“ I did so and followed the instructions given to me by their customer service team and despite having corresponded with them specifically before returning the item to ensure I would receive an exchange, they once again failed me and sent me a refund rather than an exchange, which they did not communicate and I had to chase up myself! When I raised this as a complaint, I was met with cold and uncaring responses saying there was nothing they could do. ”
