“This company STOLE $500.00 from and did no work. They told me they were going to give me my money back and never did. Now, I'm having to go legal, because this publishing scammed me. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, or text messages.”

“I hope I am at the final stages of getting my book published correctly. You have to be persistent about what you want. You paid for the service. You should get a professional looking book. I was assigned to several Project Managers. It was Kevin who was finally able to understand my vision for the book and the proper formatting that I was looking for. Since this book would be a tribute to my late husband, it was very near and dear to my heart. Thank you Kevin for understanding the importance of this to me. Kevin did a lot to get things back on track and done in the manner I was looking for. I don’t think this book would have become a reality without Kevin’s help.”

“It's a scam. After 3 months, I got an edited .pdf file. That's nearly $1200 worth. I had a 2 month refund guarantee which was not acknowledged. They tried to up-sell me at least four times which would have added up to $6000. All the 'pros' that I worked with have heavy foreign accents, (Pakistan). They are full of babble and double-talk, never intending to really help the author to publish, but to skin him of all their money. I fired them. Beware!!!”
