“I can safely say that I have been totally impressed with Furvell's customer service and products. Knowing when a delivery is expected is so important and Natalie at Furvell kept me informed at all times. A couple of replacement parts were needed. Natalie and her colleagues ensure these were despatched promptly and were received today. I can say I would use Furvell again and would recommend them highly.”

“Terrible customer service! Ordered furniture and was told 2 to 3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks nothing, contacted Furvell multiple times and was eventually given a delivery date about a month later. Took the day off and waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and was guaranteed delivery for the following Friday, waited in all day again, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and they were looking into it. Furniture turned up about a week later with no warning, fortunately someone was in. 2 chairs were faulty, contacted Furvell again and after several weeks and lots of emails were sent 2 footstools that I didn't need or want. Contacted Furvell again and several weeks later received the replacement chairs after yet more emails. Nice product but very poor service.”

Hi Helene, I am very sorry you didn't receive the knot ornament you ordered from us. Unfortunately the stock shipped from our supplier has been signed for at our premises but has not been received by us and so we are still trying to trace it. I understand this is not an acceptable amount of time to wait for an ornament so please accept our apologies once again. As soon as you requested a refund this was actioned immediately.

Even got a free coffee table with my dining table and chair set even though I missed the offer by one day. “Absolute shambles from start to finish whenever that will be. Ordered garden table and chairs, 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery was delayed and no updates . Constantly had to chase, lots of promises and nothing. Eventually got the delivery and the glass top for table has large chip out of it and numerous parts of the rattan was covered in rust. Not to mention one chair very wobbly to point uncomfortable to sit on. Missing items coals for firepit, furniture cover and umbrella. Back and forth via WhatsApp as their phone lines don't work and I was told they would send out missing items and replace damaged parts. Had to constantly chase and eventually got the missing parts but was told an engineer would come out to inspect the furniture. Took a day off work for the engineer. Heard nothing, WhatsApp messaged them to be told no engineer was coming and they were arranging a day to collect the full order. This was advised to me after i had wasted a days holiday from work. very cheeky attitude on WhatsApp. I would advise if you are thinking of ordering with this company to seriously think twice. I have never wasted so much time in my life trying to get something resolved for them to then say they are not willing to resolve it and I have no option but to allow them to collect the furniture leaving us with nothing. They really do not care about customers. Stay away from Furvell Home !!”

As discussed the engineer visit was cancelled as you opened a chargeback through Klarna for non receipt of your order when you did in fact receive it and the minor issues you have were being resolved by our team. It is our company policy to collect goods for a full refund if a chargeback is opened, we will reach out with a collection date once this has been arranged.
