Thank you for your feedback. We never ship the parts from our facility bent. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the metal button supplies, some pieces may get damaged in transit. We typically add in a few extras to cover any damaged pieces but in your case we replaced your products as requested. If you have any other concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

“What's not to totally love about American Button Machines? The customer service is out of this world, on a whole other playing field that most businesses don't even know exists. They make it easy to make buttons. They answer questions promptly, IMMEDIATELY, over the phone or by email. The enthusiasm for buttons is clearly sincere and infectious to the point where I want to devote 25 percent of my life to making buttons. The quality of the machines is everything they say it is. The videos are informative, entertaining, and don't waste your time with extra unnecessary music or wind-ups or wind-downs--just straight to the point and fun to watch, and not a second longer than necessary. I have owned my own business for 27 years, and we deal with hundreds of vendors/other businesses...and American Button Machines is at the top of the list in caring, honesty, customer service, enthusiasm for their stuff, knowledge, and overall vibe. The buttons are easy and perfect. We quit another button maker when their buttons kept coming apart. I spent $450 or so on a kit from ABM, and am so ready to get another one, for another size...or one for home use. It is so easy to make buttons, and super fun. Say anything you want. Put your puppy one one. Whatever. There is no way you'll ever regret having one of these machines.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback! Unfortunately with the overwhelming amount of packages in the carrier systems these days the packages are not receiving the same TLC they did in previous times. Due to the nature of the product being soft metal there can be some damaged items. There is a 5% accepted tolerance level in weight counted items but if you find you have more than that, please just keep your packaging and let us know so we can make it right for you.

“Two years I borrowed my friends button maker and used it in my classroom. The kids loved making and wearing the buttons. It was a huge success. It was so quick and easy to use that they were able to create buttons in one single class period. The machine is sturdy enough for repeated use in a classroom. I couldn't wait to get my own. I had to return the one I borrowed from a friend. I just bought my own and I'm so excited to use it in my classroom. I think I will open each school year with kids making their very own buttons. It should start each school year off on a positive note.”
