“On the day the fitters arrived on time, were very neat and tidy and fully explained how the radiators worked. I am very satisfied with the product and would purchase again. My only issue was the time it took to book in the fitting- I had to chase things up and didn?t get a call back as promised - this was pre-virus so no excuse. Also the fitting was initially cancelled on the actual day which was very short notice but I think there was quite a bit of illness around by then so fairly understandable.”
“Team arrived and completed the work very swiftly. Still early days getting the programs correct and monitoring the energy usage on the wall heaters. But the Aqua efficient delivers plenty of hot water and looks very neat. Only comment on installation would be senior electrician was excellent doing all the work while his junior spent most of the time joking, smoking and complaining. The plumbers were excellent and did a very neat job too although they arrive with no copper pipe on board the van?! Everyone cleaned up and left my home in good condition.”
“Installers told us we were the last job of the day before returning to Leicester.The instillation wasn't a problem as all they had to do was to bring the heater from the van and put it into the conservatory.All they seemed to want to do was get away as quickly as possible and the man who seemed to be the leader was of foreign origin and was difficult to understand.The so called operating instructions weren't given at all well and then they went away.”

“Good looking radiators to replace our ugly old storage heaters. Great to be able to control the temperature for each room individually. The installation was easy and the team that did the work were professional, working cleanly and tidily. We did have an issue with one of the radiators, and after a several phone calls to the technical team, who did make me feel as though I was being a nuisance and keot trying to get me to reset the radiator, when I knew this wasn't the issue, they finally sent a replacement thermostat. This solved the problem, so all good eventually. Now looking forward to seeing some savings when we receive our next electric bill.”
