“My recollection as it is now many months since the sales guy came was that he was knowledgeable and informative and I was happy to sign the deal and pay 50%. Due to a number of reasons installation was months later but when it happened the 2 guys were pleasant, clean and did the job exactly as I requested. All good. A few summer months then went by but now the single heater is in use, works very well and appears to be efficient and low on running costs. A big improvement on my previous, very old, single night storage heater.”
“I have always been a fan electric heating and have used storage heaters and have always been pleased with them. Electric heating is clean, safe and maintenance free. They were installed about 35years ago and have needed no repairs or maintenance. Technology moves on and after weighing up the options, I chose Fischer Future Heat as replacements. The installers were friendly and worked hard to complete the installation within the expected start and finish times and made every effort to minimise mess and efficiently cleared up afterwards. The heaters look smart and have been in operation for about six weeks before they were switched off when the heating season ended. They achieved the target temperature and held it within close limits. If they are as reliable as as economical as my old heaters they will be a sound investment. “Two installers turned up on time, they were friendly and helpful if asked a question. After taken out the water emersion heater, which was big and took up a lot of space in the airing cupboard. They installed a "Aquafficient water heater which has given us a lot more space. We are also noticing a big difference in our electricity usage because we are only using what we use when turning on the tap so not storing any water. After work was complete they were very clean and tidy and took away all the rubbish.”

“Two radiators installed, and electrical connections hidden through walls to nearest mains socket in adjacent rooms. The fitters did exactly what I wanted in fitting and hiding the wiring as far as possible. The wiring in the adjacent rooms was connected through the back or side of the sockets thus completely hidden. Double sockets fitted adjacent radiators giving a spare extra socket. Very professional installation and verbal demonstration of the controls. Easy to understand instructions, much simpler than my boiler!”
