“I had to get back to work after day 5. I booked the 2-5-8 PCR bundle. I was worried about post over the weekend and the Day 5 test to release result coming back in time. Customer service gave me the option of dropping off at their Heathrow clinic or couriering the sample directly to the laboratory. I dropped off at Heathrow on Day 5 and received the result on email overnight. It worked perfectly and my boss was pleased to see me on the day I had committed. I would highly recommend this option if you have to escape quarantine, and your Day 5 falls on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday.”

“I sent my test on Saturday morning and still have not had my results back and it is now Tuesday. So I am not happy at all”

Dear Sarah, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. I can see there was a some delay with your swab reaching the lab due to lack of delivery service on a weekend. We do note on our webpage that delays can occur if your home quarantine falls on a Saturday or Sunday you may not receive your results until Day 8, due to the lack of a Royal Mail delivery service. I have looked at your file and see you have been in contact with our Customer Service Team and they let you know that your swab had reached our lab and to expect a result within 24 hours. We then sent you an email with your result 12 hours later. If you faced troubles receiving this, I have forwarded it again. Please be sure to check you junk/spam folders too. Dear Toni I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. I can see it has taken longer than expected for your swab to reach our lab. Unfortunately, we do rely on third party mailing services to get all our kits back to us and sometimes these can take get delayed. These issues are beyond our control but you can always be sure that as soon as the swab sample arrives at our lab, a result will be issued within 24 hours. If you are planning any travels in the near future, we recommend arranging a courier service or dropping your sample off to our clinic at London Heathrow Marriott Hotel. Wishing you continued health. “Unfortunately my experience so far was very unsatisfying!! I purchased 2 day 5 tests, obviously because it was extremely important for me and my partner to finish quarantine as soon as possible for work reasons!! And this didn't happen thanks to you, if I knew this was going to happen in advance I would have chosen a different company!! We are taking our day 8 tests in the morning and still didn't recieve the result from you!! It was a total waste of money to pay for two tests which best case scenario is going to save us 2 days of quarantine! Can't even count on that at this point.. Caused a lot of trouble!! Extremely dissapointed!”

“i purchased the item which arrived quickly. i had to do my day 5 test on a friday. I called the company to see how long would the swab need to be delivered to them and they said after the weekend unless if i pay for a next day delivery to be delivered on saturday. I did that, however when the parcel was going to be delivered on saturday, no one was there to pick it up. So i paid for an extra delivery for nothing, when I was told that someone will be here to pick it up. the swab was delivered on Monday but this could have happened without paying a delivery fee.”
