Ordered a pro-Republican car magnet sign offered on their website. Order was confirmed then canceled an hour later due to “content guidelines”. Evidently pro-Liberal content is Ok...... Recommend boycotting this business and any other that censors and stifles free speech. Management needs to familiarize themselves with the Constitution and the laws of this country.

Fake products and terrible quality. Their template mock-up generator is completely false and looks a lot like false advertising. Luckily PayPal aggreged with me and forced them to refund my order in it's full amount.

Fake advertisement. Worse company ever. I ordered 3 very nice looking shiny pillows but I received 3 very dull rag doll looking material with no sheen to it at all and it has someone’s name on it that I’ve never heard of and didn’t approve of. I also ordered what appeared to be very shiny sequence coasters they don’t shine and don’t look like sequence. They look so bad and No where near what that advertised that I can’t explain. My family showed their heads and laughed at this garbage. I’ll try to show a picture so you can compare and shake your head at. I’m still smh😭 they deserve a -5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I spent hours custom designing plates, napkins and a banner for my moms 80th birthday. I tried to place the order but kept getting an error message"an unexpected error has occurred " I called their "customer service " I was told to clear the cookies, I did...same message. Then he suggested I install a new browser? I have chrome which should be fine. Anyway I had 2 weeks until the party and even at that the shipping was already over $50. So I had to scrap the whole thing and go elsewhere. Huge frustrating waste of time. They couldn't be less interested in helping you.

I would give them a zero if I could. I had used them since they started with no problem but two years ago I had a huge issue. They printed some ornaments that were fuzzy. No problem – – just contact them, send them back, and have it fixed. But no. That didn’t happen. It was Christmas time and I ordered my ornaments two months in advance. I still have not received them—I was told they were sent. I told them I was leaving and not using them anymore they gave me a $50 gift certificate that never expires. Fast forward to the summer of 2020. I contacted them to ask them how to use the gift certificate— It was emailed without instructions. I received no response so two weeks later I sent them another message. I received no response for that either. I went to Facebook and sent them a message there. No response. I made a comment on a post they made asking them to contact me and again received no response. They obviously don’t want my business so I will take it elsewhere.

I spent time creating two templates, placed the order, and they never arrived. Upon inquiry, I found the order to be canceled. They never contacted me. Never sent the item. I found out myself and emailed them. They replied there was a watermark image on the template, so they canceled, but if I cared to re-order they would try to send it quickly. The certificates I needed were already past the celebration event. They didn't even offer to make it right by offering them free. (The two items plus shipping was only $10) Terrible customer service. Terrible communication.

Worst company that I have ever ordered from. Never again! My order did not arrive. I called multiple times, getting the runaround...” it was lost”. We’re expediting a replacement”. Never arrived. Called again (4 times now). No record. No blue. Horrible service! Get your act together.

So tired of these lib bleeding heart companies. They refused 2 coffee mug orders because It had part of the confederate flag in the pic. Domestic terror groups logos are fine though.

First shipment lost in shipping. Still has not arrived almost a month later. Replacement finally came and labels were so off center they were a disgrace. I would fire any employee who did not have more pride in his work. It took 3 attempts to get a refund. They kept sending me requests to let them resend the order a 3rd time. My patience had run out. Save yourself frustration. Order someplace else.

Bought a key ring with a photo of my grandma for my dad . When it came it was cheap and looked like the back of it was from the top of a tin. Not worth the money they are charging very dissappointed don’t think I will even give it to him

Ordered Birthday invitations. Package arrived day before party. Only the envelopes were posted and no invitations!! They forgot the invitations!!! 😢 Paid extra for postage. Will seek Refund!

Ordered baby shower invitations, they didn't send the envelopes. Customers service is horrible dealt with 3 different people trying to resolve the problem all I want is what I paid for...I cant use the invitations without the envelopes. No one person in customers has help me. It's been over a week trying to get my envelopes. Don't use this company!!! Look else where

Deceptive Zazzle Black Free Shipping. Says that you can try for 30 days, without being charged. So I ordered and when I checked PayPal, they had charged for the free shipping. When I called, they said I didn't qualify because I tried it in 2014!? How was I supposed to remember, instead it should have sent me a notice when I tried to qualify. I cancelled the order and the trial offer but it was a hassle!! I wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered!!

I ordered one invitation from them, shipping was 5.99 and I yet have to receive it one week later. A single $0.55 postage stamp would have gotten here much sooner. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. That's too bad because this was the first and last time I will ever order from them. Upon further investigation, I see that this is a very common problem
