“First time I've used an eSim- I seen easySim reviewed in UK's Computeractive magazine. I found the process simple to use and top up in both Canada and America within the past two weeks.
No problems at all apart from the set up where I did something wrong. I was at Niagria but the help desk replied almost immediately from UK and screen shotted iphone settings I needed to change then I was up and running a couple of minutes later. Most surprised the coverage I had at sea out of New York- my own provider couldn't look at it! Recomended.”

“I’m not good with phones etc but I managed to activate my eSIM easily and found it excellent on our trip to the USA.
Checking my data balance was straightforward and clear, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.”
“I found it quite difficult to actually set the SIM up.
Initially the SIM wasn’t working which was annoying , but using the ‘contact a human’ facility, ‘JIM’ was fantastic. He checked my set up via screenshots , luckily all of which were ok. It took a couple of days to sort it out mostly due to the time difference, and lack of wifi, but he was dogged and very patient. I appreciated having the same person to help rather than someone different each day.
I cannot fault the service Jim provided.
I would recommend easy sim to others.
