“We design and sell custom buttons at marching Band Competitions. The kids LOVE them! I have been doing this for five years now. The original equipment is still going strong. Design software is constantly improving. Couldn't be happier!”

“I love my button maker. It is simple to use and very well manufactured. I expect it to last lifetime. The only issue I have with ABM is the cost of the online button making software. Many companies offer free online software if it helps customers use their products and there are several button companies that have similar software for free. Maybe it works for ABM, but it seems counter-intuitive if they want to keep customers, especially 'hobbyist', from going elsewhere.”

It is a complex, feature rich and robust program dedicated to the art of button making that allows users of all skill levels to be able to create professional quality buttons with ease. There has been years of research and development in bringing this product to market and it requires constant support and maintenance to help it remain the best product available. Unfortunately, all of that time and effort also carries a significant investment on the part of ABM. We try to keep the cost at a reasonable level and offer opportunities to earn free time with the program with the purchase of our button making kits and even more when you order your pinback button supplies from us. “I purchased a life time subscription to their on line software and love it! I also ordered 4000 pin back parts that work great and had fast shipping. My only complaint is that ABM did not uphold their price match guarantee.”

“The machine has been really great! I think one thing that I did not like was the excessive oil that was put on the machine. I understand that the oil helps to make everything move smoothly, however, there was an extreme amount of oil residue that was dripping down from inside the machine which I did not expect or liked as it oftentimes gets on my fingers or clothes if I am not careful. Overall though, this machine is a really useful tool and super easy to use!”

“After purchasing a 1 1/4" machine with three months of BAB software, I would think that the free 1-month membership that came with these 1000 sets would run consecutively, not concurrently. ABM should fix that as the customer is not getting what they were offered. It might be a week or so difference in use of the software but knowing this, I will now have to make my future purchases more strategically (further apart). I have come to notice that while many people tout ABM customer service, I feel that they are just very good at saying "No." And moving on without more explanation or a solution. My two cents.”

“I do love the product and the company...my machine is amazing, but sometimes there are factory glitches with the button parts, dents and twists, but that is to be expected...otherwise they are fabulous!”
