“The purchasing, shipping, and delivery process was positive. The bed is well-constructed and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it is extremely loud and creaky so we are ultimately disappointed with the order.”

“The bed arrived before the scheduled time, this was nice. My husband put it together within a few hours, it seemed easy enough and all screws needed were included. Customer service was really friendly when we called before the purchase with questions and she did not push for the sale. We purchased via the web store, it was easy and the choices can't be beaten. The pricing too is excellent, given the quality of the beds.”

“I live in California and I felt a little anxious ordering a wooden bed frame from a company located in England. Letting go of my fears, I took the plunge and ordered the Low Fuji Attic bed, California King size. I love it! Assembly took some work but instructions were precise and hardware fit was excellent: all holes matched perfectly! I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I liked the quality of the wood material used including the quality of Oak solid wood and the grains. However, there is one drawback in the way the wooden side frame slats are attached to the legs of the bed. Rather than using screws to hold the slats to the main headboard, you could think of using nuts and bolts. This would give us better control of the bed while shifting from one place to another. Also, using Nuts and bolts would ensure the bed frame and the side slats are firmly attached to the bed without making much noise when we sleep on the mattress. My point is to make the bed frame attachment easier to fix and transport without compromising the rigidity of the wooden frames and slats ( like Japanese Joinery). At least in the US, most of them will expect bed frames to be easier to shift from one house to another. I hope you will make some improvements in your design to accommodate the above shortcomings. That will make your product greater acceptance.”

“Had an issue assembling the headboard. There are no markings on the headboard to guide where it is attached which makes it a bit of a guessing game about how to attach it square. Otherwise a really nice looking bed and good service.”

“The size and looks of the bed are great. However, the bed slats are very weak and unsupported. We sometimes hear cracking when my son gets on the bed with any type of force. The thing that really drops the stars, however, is the misrepresentation of delivery dates. It clearly says on the website that we chose the delivery date the the bed will be delivered on that date. We were away and the bed was delivered early and left on our porch for several days before we could get home to the bed. That isn't ok. We would have acted differently, had we known the package could show up while we were away. Luckily, the boxes were still there and undamaged by weather.”

“I never received the bed, I paid extra to have the shipment expedited but I have no tracking number or anything. There was also no notification that the shipment would be delayed. Very disappointed, I will be asking for a refund.”

“Looks good. But missing a couple pilot holes and the headboard is very flimsy. There is only one attachment point for the headboard. Will probably have to drill through the finished board to connect it to the hardwood on the side. Probably overpriced for the amount of labor required and stability. Would have liked to know I would need a power drill to assemble.”

“I was so excited to see the wide variety of frames. The website was easy to use and I adored how they provided "space saving beds" which are a little smaller than the mattresses. Perfect for the space. The two bed frames came very quickly.”

“The bed I received had 3 damaged slats. Get Laid insists on my sending pictures- no problem- but also, precise measurements in MILLIMETERS before they'll do anything about it. Apparently, this company prides itself on its craftmanship. But doesn't actually back it up.”

“I had a very good experience. Customer service provided me extra photos to help me choose the color. The shipping was a week faster than originally estimated, which was great. The craftsmanship of the bed is very good quality. It was simple enough to assemble and it is very sturdy and does not make any noise.”

“We order the Tokyo, in the coffee bean stain, and it is just beautiful. We needed a low profile bed for our space and couldn't find one in stores. Purchasing online was a little scary because of the uncertainty of what will actually arrive. We are pleased! Its solid wood and crafted very well. The assembly was very simple as well.”

“Great product and fantastic customer service. I was skeptical with ordering a Bed from the UK but given my experience, I would do it again in a heart beat. A couple recommendations: 1) my package arrived damaged but the contents were intact. Better packaging would be great. 2) The installation instructions could be better. The screws were all bundled in a bag with different lengths and I found myself spending a lot of time just trying to sort it out. It would be much better if there the different sizes were labeled separately. It would also be helpful to have letters associated with each piece to make assembly easier”

“I ordered a standard full white canopy bed for my daughter. I have to say that it's a beautiful bed, the delivery was faster than the expected delivery time that was given when we ordered. The bed is steady, very well constructed. It was very easy to put together following the instructions. There's a small damage to one of the lateral bars from the shipping process, luckily its in an area that is covered by the mattress, I think more cushion material is needed for the shipping process, to protect the wood. We are not returning the bed, my daughter likes it very much. And yes I would recommend this seller to friends and family, I think it's a very reasonable price for the product.”
