“Amazing shelves, excellent quality, the colour is perfect and they look brilliant. Very impressed with how customer- focused this company is, as I ordered the shelves Monday 20th Dec and they arrived Wednesday 22nd Dec as I asked if they could arrive before Christmas! Thank you very much :)”

“I had left it late to order the shelves so after placing the order, emailed in and they phoned me back to say they would put the shelves into the workshop the next day and dispatch that same day too. Wonderful service and I absolutely love the shelves!”

“I ordered a 120cm floating shelf, which was delivered promptly. However, it was quite heavy and only supplied with two of the fixing rod. The rods are made of 10mm round steel and are attached to the wall via wall plugs after drilling a 10mm hole. They were straightforward to fit, but when the shelf was fitted the holes pre-drilled in the wood when manufactured were a little too large so the shelf moved about on the fitting rods. This, combined with just two fittings and the weight of the wood means that my shelf sags downwards instead of being level. There is little I can do about this other than drill two more holes at a slight upward angle to compensate for the downward sagging, but I will then have to repair the existing holes. I would recomend an additonal fixing rod for this length.”

“Ordered two of the 15cm depth rustic metal bracket shelves for the kitchen. Arrived quickly but I noticed I hadn’t been sent the fixings. I emailed quite late that evening once I had checked the items. Next morning, phone call apologising and email confirmation that the fixings were being sent next day delivery which meant I could put the shelves up on the weekend I wanted. Although initially I was missing the fixings this was rectified very quickly and caused me no real issues. Shelves look lovely! Will be ordering again in the near future!”
