“The wood frame in the bed came damaged. Maybe the bed is amazing, and I hope it is, but I can't tell because a main piece was ruined in the delivery. So I hope to write a better review once I get a replacement piece if that happens.”

“This bed is fantastic! It's made of quality wood, easy to assemble and looks great! We needed a low profile bed and they have many options in different styles. We were able to choose our preferred stain color, which is exactly as pictured. The shipping charge was less than a local delivery charge from most companies. The website said it would take about 2 weeks to arrive (reasonable since it ships from UK) but it arrived ahead of schedule! You won't be disappointed, YOU'LL BE DELIGHTED! Don't hesitate, buy your great bed!!”

“Very pleased with the ordering, delivery and overall quality. Boxes arrived earlier than delivery date and we got to work putting it together. Helped to have a drill, but was a simple process. Boxes were manageable.”

“The bed frame is fine. Does what it should. The installation was HORRIBLE. The instructions were dated, and our bed came with multiple parts that were not noted on the instructions, and I had to use my own drill bits to make holes for over 20+ screws because the wood came without pre drilled holes for the bed slats. Putting a sticker annotating what piece is what, and having a key on the instructions would go a very far way. We love how it looks and seems sturdy, but when you pay this much for a bed frame, you would think you wouldn’t have to drill your own holes and guess what should go where.”

“What a fantastic company. A place where you can get a quality wooden bed that won’t break within a couple years. I think the greatest thing about this company is their 11 year warranty. They really believe in the quality of their beds and that made me really confident in buying from them.”

“Overall the bed is of really nice quality and wasn't too difficult to build however we had a few issues. We received the bed in 2 different shipments so it wasn't clear what items were what. Absolutely nothing is labeled. It took us a while to figure out which pieces were what since all the wood slabs look practically identical. The only way we could figure it out was through a long process of elimination. There were very poor instructions on what to do and not all of the pieces came. We are still missing a bunch of pieces for the storage box even though it says all the items were delivered. They didn't send enough screws and random parts are missing making it impossible to finish the strorage box. They can really stand to improve on making a how to build guide video for each bed or at LEAST better instructions and making sure to include all the screws and tools... It's not a cheap bed, at least make it worth the price by including everything the customer purchases.”

“A friend recommended this company and told me that the shipping charges were quite low. Since I had been looking for a new wooden bed for several months, I decided to look at their beds online and found exactly what I was looking for. Communicating with the company was easy and, ahead of schedule, I received delivery last week. Very happy with my newCambridge bed ! Highly recommend this company !”

“This bedframe was exactly what I wanted. I wanted a solid construction bedframe that was in my price range. Get Laid Beds customer service was amazing! I accidentally ordered in european measure and having it sent to the united states. Beth in Customer Service contacted me to verify the size. In the process, I realized that I had ordered the wrong bed style. Beth helped me to correct my mistake. The bed then showed up a couple weeks later. It is great and I highly recommend this company.”

“After searching for an uncommon size bed (double xl) for my tall son, I happened upon the get laid beds brand - first on Etsy and then through the website. I am impressed with the large selection of bed frames, finishes and sizes. The order shipped faster than expected and was received even faster (two days from England to my door). The bed was apparently easy to assemble, as my husband and son put it together in an hour or so. The bed is very attractive, the finish is regular, the price was very reasonable, and we are overall very happy with it. The one small thing I don't like is the company name which initially drove me away from the company. Maybe there is a slightly different connotation in British English?”
