June 20 till now- august 13th with no answer if I ever got my money back. It’s such a terrible company, please don’t give them any business. I will be looking into getting money back somehow, but as of right now it seems like a big scam.

Serious privacy issues Placed an order without registering and paid via PayPal, unfortunately they used my PayPal address to start spamming me straight away so just after receiving confirmation of my order I also received 2 emails, one to say I left goods in my basket the other to say 'we know you be back' so I cancelled the order but they refused, yes you heard well.

Ordered 2 dresses, and they are nothing like the pictures. First one was a satin dress, looks fab in the pics, very stylish. In real life the fabric is so thin and cheap looking, it's black but you can see right through it, and it creases so bad, even the shape didn't match the photos online, the neck was much higher than was advertised. The second dress was just terrible and frumpy, again a cheap nasty material Probably cost all of a couple pounds to make, and they are charging £60 for it!

Total scam! I would say great stuff until you need to return anything, but the fact that I returned 6/7 products I ordered probably says it all. So I returned all but one product - value €22.50. Based on this, I should have received a refund of €159,30 but instead I only received €129,60. The difference is €29,70. I contacted customer service and kept getting vague or simply wrong answers, from saying it is the refund fee (which apparently changed from £1.99 to €29.70 over night and is now being applied even though I returned in store which is free according to their FAQs) to switching it to a restocking fee to suddenly saying it is an additional shipping fee (again, I returned in store and had already paid the initial shipping fee). At no point did they react to my request for a clear overview of the fees. Every one of their responses to the complaints (and there are MANY with the exact same experience) on here says that they would like to resolve this through their customer service. The same customer service that has now ignored me for a week. Yeah, that is going to work out for sure. NEVER order from this place and good luck to those who already have . . .

Oh my gosh what has happened to yours clothing!? I’ve been shopping at Yours for as long as I can remember and things have changed. I returned some items and I had to pay a ridiculous refund fee of around £14! I queried this to be told very rudely this is the new policy since 31st March. I asked to make a complaint regarding this to received a rude response saying the new owner has made the decision and I will have to pay. I asked to add customer service to my complaint and now had no response. It is such a shame that it’s gone this way….

I ordered gladiator sandals . When I received them they were 2 different sizes !! When I asked for another pair to be sent , I was told that my refund would take 5 days , so I would have to order again & pay again !! Why should I when a basic check that both were same size before sending out , it’s not rocket science

Buy beware. Yours clothing don't advertise on front page !!!!, but if you return more than 6 items you pay £1 for each item . This rip-off is called restocking!!! I bought serval t-shirts for work in 2 different sizes as they can be hit or miss on sizing I paid £15 for a t-shirt, but now have a bill of £26 !!!!! For a t-shirt !!!!!!! After 10 mins of holding on ,( obviously busy with complaints, no surprise there). Too be told that's there policy!!! What with p&p and restocking charge I'll never ever use or recommend yours clothing ever again. No good will gesture. RIP OFF COMPANY. I'll stick to asos, never had problems with them.

Avoid!! Avoid this company. I ordered and received 4 t-shirts that were not fit for purpose, the fabric was so thin the t-shirts were transparent. The returns process was a pain and do not believe the free returns policy they say they provide. When your returns are received they will charge you a "re-stocking fee", which is a returns fee in another name. Avoid this company unless you want cheaply made, badly fitting clothes. P.S. I am sure that I will receive the same cut and paste generic response that they send to everyone because they cannot even be bothered to read or act upon these reviews!! They do not give a monkeys!

Bought some £60 boots at the end of Feb - I wore them a handful of times, it's now mid May, and the soles have ripped off the front of both boots. Upon asking the chat on the website what to do and explaining the situation, they proceeded to (after no apology whatsoever and not really reading what had happened properly) keep telling me to return them, with no kind of confirmation in writing of getting a replacement of the same size. I find the customer service really quite unhelpful and rude, and the shoes really really terribly made. I'd expect even a super cheap pair of shoes to last more than 2 and a half months.

I've just ordered 4 items from Yours and they're all going back. One item was mis-labelled as size 22/24 as it clearly was 2 sizes too small! One item, in white, was transparent, apart from a modesty lining to cover my boobs. The sales photo is a lie. One item has a protruding label, one is too flimsy. In fact, the fabric of all of the tops is flimsy considering the prices. I was really disappointed. I too have found that lately the bust line of tops is way too low, and I've returned a few because of that. The company uses Yodel to deliver the order (and I've not had a problem with them - they email, they give an estimated delivery time, you can track yr driver in real time on a map, they turn up. But Yours uses Evry (formerly known as Hermes) as a return agent and my bad experiences with them are many! I can print a label, but id advise you use a local collection point if you can't print one as you can scan a bar code in that place and a label is printed for you. Every collections at home can be unreliable and its difficult to contact them. Once the parcel is collected however, I do get a response from Yours within a couple of days and a refund within 2-3 days of that. Overall though, I've not been impressed with the cut or the quality of Yours Clothing items and don't think they are value for money so I won't be using them again.

Delivery issues still ongoing. I wouldn't ever order something again (shop only) as it takes forever ( was told it would be 3-6 days max) Yours sent a text to say the item had been delivered, YODEL stated it was out for delivery, it then flits between "back at depot" or "out for delivery" all week, but is never delivered. The number for the driver isn't connectable. Called store who state it is down to YODEL, can't get in touch with YODEL (tried chat msg etc) Date of experience: 18 April 2023
