“We ordered 3 brass spot lights - they came but DPD left them out side our house annd sent us an photo and they couldn’t be found when we got home. I contacted electricalwholesalers4u and they were great with communications. They raised a case with DPD and advised me to do the same. They shipped me three new lights and they arrived this time - chucked over the gate. Not electricalwholesalers4u fault at all but so greatful we have them. They exactly what we are looking for!

“The item arrived promptly and was well packaged. However, when my plumber tried to fit the heater he found that the sevice valves that came with the heater did not fit. He managed to get around the problem.
I informed electrical wholesalers4u via telephone but they didn't seem interested.
I also emailed them but they have yet to respond.”

“Order was sent out incomplete, I called them they said they need to investigate and will call me back, they didn’t. I call back again and am told the same thing. I complained that no one called back and after a few minutes the lady on the phone said items are out of stock. No communication at all and the phone staff are not helpful at all. Don’t recommend.”

I’m in business. I understand items are subject to vat and I also understand that trade prices are typically advertised net, but searching google as a retail customer, the face value showed only net. let’s not f*ck about, just show me the price I’m going to pay!
