“I never get the results sent. Always have to ring or e nail to ask for the results. Used them a few times and have asked them to look into the matter with no response”

“Ordered whilst on holiday in Spain arrived as promised and we were able to do the test, returned via P.O priority box and received our results within 48 hours as promised .Price is good compared with other testing providers But as its being reported the price is still too high.Would of given 5* if price was better”

“Confirm was as reasonably priced as anyone, they sent confirmation with code for passenger locator form immediately, when I had a small problem sent a query and it was answered and solved. Test waiting when we got home, easy instructions, saved details and will use again.”

“The full process was very effective and easy. One comment on the full process was that the package arrived 1 day earlier when we were supposed to arrive the next day. But it was completely ok that the package was re-routed and delivered back again. Amazing experience. Thank you.”

“Apalling service! A Rip Off. No refund for tests and still waiting for results after more than 25 days of having sent the tests back to them. No response to our letters and emails. They should be removed from the government list of providers!!!!! We sent emails, we sent letters because the very polite operatives were not able to give us any help on the phone!!!!!”

“I found the cost of the text kits extortionate. What a rip-off! They are actually worth a fraction of the retail price. I suspect most of your customers have a modest income with less spare cash in the wake of the 'pandemic.' Do you think this is a fair way to treat the backbone of British society? Furthermore, while the staff I communicated with were fairly polite, the phone waiting time was long and I was stressed and deeply unimpressed that my day 2 test result did not arrive until 2 am the day after my ten-day quarantine had ended—after my day 8 test. I paid enough money and went through enough grief being unduly locked inside as it was, so to be put through this was beyond the pale. I suggest you cut the costs of your kits drastically, as many average-income Brits are really struggling financially as a result, especially after having to pay for two PCR tests before leaving and returning to the UK. This is so unfair. Thank you for bearing this in mind.”
