“The process of having my heaters replaced was very good, the two men that did the installation with very nice and So obliging. My only complaint was that my installation was suppose to be 9am but changed to midday. No one informed me or there was no update on the moved time. As the installation was in a retirement complex where the residents need to be told of any changes I did find this unacceptable.”

The radiator was installed quickly and the control unit explained and set for me.I think the flex could have been a bit more neatly pinned to the wall. I also wish that the unit itself was rather slimmer in profile and for there to be some choice of colours.I would prefer white.”
“Initially we had a few problems as the technicians were in a great hurry and didn't set the remote control properly or explain clearly how to use it - nor did they clean up after the instillation . The sales rep - Paul Parker, came round asap and sorted it all out and we haven't had any more issues. The best thing about these heaters is the thermostat regulating a minimum heat. This is brilliant for my house as my husband goes round turning off radiators but he has a "hands off" attitude to these new heaters. I would have more installed if I could find room.”

“The work men were OK, but after a month my electric bill, normally around ?80 was ?350. The work men wired the heater into the storage heater switch, and changed the whole wiring system into a normal ringmain making the storage heaters using electric at the high rate during the day, as well as the cheap rate at night. When I complained I was told the work men should have put timers on the storage heaters points. They can't do it till August. Not happy.”

“We needed a radiator for our bathroom that was recently refurbished, and we are 100% electric for our power, and this was the only efficient electric radiator that is suitable for a bathroom. It's a nice neat design that fitted into the small space we had perfectly, and the towel rail is great (everyone who's seen it loves that feature). The 2 chaps who came to install it were lovely and did a great job (and very tidy). I like the thermostat as well, as there are lots of different features and it's nice and clear. Bit pricey, but then you get what you pay for!”
